Το Villa Fedra Chania είναι μια πολυτελής βίλα προς ενοικίαση με 7 υπνοδωμάτια και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Το Villa Fedra Chania είναι μια υπέροχη βίλα δίπλα στη θάλασσα, που βρίσκεται στο χωριό Τερσανάς, με ιδιωτική πισίνα και υπέροχη θέα στο απέραντο γαλάζιο. Η βίλα διαθέτει επτά υπνοδωμάτια και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 14 άτομα, καθώς ένα από τα υπνοδωμάτια είναι πολύ μεγάλο και διαθέτει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και δύο μονά κρεβάτια.

Κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο διαθέτει ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με μπανιέρα τζακούζι ή ντους τζακούζι, δορυφορική τηλεόραση και κλιματισμό.

Μια ενιαία, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο μαζί με το κύριο σαλόνι. Υπάρχει επίσης μια δεύτερη κουζίνα στο επίπεδο της πισίνας και αυτή μπορεί να αποδειχθεί εξαιρετικά χρήσιμη για την προετοιμασία των γευμάτων όταν οι κάτοικοι χαλαρώνουν δίπλα στην πισίνα ή όταν θέλουν να κάνουν βραδιά μπάρμπεκιου. Το περιβάλλον της Villa Fedra Chania και οι υπαίθριοι χώροι του σίγουρα θα εκπλήξουν τους επισκέπτες με τα υπέροχα λουλούδια και βότανα, το γκαζόν κοντά στο μεγάλο ενσωματωμένο μπάρμπεκιου και τη μεγάλη τραπεζαρία. Αλλά το καλύτερο από όλα είναι η πισίνα που βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω από τη θάλασσα, κάνοντας έτσι το ηλιοβασίλεμα από τη βίλα Fedra τόσο μαγικό που είναι δύσκολο να περιγραφεί με λόγια. Το κύριο πλεονέκτημα της βίλας είναι ότι βρίσκεται σε τρία επίπεδα και για αυτόν ακριβώς τον λόγο επιτρέπει στους επισκέπτες να έχουν απόρρητο απολαμβάνοντας τις διακοπές τους με την οικογένεια και τους φίλους τους. Τα παιδιά και οι ενήλικες θα είναι εξίσου ευχαριστημένοι από τη διαμονή τους και από την αίσθηση της ελευθερίας που τους προσφέρει η βίλα.

We had a great time with a group of 12 in early/mid November. We all enjoyed the pool and sea behind the villa. Downtown Chania is an easy and beautiful 25-30 min drive. There are a number of smaller beaches within walking distance from the house with a few larger less than 10 min drive. Manager was very responsive and helped with local recommendations. Highly recommend a sunset hike up to Lerá Cave just a 9min drive from the house

The location of the villa and superb views were magnificent. The fridge was full of all essentials when we arrived and there were lots of extra goodies too. The owner was very helpful and went. The village of Tersanas was a friendly place to eat and shop with lovely restaurants and shops. The airport is also just 10 minutes away. The villa has modern design and spacy rooms that we loved. I would highly recommend this villa.

We were a group of 9 friends staying at this villa for one week. We had an amazing time and truly enjoyed the villa and its beautiful surroundings. We had two cars and navigated the peninsula pretty easily. Communication with the manager was smooth, the only problem was my own phone which decided to take a total holiday and disconnect itself during the last two days. If you are staying at this villa, there are many wonderful places to visit nearby eg. the beach and cave at Stavros, the monasteries of Agia Triada, Gouverneto and Katholiko. There is a good beach for swimming in Tersanas but there is a better one even closer to the villa. It is unmarked and can't be seen from the road but ask the owners and see where locals are parking their cars (about 5 mins walk from the villa towards Tersanas) and follow a path down to the sea through rocks and shrubs. We were super happy about this place and would recommend it to a group of people who love being somewhere a bit further from everything and want to take some time off for relaxation. We were a group of friends but the villa would be fine for couples or families too.

Amazing place!

The villa is immaculately clean and the view of the sea is spectacular. You almost feel like you are literally on the sea itself. The private pool is a nice size and there are 3 separate apartment-like areas. Our older son stayed in one of them on the lower floor.The villa is in a semi-secluded area which is great for privacy, but you will want to rent a car to visit Chania and other sites.Owners are very friendly and promptly responded to our requests. Highly recommend and look forward to staying there again.

The online description and pictures are accurate. It is a great house for groups of friends or extended family as each bedroom has a full private bath. It was very clean and the third day cleaning service was great. The pool and views are amazing. You must have a rental car as the house is not within walking distance of shops. There is a good clothes washer but not a dryer; however there is a large drying rack for damp clothes. The A/C worked well in all of the rooms. Wifi worked well. 4 of the bedrooms are accessible from the outside back patio and 3 are in the main house off the living space. The property manager, was very attentive and immediately assisted us with the few, minor issues we had. He also assisted us with hiring a chef for the house, arranging in home massages, and ordering taxis for some guests. A wonderful experience at a great price for the size of house, pool and views. I would stay here again.

The outdoor area was a highlight, with plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the view. Our host, was very friendly, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay, highly recommended!

The photos do not do justice to this place, it was definitely better in person. Owner could not be more helpful and friendly. He allowed us to check in early which was so helpful as we had people coming from all over the world. Thank you and we would definitely come back to stay in the near future

Amazing trip to Crete, the villa enjoys an exceptional environment (breathtaking sea view, beautiful pool and garden). The proximity to Chania (Xania) allows you to discover the beauty and the natural and heritage sites of the west of the island. While sleeping and outdoor areas are perfectly suited for 14 guests, the weather in April invited us to spend time indoors where the dining and living area is more modest. However, it's anecdotal given the magic of the place... We are all distributed enchanted and with memorable memories! Thank you so much to our hosts!

Kitchen area is a bit small, but we cooked most meals outside in the excellent barbecue, so that was really not a problem. Also good hiking options in the nearby gorge/monastery area!

There were 14 of us and no one felt crowded. As a welcome, the owners of the villa left us a gift basket of fruits, olives, nuts and two bottles of wine, it was a pleasant surprise. The kids also loved the pool, which was easily heated in late October, and the kids could swim in it for a long time. Highly recommended.

Seven of us stayed here in October. The villa is beautiful. There was so much space and would comfortably sleep a few more people. The pool was lovely was great views out to sea. There are plenty of sun loungers and lots of space in different parts of the garden to sit and eat or have a drink. The nearest beach is walkable. Chania is about half an hour in a taxi. Owner was very welcoming and gave us all the information she needed. She also was happy to answer any questions we had whilst we were there. Overall this is a fantastic place to stay and I would highly recommend it.

Unbelievably view.

It was difficult for me to find place for my all friends (14) and here everyone had their own bed and bathroom!Every day we could watch sunset from our private pool! House is located close to Chania but on a way there are a lot of restaurants and shops do you can quickly grab something.The only issue for us was the internet connection as we had difficulties with the signal but to be honest signal was weak in the whole island.We will definitely come back !

We were 7 people visiting Crete.The location is amazing with beautiful sea-view.Its very peaceful, quiet and easy to find.The villa is big and cozy and very suitable for groups and families. Communication was perfect, we always got quick response when we had questions. Thanks a lot for that. It was very clean when we arrived and the cleaning staff live nearby and was very friendly to visit and ask if we needed anything. The dishwasher is not working very well, an upgrade would be a good idea.That said - we would be happy to visit soon again, we had an amazing time. Efharisto

The villa was roomy tidy and comfortable although we spent most of our time outside enjoying the fabulous common areas. Amazing stay and sunsets to die for!
