The entire building has a gorgeous, contemporary, and minimalistic style.

The yard is perfect for unwinding, and the pool is actually fairly big. It has fruit trees, herbs, lawns, and numerous dining and lounge places. The host's excellent service is what distinguishes the stay.

This is the best villa I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in villas all throughout Europe and the United States. The hospitality was exceptional, the property itself is fantastic, and the host was incredibly accommodating.

Beautiful setting, lovely beds, and lovely house.

The hosts were very attentive and accommodating with queries. A warm greeting and local specialties. A separate expansion houses one of the bedrooms, giving it more solitude. The garden and swimming pool are excellent.

incredible experience

We had high hopes, and they were amply realized. It was a real delight to spend a few days at the villa because it is a stunning location. Our hosts were exceedingly gracious to us. We only encountered good things, and we intend to return soon!

Evina and Fragkiskos have been the most incredible I have experienced to this day on Airbnb. I really don’t want to spoil the experience for but know that they go waaaay beyond what is expected to help you enjoy your time. Very generous and always available! The space is tastefully decorated with ALL the modern amenities you might need. The architecture is absolutely lovely. Modern, open, with great lighting. Pool and backyard allowed our family to get together, relax, and make great memories. If you have younger children 5 the stairs might be a little risky for them as they are open. Location: incredible views of rolling hills and the Mediterranean. It is a 10 minute drive from the highway up a winding road. I highly recommend getting there during day light. We arrived late and it can be a little challenging to get there for the first time in dark. Evina’s directions were excellent. Just follow those.

Evina's and Fragkiskos' place is an incredible place of peace and beauty. The architecture, interior and exterior design are very elegant and tasteful. The garden and pool area invite you to spend some relaxing hours there. The servicing of the villa was impeccable with the gardener showing up every day to water the plants and clean up the outdoor area and the cleaning personell taking care of the house beyond expectations. The communication with Evina was quick and helpful. She made suggestions on places to visit and answered every question we had to our satisfaction. Overall, I can only recommend the villa to anyone who's looking for an extraordinary place to spend peaceful and relaxing days away from the main tourism centers of the island while still being close enough to reach beautiful beaches and charming medieval towns!

The Villa has everything you need for living and cooking. The hostess pleased us with natural farm eggs and homemade wine. In general, we liked everything very much. Evina was always in touch and helped with any of our requests!

A kind gardener maintains and cleans the pool and garden on a daily basis. It results in a hassle-free stay. Evina is the kindest host, welcoming you with a nice present and always ready to assist and provide tips for eating out or things to do. She speaks perfect English as well, which facilitates greatly. All in all an excellent choice for your stay in northern Crete.

Superb host and fantastic place to stay and relax.

Our group of four had a lovely time staying here. Evina was so helpful and accommodating. Gave us tips on where to go and what to see during our stay, and checked in with us to make sure everything was alright throughout our stay.

You can’t hope for a more welcoming Villa and host

Evina, the owner, makes the stay a real experience in Greek hospitality. The villa is exactly as portrayed, spotless clean and well maintained. Daily garden and pool service and lots of other goodies.

We received a wonderful welcome, helpful tips for the area, and the house was spotlessly clean. Nice touches such as the gardener cleaning the bbq each day were invaluable. Easy access to local amenities such a supermarkets, tavernas, and the main national road- but far enough away that it feels very secluded (absolutely no traffic).
