Η Villa Anile Chania είναι μια ολοκαίνουργια πολυτελής βίλα με υπέροχη θέα στην Κρητική γη και τη θάλασσα που βρίσκεται κοντά στην παραλία και στους πιο δημοφιλείς προορισμούς της Δυτικής Κρήτης. Η βίλα προσφέρει μια πλήρη γκάμα υπηρεσιών σε ένα ιδιωτικό, ήρεμο περιβάλλον. Η διακόσμηση προσφέρει ένα σπάνιο μείγμα εκλεπτυσμένης κομψότητας με χαλαρή, μοντέρνα αίσθηση. Είναι κατασκευασμένο με υψηλές προδιαγραφές και κυριαρχεί η έντονη παρουσία τοπικών στοιχείων και η υπέροχη θέα.

Η Villa Anile Chania αποτελείται από 3 υπνοδωμάτια, 2 μπάνια, μεγάλο σαλόνι, τραπεζαρία και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Η βίλα διαθέτει 2 υπνοδωμάτια με διπλά κρεβάτια και 1 υπνοδωμάτιο με δύο μονά κρεβάτια. Μπορείτε επίσης να απολαύσετε την υπέροχη θέα από όλα τα παράθυρα της βίλας.

Υπάρχει μια μεγάλη ιδιωτική πισίνα με προαιρετική θέρμανση, ένας μεγάλος ιδιωτικός κήπος με χώρο μπάρμπεκιου και χώρος στάθμευσης. Όλος ο χώρος της πισίνας είναι πλήρως επιπλωμένος με ξαπλώστρες, καρέκλες και τραπέζια για φαγητό και ομπρέλες. Το βράδυ μπορείτε είτε να απολαύσετε το μαγευτικό ρομαντικό ηλιοβασίλεμα που χρωματίζει με τα πιο ωραία χρώματα τον καταγάλανο ουρανό της Μεσογείου είτε μπορείτε να οδηγήσετε σε απόσταση περίπου 3-4 λεπτών από τα κοντινότερα εστιατόρια και να γευτείτε την κρητική κουζίνα. Χαλαρώστε και απολαύστε την ιδιωτική και αποκλειστική ατμόσφαιρα ενός πολυτελούς σπιτιού με εγκαταστάσεις 5 αστέρων.

Excellent place to stay!

We had an amazing 10-day stay at this Villa! There was plenty of space for our family of six adults, with a gorgeous garden, pool and breathtaking views to enjoy. Everything was modern, spotless, and perfectly located away from the busy tourist areas…
We had an amazing 10-day stay at this Villa! There was plenty of space for our family of six adults, with a gorgeous garden, pool and breathtaking views to enjoy. Everything was modern, spotless, and perfectly located away from the busy tourist areas. Afrata Beach, just a 10-minute drive away, offered an authentically Greek experience, and we also loved visiting Kolymbari. Stella was the perfect host - always available if needed and quick to resolve a minor issue immediately. We couldn’t have asked for more. We would love to return!

Lovely modern villa with spectacular mountain views. Everything was very clean and new. The pool and outside seating area are great and well connected to the kitchen and living areas. We took advantage of the option to have the pool heated which was perfect in October. We were a family of four and there was plenty of space. Comfortable beds as well. You do need a car to get around - there is easy access to the main road to Chania and beyond despite the villa being in a peaceful spot. Stella was super helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend this villa.

The pool was an added bonus for our family. We did have a few issues with air conditioning but Stella was always quick to respond and honestly this place was perfect for us, so we didnt let it bother us.

The property itself is exactly as advertised. It's spacious and very well equipped for all your self catering holiday needs. The outdoor space was bigger than we'd imagined and offered amazing views of the Sea and Mountains. There is plenty of different areas for sunbathing and relaxing outdoors in the evening. The swimming pool was a nice temperature and a good depth for being able to swim properly as well as splashing about! The location of the Villa is outside of the village so a car was needed, but this wasn't an issue for us as Stella kindly made arrangements for our hire car which we collected from the airport on arrival. I would strongly recommend a car as it's worth getting out and about in the local area, if you like a sandy beach Falasana was in easy driving distance with good access roads and lots of facilities. The local village of Kolymbari has lots of restaurants, cafes and Tavernas to choose from all of the ones we visited were very reasonably priced. There are two good local Supermarkets that are very well stocked. Stella was there to greet us for check in and check out, she was really good to deal with and although we didn't need her she would have been available to help at any time, which was very reassuring. If you're thinking about booking this property I wouldn't hesitate!

Great location and beautiful sunrise

We stayed at the property for a week in August. It met all our expectations. The house is clean and comfortable. All bedrooms have a great view of the olive groves and the garden is pretty. It is near Chania and is about an hour drive to famous beaches…
We stayed at the property for a week in August. It met all our expectations. The house is clean and comfortable. All bedrooms have a great view of the olive groves and the garden is pretty. It is near Chania and is about an hour drive to famous beaches on the west and in the south. It has amazing sunrise view right from the terrace. We are very happy with the experience. The only thing that can be improved is the Internet coverage and speed. We find the Internet can be spotty and slow at night.

The location was great, just off the main highway but I would strongly recommend having a hire car. The host was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. Amazing Villa!

We had a wonderful 2-week holiday in this quiet, well-located and comfortable villa. The friendly owner was responsive to our questions and requests. There are quality restaurants nearby (Kolimvari) or in Platanias (15 min) and Chania (25 min).

Magnificent stay in an exceptional villa
