Αυτή η μεγαλοπρεπής ολοκαίνουργια πολυτελής βίλα με εκπληκτική θέα βρίσκεται κοντά στο γραφικό χωριό Ρογδιά και έχει θέα στο Αιγαίο Πέλαγος και το νησί Ντιά ενώ προσφέρει μοναδικές εμπειρίες μπροστά στα πολύχρωμα ηλιοβασιλέματα!

Το Omikron Villa Ηράκλειο υπόσχεται να σας ενθουσιάσει και να σας κάνει να ζήσετε αυτό που ονειρευτήκατε για τις διακοπές σας στην Κρήτη! Το αποκλειστικό στυλ, η μοντέρνα αρχιτεκτονική και η αξιοζήλευτη εξυπηρέτηση σας καθιστούν δύσκολο να ζήσετε σε αυτό το άνετο και ειδυλλιακό περιβάλλον και να ανακαλύψετε όλα όσα έχει να προσφέρει το νησί της Κρήτης. Το Omikron Villa Heraklion χωρίζεται σε 3 ορόφους και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει συνολικά έως 9 άτομα καθώς διαθέτει 4 ξεχωριστά υπνοδωμάτια!

Στο ισόγειο, υπάρχει ένα άνετο σαλόνι με άνετους καναπέδες, τζάκι, τηλεόραση LCD και μοντέρνα έπιπλα! Υπάρχει επίσης μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, μια τραπεζαρία και ένα WC! Η τραπεζαρία, το σαλόνι και η κουζίνα έχουν απίστευτη θέα με ωραίο αεράκι! Στο ίδιο επίπεδο, υπάρχει ένα ανεξάρτητο διαμέρισμα που περιλαμβάνει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι, ένα μπάνιο, μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και έναν καναπέ που μετατρέπεται σε ένα βολικό κρεβάτι! Όλο το σπίτι προσφέρει απεριόριστη σύνδεση WIFI στο διαδίκτυο.

Στον πρώτο όροφο, υπάρχει ένα μεγάλο υπνοδωμάτιο με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και ένα επιπλέον υπνοδωμάτιο με ξεχωριστό μπάνιο! Η σοφίτα έχει επίσης μετατραπεί σε δίκλινο υπνοδωμάτιο! Όλα αυτά τα υπνοδωμάτια διαθέτουν μπαλκόνια όπου μπορείτε να χαλαρώσετε απολαμβάνοντας την εκπληκτική θέα στη γαλάζια θάλασσα! Κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο είναι εξοπλισμένο με τηλεόραση LCD, συστήματα ψύξης-θέρμανσης και ευρύχωρες ντουλάπες.

Η εξωτερική περιοχή περιβάλλεται από έναν καταπράσινο κήπο με θέα προς την υπέροχη θέα του Αιγαίου πελάγους και του νησιού Ντία! Τα έπιπλα από αιώρα και σαλόνι προσφέρουν μια οικεία ατμόσφαιρα για να απολαύσετε πανοράματα, ενώ η μεγάλη σκεπαστή βεράντα με το χώρο μπάρμπεκιου σας επιτρέπει να ετοιμάσετε γεύματα και να το απολαύσετε στο εξωτερικό ξύλινο τραπέζι φαγητού! Η ιδιωτική πισίνα της βίλας είναι χτισμένη δίπλα στους βράχους σε αρμονία με το περιβάλλον γύρω της, περιτριγυρισμένη από φυσικά υλικά και φυτά κρητικής φύσης! Προσφέρει ιδιωτικότητα και εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα και τα βουνά!

With the pool and the outside BBQ, you could easily spend the entire day there. The hostis extremely cordial and helpful. Just keep in mind that transportation requires a car.

We would definitely want to stay here again if we could it was like being in paradise for 10 days! Every comfort imaginable!

The best of the best.

Many residents travel up here every night to spend time in the neighborhood's tavernas because it has one of the nicest views in the Heraklion area. Really excellent outdoor dining area with a barbecue.

This is a luxurious home with extraordinary views over the Aegean Sea. The location, Rogdia village, is known as the "Balcony of Heraklion", a well deserved nick-name. It is only a 25 minute drive from the airport. The modern, virtually new villa is very large with spacious rooms and huge patios, decks and pool area. It is well furnished with many thoughtful touches. The four bedrooms have comfortable beds with good quality linens, individually controlled heating/cooling and large bathrooms. We enjoyed the well furnished kitchen and the outdoor barbecue area. For self-catering, Heraklion has several very good supermarkets. In addtion, there are good restaurants near the villa within walking distance. You cannot go wrong staying here.

We had a magnificent week in Rodia. All that has been written is true, the view from the terrace at day and night is beautiful, the villa is new, designed with exquisite taste and very spacious. Explanations about directions were accurate and helped a lot. Our hosts were available by phone at any time, met us when we came for an explanation tour, which is needed because the place is big so there is lots to see, we made a stupid mistake on our first night, getting locked outside with the key in the house! But Dimitris and his daughter came right away to open the door for us. We are six adults and felt completely comfortable, lots of sitting and relaxing spots inside and out. The feeling is like being in an exclusive hotel – bath robes, towels for shower and towels for the pool, slippers and exquisite bed sheets. Fully equipped kitchen and again I must mention the fine decor. We had our dinners at the indoor dining corner, outdoor dining table and also at the BBQ dining table, each place with its spectacular view of the sea and Heraklion. Also there is a choice of four Taverns very close by. To reach the villa you really do need a car, we rented at the airport, the trip is short, less than half an hour so if needed to buy food or anything else, the city is close.

The view is breathtaking and the location is great for people that want to stay away from the noise and stress of the center of the city yet not so far from the center of Heraklion. There are nearby Taverns with amazing dishes. Make sure to rent a car to not rely on taxis. Summing up the experience was very good.

Dimitris was excellent with communication leading into our stay. The villa is stunning - the photos are great but don't do it justice. Beautiful architecture, furnishings, comfortable beds, impeccably clean and with perfectly manicured gardens (we used some fresh herbs in our BBQ one night) and so well equipped we didn't want for anything. Very safe and secure and the air cooling system was great for the heat. It's very quiet and private with an unbeatable view over the ocean. We were glad we rented a car for the stay (even though we didn't go far from the villa). Dimitris was a wonderful host and was always available to answer our messages and even helped us order takeaway from the local village one night. We loved our stay at the villa and can't wait to return one day!

Exceeded my expectation in every way!

My family and I loved this villa! Beautiful space with wonderful views. Great location to explore Crete on its northern coast, a quick flight from Athens, and easy high speed ferry to Santorini! Thank you!

This place is everything we wanted in our Cretan holiday paradise. Up in the rarified air of elegance with a mixture of slow comfort Villa Omikron was there to soothe the soul mind and body. We were a multi-generational family of 10. We all felt at home. Dimitris and Eva were the ultimate hosts, helpful, kind engaging and complete. I am in mourning back at home wishing i was greeting the morning like i did so many times looking out to sea and to the island of Dia.

Супруга в восторге! Комфортно и продумано. Прилетели утром в 9. В 10 нас встретил хозяин. Всё подробно рассказали показал. И далее мы были были предоставлены себе. Утром, до обеда отдыхали у бассейна, после обеда на пляж. Удобное расположение. Рядом порт, взяли экскурсию. До пляжа 20 мин на машине. Там же супермаркеты и магазинчик. Дом оборудован всем необходимым. Особенно полюбили готовить на мангале рыбу, мясо. Можно и не выезжать ни куда. Всё в восторге от отдыха. Если вам не нужны ежевечернии тусовки в городе, берите не задувываясь.
