Με θέα το γαλάζιο του Αιγαίου, τη Χρυσή Αμμουδιά και τον κόλπο του Δρυού, το Agnanti Villa Paros είναι μια γοητευτική ιδιωτική κατοικία διακοπών που βρίσκεται σε μια πολύ πανοραμική θέση, μόλις λίγα λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από τη θάλασσα. Ιδανικό για οικογένειες ή φίλους που αναζητούν ένα πολυτελές καταφύγιο που προσφέρει ένα ζεστό περιβάλλον και υπέροχη θέα σε συνδυασμό με μοναδική ιδιωτικότητα.

Η πολυτελής ενοικίαση βίλας, χτισμένη με την τυπική κυκλαδίτικη αρχιτεκτονική, περιλαμβάνει τρία επίπεδα και έναν περιποιημένο κήπο με βεράντα. Μια ευρύχωρη εξωτερική βεράντα που σκιάζεται από μια παραδοσιακή ελληνική πέργκολα περιβάλλει τον κύριο όροφο της εισόδου. Η κύρια είσοδος ανοίγει σε ένα άνετο εσωτερικό σαλόνι με καθιστικό, μια μεγάλη τραπεζαρία διακοσμημένη με έργα σύγχρονης τέχνης. Υπάρχει επίσης μια καλά εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα ενιαίας διαρρύθμισης με άνετο χώρο μπαρ. Στον ίδιο όροφο βρίσκεται το κύριο υπνοδωμάτιο επισκεπτών με δύο μονά κρεβάτια (ενωμένα μπορούν να δημιουργήσουν ένα διπλό), με πρόσβαση στη βεράντα με θέα στη θάλασσα. Ο επάνω όροφος είναι αφιερωμένος στο κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο με μεγάλο ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και πρόσβαση σε μια ευρύχωρη βεράντα στον τελευταίο όροφο με υπέροχη πανοραμική θέα.

Η ιδιωτική πισίνα υπερχείλισης Agnanti Villa Paros χτίστηκε στον κάτω όροφο και περιβάλλεται από πράσινα δέντρα και κήπο με ευρύχωρη εξωτερική πέργκολα και χώρο ηλιοθεραπείας. Από το αίθριο της πισίνας, υπάρχει πρόσβαση σε ένα άλλο ελκυστικό ξεχωριστό υπνοδωμάτιο επισκεπτών με διπλό κρεβάτι, ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και θέα στη θάλασσα. Υπάρχει ένα μικρότερο πέτρινο στούντιο στο επίπεδο της πισίνας με έναν καναπέ -κρεβάτι σε δύο μονά κρεβάτια και ένα ιδιωτικό μπάνιο, ιδανικό για εφήβους. Το στούντιο μπορεί να χρησιμεύσει ως ένα δροσερό καθιστικό και για την πισίνα.

Αιώρα, ξαπλώστρες, ξαπλώστρες και πολλοί χώροι καθιστικού είναι διάσπαρτοι σε όλες τις βεράντες και την πισίνα του καταλύματος. Το Agnanti Villa Paros είναι ένα πολύ ευχάριστο πολυτελές καταφύγιο στην Πάρο, μακριά από το πλήθος, αλλά σε βολική τοποθεσία, όχι μακριά από μια από τις πιο όμορφες και μεγάλες αμμώδεις παραλίες του νησιού. Η βίλα δημοσιεύεται σε πολλά διεθνή περιοδικά εσωτερικής διακόσμησης.

We loved our stay at Villa Agnanti in Paros. It was exactly what we were looking for, beautiful, peaceful and incredibly relaxing. And what a spectacular view from all parts of the villa, particularly from the infinity pool. Our host, Ioanna was also wonderful, she was always available in case of any problems and even invited my Mother out on 2 sight seeing excursions to get to know the island.

This is a great property for someone looking to get away from busy life in a city. Morning sunrises are amazing with the roosters singing in the fields. The property is absolutely spectacular with great attention to detail. Ioanna the owner was very attentive and left us a very nice basket of breakfast cookies, snacks and thyme honey. We also loved speakers almost in every room and a wide selection of music to choose from. The positioning of the bedrooms and common areas is very spread out so everyone had some space and didn't feel like we needed to clutter all in one area. The location of markets and restaurants is a very long walk, so it is a good option to rent a car. Beach is about 30 minute walk and definitely worth checking out.

We were even more impressed with the villa and the view than the pictures were able to capture. Driving up to the villa, we wondered where we were headed, but when we arrived we were so impressed. The architectural elements of the villa combined natural stone from the north of Greece with the Cycladic elements of white and blue. It is quite striking. The home is decorated so well with beautiful and interesting art pieces that have been collected from different parts of the world. The owner greeted us at the airport and escorted us to the villa. She acquainted us with the features of the villa, and then it was ours for the next five days. It was early November, but we were still able to sit out by the pool and get some needed relaxation. Grocery stores are nearby and are well supplied. We enjoyed exploring the island, especially Parikia and Naousa. In Naousa, we enjoyed sitting in a restaurant close to the water watching the fishing boats come in at the end of the season.

Upon leaving, at the airport I realized I had left my passport, she went in and found it and drove to a meeting place so that I wouldn't miss my flight. The villa was very comfortable and the views are breathtaking. All in all, we loved our time at Villa Agnanti.

The villa owner was met us at the port and provided information on the area - she was delightful! Paros was one of our favorite islands in the Cyclades and we would love to return!
