Η κομψή και πολυτελής κατοικία βρίσκεται σε προνομιακό σημείο, στην πλαγιά ενός λόφου ακριβώς έξω από την όμορφη πόλη του Αγίου Νικολάου. Το Villa Bellelen Crete μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 11 άτομα σε 5 υπνοδωμάτια και προσφέρει μια σειρά από εγκαταστάσεις, σύγχρονες συσκευές και κομψούς εσωτερικούς χώρους για να εξασφαλίσει μια άνετη διαμονή. Η Villa Bellelen διαθέτει εξωτερικό χώρο 270τμ, με περιποιημένο κήπο με γκαζόν, τεράστια πισίνα, χώρο μπάρμπεκιου και εξωτερική σάουνα.

Η Villa Bellelen Crete έχει εσωτερικό χώρο 307τμ και είναι χτισμένη σε δύο επίπεδα. Το ισόγειο αποτελείται από έναν ενιαίο χώρο με μεγάλα ανοίγματα που αφήνουν τον ήλιο να μπει στο σπίτι, έχει θέα στην πισίνα και τον κήπο και προσφέρει εκπληκτική θέα στον κόλπο Mirabello, τη νησίδα των Αγίων Πάντων και τα βουνά της Σητείας. Το σαλόνι διαθέτει τζάκι, δύο χώρους καθιστικού με άνετους καναπέδες και έξυπνη τηλεόραση. Ακριβώς δίπλα είναι η τραπεζαρία, μια όμορφη κουζίνα εξοπλισμένη με μια σειρά από σύγχρονες συσκευές όπου μπορείτε να ετοιμάσετε πρωινό ή δείπνο για τους αγαπημένους σας. Σε αυτό το επίπεδο, υπάρχουν επίσης δύο υπνοδωμάτια με 2 μονά κρεβάτια (που μπορούν να συνδεθούν για να σχηματίσουν ένα διπλό) που μοιράζονται ένα μπάνιο με ντους και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με τρία μονά κρεβάτια και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με μπανιέρα. Στον επάνω όροφο υπάρχουν δύο μεγάλα υπνοδωμάτια. Καθένα διαθέτει κρεβάτι king size, δωμάτιο-ντουλάπα και μπάνιο με μπανιέρα τζακούζι. Αυτά τα δωμάτια έχουν πρόσβαση σε μια μεγάλη επιπλωμένη βεράντα με εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα και το λιμάνι του Αγίου Νικολάου!

Όλα τα δωμάτια προσφέρουν τηλεόραση και κλιματισμό. Το Villa Bellelen Crete βρίσκεται στην πλαγιά ενός λόφου στα προάστια της γραφικής πόλης του Αγίου Νικολάου και προσφέρει εκπληκτική θέα στον κόλπο Mirabello και τα βουνά της Σητείας. Η ιδιωτική πισίνα 68τμ (θερμαίνεται κατόπιν αιτήματος) σας καλωσορίζει για να δροσιστείτε κατά τη διάρκεια μιας ζεστής καλοκαιρινής μέρας, ενώ στις μοντέρνες και άνετες ξαπλώστρες μπορείτε να δουλέψετε στο μαύρισμα σας! Και αν αυτό δεν είναι αρκετό για να σας κάνει να χαλαρώσετε, μπορείτε επίσης να περάσετε λίγο χρόνο στην υπαίθρια σάουνα που θα σας βοηθήσει να χαλαρώσετε από το άγχος και να νιώσετε αναζωογονημένοι!

Εξωτερικά, το κύριο σαλόνι είναι μια ευρύχωρη επιπλωμένη βεράντα, εξωτερική σάουνα και μια σκιερή τραπεζαρία με μπάρμπεκιου και φούρνο, ιδανικό μέρος για να συγκεντρωθείτε με τους φίλους ή την οικογένειά σας και να απολαύσετε ένα σπιτικό δείπνο κάτω από τα αστέρια. Περιβάλλεται από έναν συνολικό κήπο γκαζόν 270τμ με τοπικά δέντρα και λουλούδια ενώ στον επάνω όροφο θα βρείτε μια ευρύχωρη επιπλωμένη βεράντα με θέα στην πισίνα και τον κήπο. The villa is really beautiful and the team was very helpful and friendly!

