Η βίλα Πάτροκλος Χανιά είναι μια πολυτελής βίλα με 3 υπνοδωμάτια και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Τρία ξεχωριστά υπνοδωμάτια, το καθένα με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα - χαρούμενες στιγμές στην πισίνα με τζακούζι. Βρίσκεται στην πιο όμορφη περιοχή - τη Χρυσή Ακτή, ένα λεπτό με τα πόδια από τη θάλασσα & 3 χλμ από το κέντρο των Χανίων. Σούπερ μάρκετ, εστιατόρια, ΑΤΜ, ταξί, στάση λεωφορείου σε κοντινή απόσταση. Η περιοχή προσφέρει 4 παραλίες, πλήρως οργανωμένες-βραβευμένες ετησίως. Σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών υπάρχει ένα μικρό πάρκο για τζόκινγκ, που προσφέρει δωρεάν παιδική χαρά.

Η βίλα Πάτροκλος έχει δημιουργηθεί σε ανάλαφρο καλοκαιρινό στυλ, για να απολαμβάνει ο επισκέπτης στιγμές χαλάρωσης, προσφέροντας μοναδικές εικόνες από τον ήλιο, τη θάλασσα και τη φύση!! Η εύκολη πρόσβαση σε μια από τις καλύτερες παραλίες των Χανίων και το ήρεμο περιβάλλον του σπιτιού εγγυώνται ονειρεμένες διακοπές.

Η βίλα είναι νέα και επιπλωμένη με γούστο. Περιλαμβάνει τρία άνετα υπνοδωμάτια το καθένα με το ολοκαίνουργιο μπάνιο του και ένα μεγάλο σαλόνι με άμεση πρόσβαση στην όμορφη μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα στη θάλασσα. Η ολοκαίνουργια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα σας προσφέρει την ευκαιρία να δημιουργήσετε και να απολαύσετε κρητικό φαγητό. Η τεράστια και εντυπωσιακή βεράντα μπροστά από τη βίλα έχει μια από τις καλύτερες θέες στα Χανιά και σας προσφέρει ένα απολαυστικό ξημέρωμα και ένα φανταστικό ηλιοβασίλεμα. Ακόμα κι αν η βίλα είναι τόσο κοντά στην παραλία, προσφέρουμε επίσης μια νεόδμητη πισίνα τζακούζι - μεγέθους 2,40 x 6,80, με ξαπλώστρες και ομπρέλες. Για την άνεσή σας, έχουμε κανονίσει μια ξεχωριστή παρθενική αίθουσα - όπου έχετε πρόσβαση σε πλυντήριο και στεγνωτήριο, σκοινί για άπλωμα και σίδερο/σιδερώστρα.

Myself and two long-standing friends shared 10 enjoyable days together, joined for a few days by a fourth friend who lives in Crete. The villa is extremely comfortable, spacious and clean. Anastasia has thought of everything you could need, including lovely quality toiletries, beach towels, hairdryers etc. The standard of accommodation is very high, with a well-stocked kitchen and beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. On top of all that, Anastasia was so helpful to us throughout our stay. She delighted us on arrival with a lovely Cretian meat dish, salad and bottle of wine - and a delicious chocolate dessert. A few days later she appeared with surprise gifts of the most delicious food, and also helped us with ordering takeaway, giving us lifts to the supermarket and restaurants. We are all well travelled ladies, and have never before experienced such a high standard of hospitality and warmth.

Anastasia is such a warm person who clearly puts her heart and soul into this villa, as her husband Christos does too! So here is my experience Anastasia helped us navigate to her Villa and greeted us with the biggest smile and warm hug. She immediately showed us how amazing I mean amazing her Villa is!! Attention to detail every room has beautiful decor and pictures of the beautiful island. The view from the terrace overlooking the sea was spectacular. Two Bedrooms have terrace doors to access the large swimming pool with lounge chairs. Every bedroom has its own bathroom with shower amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped with not only appliances but with all the coffees espresso’s and herbal teas. The refrigerator was stocked with beer juice water etc. I’m not stopping here she offered us a beautiful bottle of wine a Greek salad cooked as a meal and even displayed a welcome cake that was unbelievably delicious! The terrace overlooking the sea has clean gorgeous furniture with comfortable seating, dining table and lounge chairs. As much as we wanted to tour the island we didn’t want to leave the Villa. there is also a washer laundry room downstairs at your disposal

Everything is actually a million times better than the photos show.

If you're thinking twice, stop thinking and just book it! The photos don't really do the villa, the location or the views justice. The villa was spotless, towels were replaced every couple of days (but there were plenty of spares for in between changes…
If you're thinking twice, stop thinking and just book it! The photos don't really do the villa, the location or the views justice. The villa was spotless, towels were replaced every couple of days (but there were plenty of spares for in between changes if required), the pool was cleaned daily, the kitchen was really well stocked - it had all the utensils that you would expect, all the appliances looked brand new as did the furniture - no dirty tatty sun loungers! The location was fantastic - a street away from Golden Beach. We travelled with 3 young children and the walking distance was so short, they didn't even have time to complain about the walk or the heat! We thought the beach directly across the villa was the best one in the area (for families) - it was very calm, shallow (below waist height) for about 200 metres out, all sandy with no seaweed or stones and crystal clear. And lastly the host.. well.. what can I say.. Anastasia was the most gracious, generous, hospitable and considerate host we've ever come across. From driving us to the supermarket, organising transfers, delivering home made and store bought goods, stocking up the fridge etc - she's an absolute gem and I fear we will only ever be disappointed in future hosts compared to Anastasia!

The villa was spotless, towels were replaced every couple of days (but there were plenty of spares for in between changes if required), the pool was cleaned daily, the kitchen was really well stocked - it had all the utensils that you would expect, all the appliances looked brand new as did the furniture - no dirty tatty sun loungers!
