Το Vlatos Villa Chania είναι μια ανακαινισμένη βίλα σε βενετσιάνικο στιλ με ιδιωτική πισίνα, κρυμμένη ανάμεσα σε αιωνόβιες καστανιές και ελιές στα βουνά της δυτικής Κρήτης... βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του χωριού Βλάτος, μόλις 2,5 χλμ. μακριά από τον παγκοσμίου φήμης οικολογικό οικισμό «Μηλιά» του δήμου Κισσάμου Χανίων Κρήτης και μόλις 23 χλμ (25 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο) από την παγκοσμίου φήμης παραλία Ελαφονήσι, 17 χλμ μακριά (20 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο) από την παραλία της Παλαιόχωρας και 33 χλμ (35 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο) από την παραλία Μπάλος Φαλάσαρνα.

Η πολυτελής ανακαινισμένη  βίλα μας σε βενετσιάνικο στιλ 120τ.μ. συνδυάζει μοντέρνα και παραδοσιακά στοιχεία ενώ ενσωματώνει τα καλύτερα της τοπικής αρχιτεκτονικής. Το Vlatos Villa Chania, που χτίστηκε για πρώτη φορά κατά την περίοδο της Ενετοκρατίας, διαθέτει 2 υπνοδωμάτια και 2 μπάνια που φιλοξενούν έως και εννέα άτομα σε δύο μεγάλα υπνοδωμάτια. Το κύριο υπνοδωμάτιο αποτελείται από ένα king-size κρεβάτι συν 2 μονά Το δεύτερο υπνοδωμάτιο αποτελείται από 2 διπλά κρεβάτια Καναπές-κρεβάτι στο σαλόνι.

Το σαλόνι περιλαμβάνει μια μεγάλη μοντέρνα κουζίνα καθώς και χώρους καθιστικού και τραπεζαρίας. Διαθέτει δορυφορική τηλεόραση, όπως και τα υπνοδωμάτια. Υπάρχει μια υπέροχη αίσθηση χώρου στο εξωτερικό του ακινήτου, με τις γενναιόδωρες βεράντες του και την εκτεταμένη θέα στην ιδιωτική πισίνα και τη γύρω φύση. The outside areas are amazing, around the pool and next to the bedrooms. The welcome basket is wonderful, and the house is surrounded by a garden where you can pick up grapes, lemons, figs... The cleaner is very helpful and she lives next door. There are 2 actual bedrooms, one of them very big. The shower inside is tiny, but you have an outside shower with hot water that you can use too. We loved our stay at Villa Vlatos.

We loved our stay at Villa Vlatos! The house is beautifully restored & decorate and super comfortable, immersed in nature and strategic for exploring beaches of western Crete, and jewels like Kedrados and Elaphonissi. Going back home after long and lazy beach life was a special treat because the evenings at Villa Vlatos with its balmy mountain climate and the warm pool were heavenly! The hosts are generous ( we have hugely appreciated the welcome basket with local products), discrete and available.

Famtastic holidays

The house and surroundings are simply amazing. Located in the center of the western part of Crete, all beaches there are within reach (30-45mins) and the scenery during the drive is great. There are many walking trails nearby so also ample opportunities…