We were staying with a group of 6 teenagers and could not have wished for anything better for us to relax (morning yoga at the pool with amazing sea views) and the kids to have fun at the same time... We are very happy to recommend this villa!

The villa was exactly as described and the welcome pack was very thoughtful, really helpful. Air conditioning was great, kitchen well stocked with glasses, plates etc. Bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms lovely. The cleaners were great, polite and efficient…

Air conditioning was great, kitchen well stocked with glasses, plates etc. Bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms lovely. The cleaners were great, polite and efficient. Pool was lovely. The agent was very helpful and the extra gift on our departure was lovely, unfortunately many of the guests had no room/weight limit left in the luggage so unfortunately could not bring them home but the gesture was very much appreciated. The outdoor areas were fantastic. Netflix in the house was helpful. All in all we found it excellent and really enjoyed the stay.

First of all, I would like to tell that the villa is beautifull, big with a fantastic view also on AGIOS NIKOLAOS (nearest town only a few km.) When we arrived, there was a very very big basket, filled with everythings you need for the first days, enough…
First of all, I would like to tell that the villa is beautifull, big with a fantastic view also on AGIOS NIKOLAOS (nearest town only a few km.) When we arrived, there was a very very big basket, filled with everythings you need for the first days, enough drinks, bread etc….. Upstairs you have 2 suites with there own bathroom, both of the baths or bubbelbaths. Dowstairs you have 2 (a little smaller than upstairs) 1 off them with 3 beds and bathroom with bath and 1 more bedroom (smaller) with a shower VERY big livingroom – white marmer tiles everywere downstairs very well equiped kitchen. Very big terraces dowstairs and upstairs ; In the 2 big rooms upstairs the floor is wood. There is a elevator. Outside : loungechairs (sunbathing), 2 big wooden tables with comfortable chairs. Huge swimming pool WITH chloor. Outside shower Nice garden and a sauna in the garden (nice) For us the beautiful villa was to big. But if you are with a bigger group (10-12 pers)it is perfect. 2 times a week, 2 friendly cleaning women. WE DID ENJOYED OUR STAY (3 weeks) AND WE WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE WONDERFULL STAY;

We stayed at this Villa in October 2019 and loved it. The villa is a stunning, modern building with great outdoor space. There were six of us, but at full capacity of 10, there is more than enough space for everyone. The fridge was really well stocked on arrival, as per other reviews and Nicos was a friendly and very helpful host. The villa is located midway between Agios Nikolaos and Elounda. We hired a car, which I'd recommend. Our first villa holiday and couldn't recommend this place more highly. We'll definitely consider another visit.

Wonderful hillside villa overlooking Agios Nikolaos

We were a party of six (all adults) and were specific in our needs for bedrooms and bathrooms. The villa was very clean, well-kept, and new. The common spaces were very generous in size, both indoor and out, and the aspect overlooking the Bay of Mirabello…
We were a party of six (all adults) and were specific in our needs for bedrooms and bathrooms. The villa was very clean, well-kept, and new. The common spaces were very generous in size, both indoor and out, and the aspect overlooking the Bay of Mirabello and Agios Nikolaos was quite magical. We are keen cooks and spent most evenings cooking and dining al fresco. The owner/host, Nikos Papadakis, went overboard to ensure that we were well looked after. He provided a "welcome hamper" which in fact was a fully stocked refrigerator and kitchen, a very welcome finding for us as we arrived early evening and after a very long travel day (14 hours). He checked in every few days to ensure that everything was to our liking and that there were no missing details. He accommodated a request for a different set of pillows for one of our party, made sure that there was always adequate charcoal for the BBQ. As a parting gesture, he provided each of us with a gift of local honey and olive oil, quite unexpected, and very generous in spirit. This property and the adjacent (also owned by the owner) would be a great spot for an extended family reunion or wedding. The only suggestion I could make would be to have someone who used the kitchen (ie was a cook) to review some of the supplies (a sharper knife for example) but this would be quibbling. I would certainly return.

