Η βίλα Polyxena Amaliapoli είναι μια πολυτελής βίλα με 8 υπνοδωμάτια και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Το ακίνητο, το οποίο αποτελείται από την κύρια κατοικία και μια εξοχική κατοικία, βρίσκεται σε πεζούλια που καταλήγουν στη θάλασσα, όπου προσφέρονται στους επισκέπτες δύο προβλήτες. ένα ξύλινο για να ελλιμενίζονται βάρκες και ένα τσιμεντένιο ντυμένο με ξαπλώστρες και έναν υπέροχο σκιερό χώρο με καθίσματα με μαξιλάρια.

Μια μικρή αμμώδης παραλία δίπλα στην προβλήτα είναι ιδανική για μικρά παιδιά, ενώ άλλες μικρές παραλίες με βότσαλα είναι προσβάσιμες κατά μήκος ενός μονοπατιού. Το σπίτι διαθέτει επίσης πισίνα που περιβάλλεται από γκαζόν, γήπεδο τένις εκτός έδρας, εξοπλισμό ιστιοσανίδας και ταχύπλοο κατόπιν αιτήματος. Σχεδιασμένη για να ακολουθεί το περίγραμμα του λόφου στον οποίο είναι χτισμένη, η βίλα προσφέρει ευρύχωρα δωμάτια, βεράντες και μπαλκόνια σε αφθονία και πάνω από όλα υπέροχη θέα στο νερό και την παραλία 30 μέτρα πιο κάτω. Σκαλοπάτια οδηγούν μέσα από τον κήπο στην πισίνα και μετά συνεχίζουν προς την ακτή.

Οι περιστρεφόμενες βεράντες προσφέρουν διαφορετικούς χώρους καθιστικού, φαγητού και χαλάρωσης για μια μεγάλη ομάδα ανθρώπων. Η βίλα βρίσκεται πάντα υπό ανακαίνιση, αν και διατηρεί την αρχική ιδέα που διατηρεί το πηλιορείτικο στυλ των χειροποίητων πλακιδίων στέγης, των ασβεστωμένων τοίχων, των ξύλινων μπαλκονιών και οροφών και των πέτρινων δαπέδων. Ο χώρος, η ιδιωτικότητα και η εγγύτητα στη θάλασσα το καθιστούν ιδανικό σπίτι για χαλάρωση με την οικογένεια ή τους φίλους.

Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως ασφαλισμένο με κάμερες παρακολούθησης εξωτερικού χώρου και σύστημα συναγερμού. Στο κοντινό αεροδρόμιο του Βόλου, πραγματοποιούνται πτήσεις από το Λονδίνο ( δύο φορές την εβδομάδα ), το Παρίσι, τη Βιέννη, τις Βρυξέλλες, το Άμστερνταμ, το Μόναχο και το Ντίσελντορφ (μία φορά την εβδομάδα) .1 χλμ. από τη βίλα υπάρχει επίσης ελικοδρόμιο. Θα βρείτε επίσης ένα beach club σε απόσταση 300μ. από τη βίλα.

Apart from the beauty of the villa and the meticulous grounds, what we enjoy most is the atmosphere it provides, this feeling of coming home. Our most memorable moments are those spent on the boat taking tours to the neighboring islands and swimming in the hundreds of little bays nearby. My husband is an avid boats man and enjoys to explore different places every time we go, always remembering the last place he has been. We have our favorite spots to go to and always return to the marvelous restaurant “Manolis” in Trikeri which in our opinion should be world famous! The simple beauty and tranquility of this small fishing village provides the perfect remedy to recharge from a fast paced New York lifestyle. There is no doubt that Villa Polyxena has become our preferred destination hands down and we always look forward to returning.

The villa was beautiful with amazing art work and a classical Greek design. The staff kept it very clean and took pride in their work. We loved that we had beverages waiting for us upon our arrival and fresh cut flowers in our spacious rooms. The most stunning aspect of all was the fact that the sea was just under out toes. Every room had a view and we literally (as it was described) fell into the inviting sea every morning. There are not many villas in the world that can provide this kind of comfort and access to the sea. Needless to say our family spent the majority of our time on the jetty and small private beach. We hired Jacopo the captain to take us out on several excursions on the speed boat and discovered beautiful little bays just minutes from the villa with breathtaking water. We even went to Skiathos and Skopolos one day and saw the famous “Mama Mia” bays where they filmed many scenes of their movie. Never before have we seen water so clean and so blue not to mention warm! Amazingly for August there was very few boats and people—a breath of fresh air considering all the tourism and boats that we would have had to contend with in Mykonos!! We often ended our sea excursions returning to the pool and unwinding with a nice long sauna. The highlights of our days was dinner by candle light under the stars
