Το Simore Villa Rethymno βρίσκεται στην κορυφή ενός λόφου στα περίχωρα της διάσημης πόλης του Ρεθύμνου και μόλις 2χλμ από τη δημοφιλή, πλήρως οργανωμένη, αμμώδη παραλία της πόλης. Το Simore Villa Rethymno προσφέρει την άνεση και τη ζεστασιά που κάθε οικογένεια επιθυμεί να έχει αξέχαστες διακοπές. Διαθέτει πολύ ευρύχωρα υπνοδωμάτια με ιδιωτικά μπάνια, κομψά διακοσμημένο σαλόνι, ευρύχωρο σαλόνι, μοντέρνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και υπέροχο κήπο με ιδιωτική πισίνα και χώρο χαλάρωσης. Το Simore Villa Rethymno έχει έκταση 300 τμ σε οικόπεδο 1500 τμ. Η πισίνα έχει μέγεθος 45 τμ.

Μπαίνοντας στο Simore Villa Rethymno υπάρχει ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι με άνετους καναπέδες και τραπεζαρία. Επιπλέον, υπάρχει μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα ενιαίας διαρρύθμισης με τραπέζι φαγητού και μια χαλαρωτική γωνιά τηλεόρασης. Γαλλικές πόρτες τόσο από το σαλόνι-τραπεζαρία όσο και από την κουζίνα, οδηγούν σε ένα ευρύχωρο μπαλκόνι, το καθένα με έπιπλα εξωτερικής βεράντας όπου μπορείτε να απολαύσετε το πρωινό, το μεσημεριανό ή το βραδινό σας. Από την κουζίνα, υπάρχει επίσης μια άλλη έξοδος στον κήπο και στον χώρο της πισίνας.

Στον ίδιο όροφο, υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με ιδιωτικό ντους/ WC και ένα διπλό κρεβάτι (1,20μ x 2μ) και ένας ημιώροφος με γραφείο και μια μικρή βιβλιοθήκη. Μια εσωτερική μαρμάρινη σκάλα οδηγεί στον επάνω όροφο όπου υπάρχουν άλλα τέσσερα υπνοδωμάτια. Τρία από τα υπνοδωμάτια είναι εξοπλισμένα με μεγάλα διπλά κρεβάτια και ένα με δύο μονά κρεβάτια. Όλα τα υπνοδωμάτια είναι ξεχωριστά κλιματιζόμενα, διαθέτουν τηλεόραση, ευρύχωρα μπαλκόνια με υπέροχη θέα στην όμορφη Κρητική ύπαιθρο και τη θάλασσα. Όλα έχουν ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και ευρύχωρες ντουλάπες. Όλοι οι εσωτερικοί και εξωτερικοί χώροι της βίλας διαθέτουν δωρεάν απεριόριστη σύνδεση wifi.

Housekeeping happened in the middle of our stay. It is 10 minutes from the center of Rethymno and 15 minutes from beautiful beaches, on a hill. We would happily return and had a perfect stay

I can only recommend the villa and gladly come again!

The host was and is a great host. The Villa is very beautiful. There was everything your heart desires. The kitchen was particularly well equipped.

Fabulous Villa Holiday

Great location - 2.5km from the beach and shops and in a quiet residential area, but everything is accessible. A car is recommended. We felt very posh with the electric gated entrance! There is a butcher's, bakery supermarket, and tavernas at the bottom…
Great location - 2.5km from the beach and shops and in a quiet residential area, but everything is accessible. A car is recommended. We felt very posh with the electric gated entrance! There is a butcher's, bakery supermarket, and tavernas at the bottom of the hill. The beach closest to the villa is very busy but nice enough. We ventured a 15-minute drive west and found a lovely quiet cove. Space! As a party of 8 (2 families) there was plenty of room and different lounge areas to relax on comfy couches and to eat together, or not! Everything you could possibly ask for in the kitchen, very well equipped and a fabulous outdoor bbq area. The host kindly also left a welcome pack for breakfast as we arrived late which was very much appreciated. We made great use of the panini maker! Also appreciated the plastic cups for the children to use outside. The balcony with a dining table is perfect to eat or play cards while watching the sunset. All doors and windows have mossie doors/nets and a wonderful breeze runs through the house while keeping it bug-free! Air con in all the rooms is effective. The pool! Quality, comfortable loungers and pool towels available. The pool was cleaned daily and surrounded by olive trees, flowers and plants and pretty lighting at night. The sun is on the pool area all day but the parasols kept us cool in the midday heat. Light-coloured paving so the floor isn't lava!

Fantastic Stay At Simore Villa

We really enjoyed our stay at Simore Villa, the villa was stocked with everything you could possibly need and perfectly clean. The pool was lovely and it was only a 10 minute taxi into the local town. Thank you so much for having us!

Большая, чистая территория, очень много зелени, за которой тщательно ухаживают, большой, чистый бассейн, прекрасный большой дом, со всеми мыслимыми и немыслимыми удобствами, есть абсолютно все чтобы чувствовать себя как "дома"! Ну и отдельное спасибо владельцу виллы Тео и его супруге за теплый прием, качественный сервис и отличное, дружеское отношение! Очень рекомендую!!!

The villa is great and perfect for famillies. It has all the facilities you have ever dreamed of. Theo the owner is the perfect host. It is impossible for me to explain in words how good we felt in the villa. The villa perfectely equiped and maintained. It is very closed to suparmarket, bakery, butcher (less than 5 minutes by car). I strongly recommend and I would consider to come back again.

we really enjoyed our stay. the host was very kind and the hospitality was excellent. the house was very clean , they cleaned it twice while we were there, the pool also was cleaned every day. Our host, Theo, was there and arranged welcome products…