We had a wonderful week at Villa Bellelen in September. The villa is set back from the road, on a not too steep hill and is wonderfully private whilst being connected to the local area. Nicos met us on arrival and introduced us to the villa - and to an extraordinary 'welcome gift' of the best stocked fridge we had ever seen - enough food and drink for a family for a week! The villa is beautifully designed and finished - with breathtaking views, spacious communal areas and yet a very homely feel. The poolside is fabulous - with a lovely shelving pool that stays warm all day, lots of very comfortable loungers and a brilliant shady spot under the trees (our favourite!) - a great place for a glass of wine before dinner as the sun goes down. There is a shaded table for lazy breakfasts - and even a sauna - which was surprisingly nice even in the heat! The airconditioning works extremely well throughout. The bedrooms and bathrooms are 5 star hotel quality - with more than ample storage and (again) beautiful finishes. The beds are comfortable and Nicos provides extra everything - robes, slippers, bedding, pillows, towels, beach towels. At the front of the villa there is a security gate and ample parking. There are three beaches within a few minutes walk. Havanias is the closest - a ten minute walk downhill - and is a perfect Crete beach. It has some stones so beach shoes are helpful - but the sea is glorious - fish abundant and as a blue flag beach, it has toilets, first aid and sunloungers/umbrellas. It also has a fab beach bar - relaxed with great food and drinks.

The villa is beautiful as the pictures show, and the view is outstanding. We were 11 (6 adults 2 young kids and 3 older older kids) and the space was spaciasoius for all of us easily. The villa is fully equipted to the last details. Nikos and his wife went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, welcoming us with a refrigerator full of food and drinks, and added presents and very good recommandations for restuarants and attractions. Location is great, walking distance to the sea and a short drive to Agios Nikolaos and Elounda with plenty of restuarants and supermarkets We look forward to our next vacation at villa Bellelen.

Lovely spacious villa

The house is beautiful and with stunning views of the ocean and «bay». The house and views look very much like how it appears in the pictures. The pool area and outside areas were very nice as well. We arrived late, and the fridge was full of beverages…

We arrived late, and the fridge was full of beverages and food which was very nice considering we were travelling with kids. We would not hesitate staying there in the future! Villa Bellelen is an spacious villa situated on the edge of Agios Nikolaos. Views across the Mirabello Bay are superb. The spacious villa is modern and very clean with fresh linen supplied three times during our seven-day stay. The large television has both Netflix and Amazon Prime. There are also smaller televisions in each of the five bedrooms. It is only a five-minute drive to the middle of Agios Nikolaos where there are numerous shops and restaurants. The villa's owner is incredibly kind and helpful, greeting us personally on our arrival and giving us a personal tour of the property as well as advising on good places to visit and eat. The nearest beach is only a short walk away. Overall, we had a hugely enjoyable week at this excellent villa.

This is as amazing as it looks on the pictures. The villa is stunning, in a beautiful location and although it is a little bit out of the way from Agios Nikolaos it's worth it as it is simply beautiful. Our welcome from the owner was so great and we were totally blown away by his 'welcome pack' which basically was a filled fridge with everything from fruit and veg, to beers, soft drinks and bottles of wine and raki! And he also thought of providing bread and eggs etc. What a star! We have really loved the villa, and would happily come back in a heartbeat. Would have no hesitation in recommending this place. And when we left, the owner gave us all a present of olive oil and honey, so sweet!

An awesome villa with stunning views over the sea and mountains. Very modern, spacious and stylish- great furnishings! Fabulous outdoor area and pool. Really well equipped! Ticked every box! Definitely the best villa we have ever stayed in...and we have stayed in a lot! It easily sleeps/caters for 10 - unlike some villas that say they do! The owner, was really charming and so kind and helpful. We arrived to a fridge full of food, beer and wine...and departed with wonderful gifts from him. Wish we were still there!

Fanstastic villa that worked really well

Great view. Agios Nikolaos was very close and was more than expected. Several grocery stores, taverns and beaches to choose from, all very close. The pool and deck were perfect. Huge driveway. The host and the owner, both, took great care of us all week…
