Villa Bellelen Crète est une location de villa de luxe avec 5 chambres et une piscine privée. La résidence chic et luxueuse est située dans un endroit privilégié, sur une colline juste à l'extérieur de la belle ville d'Agios Nikolaos. La Villa Bellelen Crete peut accueillir jusqu'à 11 personnes dans 5 chambres et propose une gamme d'équipements, des appareils modernes et des espaces intérieurs élégants pour assurer un séjour confortable. La Villa Bellelen dispose d'un espace extérieur de 270 m², avec une pelouse bien entretenue, une immense piscine, un espace barbecue et un sauna extérieur.

La Villa Bellelen Crète a une superficie intérieure de 307 m² et est construite sur deux niveaux. Le rez-de-chaussée se compose d'un espace ouvert avec de grandes ouvertures qui permettent au soleil d'entrer dans la maison, surplombe la piscine et le jardin et offre une vue imprenable sur la baie de Mirabello, l'îlot d'Agioi Pandas et les montagnes de Sitia. Le salon dispose d'une cheminée, de deux coins salon avec des canapés confortables et d'une télévision connectée. Juste à côté se trouve la salle à manger, une belle cuisine équipée d'une gamme d'appareils modernes où vous pourrez préparer le petit-déjeuner ou le dîner pour vos proches. A ce niveau, il y a aussi deux chambres à deux lits (pouvant se connecter pour former un double) qui partagent une salle de bain avec douche et une chambre avec trois lits simples en suite avec une salle de bain avec baignoire. A l'étage supérieur, il y a deux chambres de maître. Chacune dispose d'un lit king-size, d'un dressing et d'une salle de bains avec baignoire jacuzzi. Ces chambres ont accès à une grande véranda meublée avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et le port d'Agios Nikolaos !

Toutes les chambres disposent d'une télévision et de la climatisation. La Villa Bellelen Crete se dresse sur une colline dans la banlieue de la ville pittoresque d'Agios Nikolaos et offre une vue imprenable sur la baie de Mirabello et les montagnes de Sitia. La piscine privée de 68 m² (chauffée sur demande) vous accueille pour vous rafraîchir lors d'une chaude journée d'été, tandis que sur les transats modernes et confortables vous pourrez peaufiner votre bronzage ! Et si cela ne suffit pas à vous détendre, vous pouvez également passer du temps dans le sauna extérieur qui vous aidera à vous détendre du stress et à vous sentir revigoré !

À l'extérieur, le salon principal est une spacieuse terrasse meublée, un sauna extérieur et une salle à manger ombragée avec un barbecue et un four, un endroit idéal pour se réunir avec vos amis ou votre famille et profiter d'un dîner fait maison sous les étoiles. Il est entouré d'un jardin de pelouse de 270 m² avec des arbres et des fleurs locaux tandis qu'à l'étage supérieur, vous trouverez une spacieuse terrasse meublée qui surplombe la piscine et le jardin. The villa is really beautiful and the team was very helpful and friendly!

We were staying with a group of 6 teenagers and could not have wished for anything better for us to relax (morning yoga at the pool with amazing sea views) and the kids to have fun at the same time... We are very happy to recommend this villa!

We found it excellent and really enjoyed the stay.

The villa was exactly as described and the welcome pack was very thoughtful, really helpful. Air conditioning was great, kitchen well stocked with glasses, plates etc. Bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms lovely. The cleaners were great, polite and efficient…

Air conditioning was great, kitchen well stocked with glasses, plates etc. Bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms lovely. The cleaners were great, polite and efficient. Pool was lovely. The agent was very helpful and the extra gift on our departure was lovely, unfortunately many of the guests had no room/weight limit left in the luggage so unfortunately could not bring them home but the gesture was very much appreciated. The outdoor areas were fantastic. Netflix in the house was helpful. All in all we found it excellent and really enjoyed the stay.

First of all, I would like to tell that the villa is beautifull, big with a fantastic view also on AGIOS NIKOLAOS (nearest town only a few km.) When we arrived, there was a very very big basket, filled with everythings you need for the first days, enough…
First of all, I would like to tell that the villa is beautifull, big with a fantastic view also on AGIOS NIKOLAOS (nearest town only a few km.) When we arrived, there was a very very big basket, filled with everythings you need for the first days, enough drinks, bread etc….. Upstairs you have 2 suites with there own bathroom, both of the baths or bubbelbaths. Dowstairs you have 2 (a little smaller than upstairs) 1 off them with 3 beds and bathroom with bath and 1 more bedroom (smaller) with a shower VERY big livingroom – white marmer tiles everywere downstairs very well equiped kitchen. Very big terraces dowstairs and upstairs ; In the 2 big rooms upstairs the floor is wood. There is a elevator. Outside : loungechairs (sunbathing), 2 big wooden tables with comfortable chairs. Huge swimming pool WITH chloor. Outside shower Nice garden and a sauna in the garden (nice) For us the beautiful villa was to big. But if you are with a bigger group (10-12 pers)it is perfect. 2 times a week, 2 friendly cleaning women. WE DID ENJOYED OUR STAY (3 weeks) AND WE WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE WONDERFULL STAY;

We stayed at this Villa in October 2019 and loved it. The villa is a stunning, modern building with great outdoor space. There were six of us, but at full capacity of 10, there is more than enough space for everyone. The fridge was really well stocked on arrival, as per other reviews and Nicos was a friendly and very helpful host. The villa is located midway between Agios Nikolaos and Elounda. We hired a car, which I'd recommend. Our first villa holiday and couldn't recommend this place more highly. We'll definitely consider another visit.

