Η Villa Anna Rethymno είναι μια πολυτελής βίλα που ενοικιάζεται με 6 υπνοδωμάτια και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Η Villa Anna είναι μια μοντέρνα οικογενειακή κατοικία. Αυτή η πολυτελής βίλα βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία σε οικόπεδο 4000 τ.μ. με όμορφους κήπους, ελιές, οπωροφόρα δέντρα και πολύχρωμα λουλούδια. Βρίσκεται 1 km από το χωριό Αστέρι, 14 km ανατολικά του Ρεθύμνου (10 λεπτά) και 2,5 km από την κοντινότερη αμμώδη παραλία του Σταυρωμένου όπου υπάρχουν ταβέρνες, μίνι μάρκετ, φούρνος και άλλα καταστήματα. Το περίφημο μοναστήρι του Αρκαδίου βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 8χλμ.

Η βίλα Άννα έχει μέγεθος 320 τ.μ. (με άλλα 100 τ.μ. μπαλκόνια) χωρίζεται σε 2 ορόφους και είναι κατάλληλη για έως και 9 άτομα. Στο ισόγειο υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με κλιματισμό και 2 μονά κρεβάτια, ντους/WC και βοηθητικό δωμάτιο με πλυντήριο ρούχων. Το κύριο σαλόνι/τραπεζαρία είναι σε χωριστά επίπεδα και διαθέτει τζάκι, δορυφορική καλωδιακή τηλεόραση, στερεοφωνικό, που συνδέεται με πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με πλυντήριο πιάτων. Υπάρχουν μπαλκόνια γύρω από τη βίλα με εκπληκτική θέα στη στεριά και στη θάλασσα.

Μια εσωτερική σκάλα οδηγεί στον επάνω όροφο της βίλας, όπου υπάρχουν άλλα 3 υπνοδωμάτια, τα οποία πρέπει να είναι όλα κλιματιζόμενα. Ένα με δύο μονά κρεβάτια και δύο με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι, που μοιράζονται δύο μπάνια (το ένα από αυτά είναι εξοπλισμένο με τζακούζι). Μπροστά από τη βίλα, υπάρχει ιδιωτική πισίνα 80 τ.μ. με ξαπλώστρες και ομπρέλες. Υπάρχει επίσης παιδική χαρά για τα παιδιά, χώρος μπάσκετ και χώρος μπάρμπεκιου. Ένα αυτοκίνητο θεωρείται απαραίτητο για την εξερεύνηση της περιοχής και ολόκληρου του νησιού.

Παρακαλώ σημειώστε ότι στο ισόγειο βρίσκεται επίσης ένα διαμέρισμα (40 τ.μ.) κατάλληλο για 4 άτομα με 2 υπνοδωμάτια, ντους/WC και κουζίνα με γωνιά καθιστικού. Αυτό το διαμέρισμα δεν μπορεί να κάνει κράτηση μόνο του. Γίνεται κράτηση μόνο με τη βίλα ως μονάδα προκειμένου να διασφαλιστεί η απόλυτη ιδιωτικότητα.

The house is a bit outside, so enthusiastic youth will not cause any nuisance to the environment. Rethymnon can be reached within fifteen minutes by car.

We felt comfortable and enjoyed the time very much.

We can fully recommend the villa. The landlords were extremely hospitable and gave us a warm welcome. The villa and grounds are very well maintained, the pool is great.

You can have holiday just for you and your family/friends.

There is lots of space in house and the yard. You are in few minutes in the supermarket by car. And it is equally close to Chania and Heraklion. Our hosts were very friendly!

We spent 11 days in the villa in August with 10 people from two families and we absolutely loved it

Really the pictures dont quite do it justice. The villa is very large with lots of grounds around it so you never feel on top of each other and the various seating areas are great in particular the main, large balcony with views over the pool & gardens…

The villa is very large with lots of grounds around it so you never feel on top of each other and the various seating areas are great in particular the main, large balcony with views over the pool & gardens, the mountains in one direction and the sea in the other. Everything was clean, well maintained and we had a friendly welcome from the owners. The garden areas are also nice and well kept. Inside the villa is really nicely furnished, comfortable beds, lots of space and has all the things you need. The basement apartment is a little more basic but was clean and great for giving the older teens a bit more independance. The highlight though is definately the pool area, which is just fantastic. It's a large pool, very deep in one section and has lots of space and sunbeds around it and you're surrounded by greenery. The Basketball & Table Tennis came in handy as well for entertainment and we spent so much time in this area. Location wise we really liked it and it's pretty much always very quiet with just crickets and goats bells most of the time but you definitely need a car as it's a good 10 minute drive (or a 35-40 minute walk) to the nearest shop and it's uphill most of the way back! There are a couple of eating places just about within walking distance but in August it was very hot to try that with 10 people.

We also took great advantage of the barbeque facility. I would strongly recommend renting cars if you are staying at this villa. We had three cars, and we got to see a lot of the island. Rethymno old village and the beach is for instance just a short drive from the house. Also, the hosts were very very sweet. They both were great communicating with, and we were greated with home made food and Raki. I would definitely go again!
