Το Dessin Villa Chania ξεχωρίζει λόγω της τέλειας τοποθεσίας του, της μοντέρνας δομής του και της ασύγκριτης εσωτερικής διακόσμησης. Το Dessin VIlla Chania είναι μια ολοκαίνουργια διώροφη κατασκευή 130τμ μόλις 50μ από την παραλία Κολυμπάρι και κάθε είδους ανέσεις. Πέτρα και ξύλο συνδυάζονται αρμονικά με πινελιές κόκκινου και κίτρινου σε κάθε δωμάτιο προσφέροντας ένα χαλαρωτικό και εν τω μεταξύ πολυτελές κατάλυμα. Το εσωτερικό χαρακτηρίζεται βασικά από τους υπαίθριους χώρους του, ώστε να μπορείτε να αισθανθείτε την αίσθηση του καθαρού αέρα που κυριαρχεί παντού.

Το εξωτερικό διαθέτει ιδιωτική πισίνα 50τμ με παιδικό χώρο, ωραίο κατάστρωμα με τραπέζι φαγητού και δίπλα του τοποθετείται το μπάρμπεκιου αερίου για τα πιο ικανοποιητικά και χαλαρά γεύματά σας. Μεγάλα τμήματα εξωτερικά καλύπτονται από γκαζόν, φυτά και λουλούδια με διάφορα χρώματα που προσθέτουν στο υπέροχο τοπίο. (Προαιρετική θέρμανση της πισίνας με επιπλέον κόστος 350 Ευρώ την εβδομάδα).

Ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι με άνετα μοντέρνα έπιπλα και τζάκι διπλής όψης με θέα τόσο στο εσωτερικό όσο και στο εξωτερικό της βίλας. Μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με όλες τις εγκαταστάσεις (φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, πλυντήριο πιάτων, τοστιέρα, βραστήρα, φούρνος, σχάρα, ηλεκτρικές εστίες, ψυγείο, ψυγείο, τηλεόραση, καφετιέρα φίλτρου). Ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με 2 μονά κρεβάτια που μπορούν να ενωθούν με ένα μεγάλο διπλό κρεβάτι. Το υπνοδωμάτιο διαθέτει επίσης ιδιωτική βεράντα με τραπέζι και άνετες πολυθρόνες. Ένα μπάνιο με καμπίνα ντους. Εγκαταστάσεις πλυντηρίου.

Ένα Κύριο Υπνοδωμάτιο με μεγάλο διπλό κρεβάτι και σοφίτα με καναπέ -κρεβάτι που μετατρέπεται σε μεγάλο διπλό κρεβάτι (η σκάλα στη σοφίτα χρειάζεται προσοχή, δεν είναι κατάλληλη για παιδιά κάτω των 15 ετών). Το Master Bedroom διαθέτει επίσης ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με καρτέλα τζακούζι. Ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με 2 μονά κρεβάτια που μπορούν να συνδεθούν με ένα μεγάλο διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με καμπίνα ντους. Μια όμορφα επιπλωμένη βεράντα του πρώτου ορόφου, με θέα στην πισίνα και την εξαιρετική θέα στη γύρω περιοχή, η οποία είναι προσβάσιμη και από τα δύο υπνοδωμάτια.

Ιδιωτικός πεζόδρομος που εισέρχεται στη βίλα με τοπικά φυτά δεξιά και αριστερά προς αυτήν. Πέτρινος φράχτης γύρω από τη βίλα εναρμονισμένη με ξύλινες λεπτομέρειες, αφήνοντας την αίσθηση ασφάλειας και ιδιωτικότητας. Ιδιωτική πισίνα υπερχείλισης 50 τ.μ. που περιλαμβάνει παιδικό τμήμα. Επιπλέον, ολόκληρη η πισίνα καλύπτεται από ένα ελαφρώς τραχύ υλικό καθιστώντας την λιγότερο ολισθηρή και αφήνοντας μια φυσική αίσθηση αμμουδιάς. (Προαιρετική θέρμανση της πισίνας με επιπλέον κόστος 350 Ευρώ την εβδομάδα). 6 άνετες ξαπλώστρες. Ένα μπάρμπεκιου αερίου κάτω από τη σκιά της μοντέρνας πέργκολας και τις απαραίτητες εγκαταστάσεις κουζίνας.

Ιδιωτικός χώρος γκαράζ με πέργκολα και ηλεκτρική πόρτα ανοίγματος για 1 αυτοκίνητο και 3 ακόμη θέσεις στάθμευσης έξω από τη βίλα. Δύο υπαίθρια σαλόνια που περιλαμβάνουν τρεις πολυθρόνες με άνετα μαξιλάρια και γύρω από ένα τραπέζι Μια κρεμαστή πολυθρόνα που μπορεί να μετακινηθεί οπουδήποτε προτιμάται Τραπεζαρία με οκτώ πολυθρόνες για τα πιο χαλαρωτικά και απολαυστικά γεύματα Μια ωραία μοντέρνα πέργκολα που προστατεύει τους χώρους καθιστικού από τον ήλιο. Η βίλα προσφέρει 2 ποδήλατα δωρεάν.

We went to celebrate my sisters birthday and they went over and beyond for us. The property was stunning, every detail was well thought off. Close to the sea and public transport. Lovely villagey feel to the area. I couldn't sing their praises enough.

Perfect

The villa, location and service was utterly perfect. Vasos was ta wonderful host and the villa was incredibly well provisioned, cleaned and serviced. I can’t recommend the villa highly enough.

Waterpark a 30 minute drive which was very fun, and there are many land train tours that take you to places like lakes and orange groves which were really lovely days out.

The hosts are lovely and really helpful. The villa is kept spotlessly clean, the outside cleaned daily and linen changed every three days. Really peaceful area , although only a few minutes walk from the sea and some great tavernas.

I booked this villa for my birthday celebrations with my two sisters and their husbands. I wanted something modern and a little bit special and wow didn’t we get it. It totally exceeded our expectations from the personal touches, location and those little extras you don’t expect. The owners were welcoming, kind, helpful and on call if needed. The villas location is within easy walking distance to the beach, bar/cafes, restaurants and shops. If you are looking for somewhere buzzing this is not the place for you as Kolymvari is a traditional village and as such we found it friendly and relaxing. The bar/cafe next door, Dream Cafe, became our local haunt where the hospitality was second to none, we felt like one of the locals. Although the bar is close by we never ever heard any noise. We highly recommend the Villa Dessin.

The villa is exceptional, I could tell from the first minute that our stay was going to be amazing. The quality of materials is excellent, the decoration, the amenities, the furniture everything is perfectly matched with the villa. Also we enjoyed the fantastic view, from our balcony we could see the cretan sea just 50 meters away. Another thing that we liked was that in the villa we found everything we needed for our stay, very clean rooms, very welcoming hosts, a nice welcoming gift including wine raki and some delicious cretan delicacy. Swimming pool is just perfect. The weather was perfect a the time we visited, the location is good just minutes away from Platanias perfect for visiting Balos or Elafonisi but at the same time away from the noise. We definitly going to visit again soon, thanks for this amazing experience.