Wonderful hillside villa overlooking Agios Nikolaos

We were a party of six (all adults) and were specific in our needs for bedrooms and bathrooms. The villa was very clean, well-kept, and new. The common spaces were very generous in size, both indoor and out, and the aspect overlooking the Bay of Mirabello…
We were a party of six (all adults) and were specific in our needs for bedrooms and bathrooms. The villa was very clean, well-kept, and new. The common spaces were very generous in size, both indoor and out, and the aspect overlooking the Bay of Mirabello and Agios Nikolaos was quite magical. We are keen cooks and spent most evenings cooking and dining al fresco. The owner/host, Nikos Papadakis, went overboard to ensure that we were well looked after. He provided a "welcome hamper" which in fact was a fully stocked refrigerator and kitchen, a very welcome finding for us as we arrived early evening and after a very long travel day (14 hours). He checked in every few days to ensure that everything was to our liking and that there were no missing details. He accommodated a request for a different set of pillows for one of our party, made sure that there was always adequate charcoal for the BBQ. As a parting gesture, he provided each of us with a gift of local honey and olive oil, quite unexpected, and very generous in spirit. This property and the adjacent (also owned by the owner) would be a great spot for an extended family reunion or wedding. The only suggestion I could make would be to have someone who used the kitchen (ie was a cook) to review some of the supplies (a sharper knife for example) but this would be quibbling. I would certainly return.

We had a wonderful week at Villa Bellelen in September. The villa is set back from the road, on a not too steep hill and is wonderfully private whilst being connected to the local area. Nicos met us on arrival and introduced us to the villa - and to an extraordinary 'welcome gift' of the best stocked fridge we had ever seen - enough food and drink for a family for a week! The villa is beautifully designed and finished - with breathtaking views, spacious communal areas and yet a very homely feel. The poolside is fabulous - with a lovely shelving pool that stays warm all day, lots of very comfortable loungers and a brilliant shady spot under the trees (our favourite!) - a great place for a glass of wine before dinner as the sun goes down. There is a shaded table for lazy breakfasts - and even a sauna - which was surprisingly nice even in the heat! The airconditioning works extremely well throughout. The bedrooms and bathrooms are 5 star hotel quality - with more than ample storage and (again) beautiful finishes. The beds are comfortable and Nicos provides extra everything - robes, slippers, bedding, pillows, towels, beach towels. At the front of the villa there is a security gate and ample parking. There are three beaches within a few minutes walk. Havanias is the closest - a ten minute walk downhill - and is a perfect Crete beach. It has some stones so beach shoes are helpful - but the sea is glorious - fish abundant and as a blue flag beach, it has toilets, first aid and sunloungers/umbrellas. It also has a fab beach bar - relaxed with great food and drinks.

Vacating at villa bellelen was perfect

The villa is beautiful as the pictures show, and the view is outstanding. We were 11 (6 adults 2 young kids and 3 older older kids) and the space was spaciasoius for all of us easily. The villa is fully equipted to the last details. Nikos and his wife went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, welcoming us with a refrigerator full of food and drinks, and added presents and very good recommandations for restuarants and attractions. Location is great, walking distance to the sea and a short drive to Agios Nikolaos and Elounda with plenty of restuarants and supermarkets We look forward to our next vacation at villa Bellelen.

Lovely spacious villa

The house is beautiful and with stunning views of the ocean and «bay». The house and views look very much like how it appears in the pictures. The pool area and outside areas were very nice as well. We arrived late, and the fridge was full of beverages…

We arrived late, and the fridge was full of beverages and food which was very nice considering we were travelling with kids. We would not hesitate staying there in the future! Villa Bellelen is an spacious villa situated on the edge of Agios Nikolaos. Views across the Mirabello Bay are superb. The spacious villa is modern and very clean with fresh linen supplied three times during our seven-day stay. The large television has both Netflix and Amazon Prime. There are also smaller televisions in each of the five bedrooms. It is only a five-minute drive to the middle of Agios Nikolaos where there are numerous shops and restaurants. The villa's owner is incredibly kind and helpful, greeting us personally on our arrival and giving us a personal tour of the property as well as advising on good places to visit and eat. The nearest beach is only a short walk away. Overall, we had a hugely enjoyable week at this excellent villa.

This is as amazing as it looks on the pictures. The villa is stunning, in a beautiful location and although it is a little bit out of the way from Agios Nikolaos it's worth it as it is simply beautiful. Our welcome from the owner was so great and we were totally blown away by his 'welcome pack' which basically was a filled fridge with everything from fruit and veg, to beers, soft drinks and bottles of wine and raki! And he also thought of providing bread and eggs etc. What a star! We have really loved the villa, and would happily come back in a heartbeat. Would have no hesitation in recommending this place. And when we left, the owner gave us all a present of olive oil and honey, so sweet!

An awesome villa with stunning views over the sea and mountains. Very modern, spacious and stylish- great furnishings! Fabulous outdoor area and pool. Really well equipped! Ticked every box! Definitely the best villa we have ever stayed in...and we have stayed in a lot! It easily sleeps/caters for 10 - unlike some villas that say they do! The owner, was really charming and so kind and helpful. We arrived to a fridge full of food, beer and wine...and departed with wonderful gifts from him. Wish we were still there!

Fanstastic villa that worked really well

Great view. Agios Nikolaos was very close and was more than expected. Several grocery stores, taverns and beaches to choose from, all very close. The pool and deck were perfect. Huge driveway. The host and the owner, both, took great care of us all week…
