Η απόλυτη γαλήνη, η κυκλαδίτικη αρχιτεκτονική και η χαλαρή απλότητα της κυκλαδίτικης αισθητικής είναι μόνο μερικά από τα κυριότερα σημεία της βίλας, η οποία είναι ένα εξαιρετικό μείγμα από όμορφα ροκ, λευκά και μπλε παράθυρα.

Exceeded our Expectations!

Everything we needed in this gorgeous, spacious, clean, tasteful and homely villa with the most relaxing atmosphere and stunning views. We loved exploring Paros but loved coming home to Martineli more!

Everything was perfect at Martinelli Residence. Best location we have ever stayed so far. The house has everything you need, lots of terraces, very spacious, with big rooms, entertainment spaces for gym, billiard, ping-pong, tennis and even a piano where you can play during your stay. The private beach near the house is a good spot for snorkeling and the 360 degrees view around the house is breathtaking.

Congratulations!!! Me and my friends needed a special place to stay in Paros. We founded in Martineli residence. A beautiful villa located near everything and yet far enough of everything to offer us the peace and quiet we so much needed. We socialized at night and returned at our private heaven in the early hours to continue a more peaceful pastime. The people who rented us the place where helpful, friendly and polite in every aspect. We enjoyed our time so much we are considering returning back again soon.

The pictures do not do justice to the Martineli Residence...you have to see it in person. Our week on Paros was made special by the location, the house as well as Nikos and his family who welcomed us like friends. There so many places at the house to relax and be by yourself on a quiet balcony or to have sit all together and eat meals. The abundant views left us gawking even towards the end of our stay...everywhere you look at all times of day was something to enjoy. We swam everyday, took walks, read, played chess, ate delicious food, and also explored much of Paros using the good advice of Nikos. Thanks for the wonderful memories. I hope we can make it back.

Mehr als perfekt war dieser Aufenthalt bei Nikos und seiner Schwester und Vater. Die Freundlichkeit und die lustige entspannte Art der Südländer ist faszinierend. Auf meinem Wunsch anlässlich dem Geburtstag meines Mannes wurden wir exzellent bekocht. Jeder Wunsch oder Bitte wurde uns sofort erfüllt. Zum Haus: ein Traum. Wir waren zu neunt da, 4 Erwachsene und 5 grosse Kinder und jeder hat sein Plätzchen auf den zahlreichen Terassen gefunden. Und nicht nur das. Wir konnten baden am fast privaten Strand, Billard spielen im Keller, Tennis auf der eigenen Anlage oder ein bisschen Sport im Fitnessraum, wir hatten richtig Freizeitstress. Und wenn doch nicht genug war konnten wir die Insel erkunden mit ihren schönen weissen kleinen ruhigen Städtchen. Griechenland pur!
