Είναι μια διώροφη νεόδμητη βίλα 1100 τετραγωνικών μέτρων, η οποία βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή, μόλις 200 μέτρα από την παραλία. Η Seaside Villa Eona 2 Crete αποτελείται από κάθε βίλα από τέσσερα ευρύχωρα υπνοδωμάτια με πέντε κρεβάτια, ένα queen και τέσσερα μονά κρεβάτια, τα οποία μπορούν να φιλοξενήσουν έως και 8 άτομα. Κατόπιν αιτήματος, υπάρχει η δυνατότητα παροχής ενός μεγάλου και άνετου καναπέ, όπου μπορούν να κοιμηθούν δύο επιπλέον άτομα. Διαθέτει τρία μπάνια, ένα άνετο σαλόνι με τζάκι, μια μεγάλη τραπεζαρία, καθώς και μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα που σας περιμένει για να ετοιμάσετε τα γεύματά σας.

Το ισόγειο οδηγεί στο ιδιωτικό αίθριο της βίλας, το οποίο σε συνδυασμό με το υπαίθριο καθιστικό, τις ιδιωτικές πισίνες (μία μικρή και μια μεγάλη), το εξωτερικό ντους και τον κήπο με τις ξαπλώστρες, θα προσφέρουν μοναδικές στιγμές χαλάρωσης. Επιπλέον, υπάρχουν εγκαταστάσεις μπάρμπεκιου στη διάθεσή σας, όπου μπορείτε να απολαύσετε υπέροχα γεύματα.

Η Seaside Villa Eona 2 Crete βρίσκεται στις Κάτω Γούβες Ηρακλείου, έναν μικρό παραθαλάσσιο οικισμό ανάμεσα στα κορυφαία τουριστικά θέρετρα της Κρήτης. The place is brand new, super clean, and beautifully designed. The outdoor area is such a gem - the yard is peaceful and the pool is the perfect size, with sunlight all day long.Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. It’s just 15 minutes from the airport (a huge plus!) and there are plenty of attractions and cool spots nearby, all within a short drive.But what really made our stay special was the incredible hospitality. Agron and his son were beyond helpful - they were always available for anything we needed, at any time. Truly above and beyond! They even offer a shuttle service, which came in super handy.Highly recommend this place – we’d absolutely come back!

For a group of 8, it's still quite difficult to find accommodation that meets everyone's requirements, but when we saw this, we were immediately won over. The villa is very spacious, enough space to retreat and chill, but also enough space to sit together on the sofa, or outside by the pool. The reception was very welcome, Kledi offered to pick us up from the airport, and also took us to the supermarket to do shopping. Because we were a little early, he booked beds for us on the beach, and he took us there too. We basically came for going out on the strip, which is a bit of a drive. But because of the music in the van and the cosy conversations, time flew, and the rate was not too bad. All in all; a great accommodation, a wonderful place if you don't want to be in the middle of the city but a bit in the inhabited world. I can't give more than 5 stars, but I'd give 50! Perfect!

There were two pools on the property, one of which was specifically designed for young children, and really nice sun loungers. a short distance from the beach area, where there were plenty of great, fairly priced restaurants with magnificent sea views, especially as the sun sank. This villa comes highly recommended.

Within a 5minute walk there are beautiful beaches with sunbeds and there is a supermarket and a nice restaurant. For the other cities like malia or Heraklion it is better if you have a car. But there is also a bus station nearby. The host was also the best he organize a car and over all the communication was perfect. I would definitly recommend this villa everyone.

Highly Recommended! Amazing villa!

Amazing villa! Totally stunning and modern. Couldn’t recommend enough. Only thing that could make it better was if the pool area was frosted glass so wasn’t as exposed. But would 100% stay again.
