Η Villa Penelope, σε ιδανική τοποθεσία στο περιζήτητο θέρετρο των Γουβών, είναι μια μοντέρνα βίλα 4 υπνοδωματίων με ιδιωτική πισίνα που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και 8 άτομα σε φιλόξενους και αριστοκρατικούς εσωτερικούς χώρους. Σε μια πραγματικά προνομιακή τοποθεσία κοντά σε καταστήματα και εστιατόρια και μόλις 200 μέτρα από τις πλησιέστερες κορυφαίες παραλίες της περιοχής, η Villa Penelope είναι η τέλεια επιλογή για όλους εκείνους τους επισκέπτες που αναζητούν χαλαρωτικές κρητικές διακοπές λίγα βήματα μακριά από τις αμμώδεις ακτές και τις τοπικές παραλίες.

Λόγω του μοντέρνου και μοναδικού σχεδιασμού, του ευρύχωρου και πολυτελούς εσωτερικού της και του άνετου και χαλαρωτικού εξωτερικού της, αυτή η βίλα λειτουργεί σύμφωνα με υψηλά πρότυπα διαμονής και έχει ρυθμιστεί να ανταποκριθεί στις υψηλότερες προσδοκίες κάθε επισκέπτη. Το κυρίως καθιστικό βρίσκεται στον μεσαίο όροφο και περιλαμβάνει ένα ευρύχωρο κλιματιζόμενο σαλόνι με δορυφορική τηλεόραση (και Netflix), ένα επιβλητικό μαρμάρινο τζάκι, τραπεζαρία, βεράντα, εντυπωσιακή κουζίνα με υπερσύγχρονα συσκευές και ένα WC. Οι σκάλες και ο εσωτερικός ανελκυστήρας οδηγούν στον επάνω όροφο, όπου υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με king size ιδιωτικό μπάνιο, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με 2 μονά κρεβάτια που μοιράζονται ένα οικογενειακό ντους με πλυντήριο ρούχων και στεγνωτήριο.

Το κάτω ισόγειο στεγάζει ένα μεγάλο ενιαίο σαλόνι με επαγγελματικό τραπέζι μπιλιάρδου, μια επιπλέον μικρή κουζίνα, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι καθώς και ένα οικογενειακό ντους. Είναι προσβάσιμο μέσω εσωτερικού ανελκυστήρα και εξωτερικής σκάλας. Το ισόγειο και ο 1ος όροφος διαθέτουν κεντρικό κλιματισμό, ελεγχόμενο για κάθε δωμάτιο ανεξάρτητα. Το ημιυπόγειο διαθέτει ανεξάρτητο κλιματισμό στο υπνοδωμάτιο.

Για να απολαύσετε πλήρως τον εκπληκτικό καιρό της Κρήτης και τη φωτεινή ηλιοφάνεια, η Villa Penelope διαθέτει έναν ευρύχωρο, ιδιωτικό εξωτερικό χώρο με πισίνα, σκιερή τραπεζαρία καθώς και έναν υπέροχο χώρο μπάρμπεκιου χτισμένο με τούβλα. Στις εγκαταστάσεις διατίθεται επίσης ιδιωτικός χώρος στάθμευσης.

Amazing Amazing AMAZING

I really don't know how else to describe this villa and also area and of course, Dimitris him self, just a really nice down to earth bloke always happy to help with what ever you need, starting off with he got a list off of us of food stuff we wanted…
I really don't know how else to describe this villa and also area and of course, Dimitris him self, just a really nice down to earth bloke always happy to help with what ever you need, starting off with he got a list off of us of food stuff we wanted and he went to get it before our arrival so it was there for when we got there. The Villa is huge, plenty of space and rooms to accommodate our family, it's literally filled with everything you would need. Pool and BBQ Area absolutely brilliant, outside area gets the sun all day right up until sunset. There is a few restaurants and bars and supermarkets within walking distance, then there is a whole host more if your willing to walk about 15 minutes. We would absolutely recommend penelope to any family wanting a nice home from home place too stay in a stunning part of crete. Thank you so much Dimitris for letting us stay here, hopefully will be back soon. Cheers

Close to the sea and some real friendly tavernas and bars. Both inside and outside areas are spacious and well equipped.Bed linen and towels changed midweek and a pool clean was a lovely surprise.There are supermarkets locally too if eating in is your…

Our family was so comfortable here. Very clean & fully stocked with kitchen equipment. Super relaxing, fun with the delightful pool & quality sunbathing beds. Used outdoor BBQ area a couple of times - a great facility & made outside eating at the villa a real event. Large local CRM Super Market on Ioannoy Konstantinidi, had fresh meat, cheese & basics. Souvenir shops here too.Lidl a short drive away for stocking up. Meal out at Maya Restaurant (few mins walk from villa to sea & a 1 minute walk to left). Beautiful food & sea view. Sunset watching at the church here was memorable too. Happy by pool most days but had a drive out to Potamos beach (25 mins), had lunch at the restaurant here & hired sun-beds on their section of beach. Relaxing with refreshing sea swims.2 meals at Philipos Taverna (also on walk down to sea from villa) - fantastic food & service.Excited for next villa but will miss Villa Penelope - highly recommended & Dimitris is a fabulous host

Local restaurants walkable and fabulous. Villa had outdoor bbq area and pizza oven for great family meals. Beach 5 min walk if that’s your thing. We were a family of 8 and plenty of space for all. Cant recommend enough an amazing villa and such friendly helpful hosts.

The villa is very clean, spacious and well equipped. The pool area is fantastic. We loved chilling out at the pool and didn’t want to leave. There are a good variety of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We did a catamaran trip to Dia Island where the tour operator arranged pick up from the Villa. Also only 15 minutes away from the airport. Definitely a location where you don’t need to hire a car.

Lovely villa to relax well

The villa is close to the airport, so with 15 minutes you are at the destination. Large rooms, nice bathrooms, very nice basement with the pool table and table tennis table and a nice swimming pool with large canopy.

A beautiful villa, felt luxurious, with new slippers on arrival too! So much space, and plenty of different eating and drinking areas to choose. The area felt safe, with a short walk away from the coast. We spent most of the time in the neighbouring little villages in the hills, eating at tavernas, as these had the most charm and felt more authentically Greek. Dimitris was a great host, very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend a stay at villa Penelope, a lovely villa to explore the rest of the island from :)If you use a wheelchair, be aware that the ramp is steep to get up to the house. Fine if you are strong and fit, or if you have someone who is strong to push you up.All is all a top holiday! Thank you Dimitris for having us :)
