Το Agata Art Villa Kefalonia είναι μια πολυτελής βίλα που ενοικιάζεται με 2 υπνοδωμάτια και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Ένα όνειρο να δημιουργήσετε μια υπέροχη βίλα αντίστοιχη με το μοναδικό τοπίο. Το όραμα ήταν να δημιουργηθεί μια βίλα που θα επέτρεπε αρμονικά στους επισκέπτες να γίνουν ένα με αυτό το υπέροχο φυσικό περιβάλλον και να χαλαρώσουν σε απόλυτη ιδιωτικότητα. Το όλο σκηνικό είναι σχεδόν μια θεατρική παράσταση σαν να επιβλήθηκε από σκηνογράφο. Απολαύστε τον ήλιο και αφήστε το μόνο που σας αποσπά την προσοχή να είναι δίπλα στην πισίνα ή στο όμορφο σιντριβάνι.

Η Agata Art Villa Kefalonia είναι γεμάτη από κομψά και επώνυμα έπιπλα και συσκευές και έργα τέχνης από την Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό. Η προσοχή σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια εγγυάται ότι θα βρείτε οτιδήποτε χρειαστείτε ακόμα και για παρατεταμένη διαμονή. Η κατασκευή της Agata Art Villa σε αυτό το σημείο ήταν μια αρχιτεκτονική πρόκληση, αλλά άξιζε τον κόπο καθώς αυτό το σημείο είναι ίσως αυτό με την καλύτερη θέα στην περιοχή γύρω από το Φισκάρδο. Το καταπράσινο δάσος, η παραλία, το Ιόνιο πέλαγος και η Ιθάκη είναι όλα ακριβώς μπροστά σας.

Spiros was the perfect host along with Anastasia and their little dog Vodka. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very helpful with tips on where to go and offers of help with boats and taxis etc. The villa was lovely with spectacular views across the sea to Ithaka. It was spotlessly clean on arrival. We walked to Foki beach, Fiscardo and up to Maganos to get our shopping from the supermarket, where the owners were happy to drop our shopping down to our villa. Spiros organised our wine order which he delivered in person, so there was no need for a car, especially when you could rely on our trusty Vangelis, the taxi driver who picked us up and drove us around when needed. Everyone in this beautiful region of Erisos is kind, helpful, charming and always with a happy smile. We love, love, love Kefalonia and will return many times. Thank you so much Spiros for making our holiday such a special time

The view is everything! Such a beautiful area and location to enjoy the stunning views on offer. We were up every morning at 6am to watch the sun rise. The Villa is perfectly equipped with everything you could ask for. It was immaculately cleaned and the design is efficient, modern and minimal. We loved it. We received such a warm welcome from Spiros who kindly gave us plenty of tips for the area and bought some essentials for us to enjoy upon our arrival. He was in contact throughout our stay to check in and make sure we were ok. A fantastic host. We are already looking at coming back and stay again. It was everything we wanted for our getaway. Thank you.

Wonderful villa, superb host in Spiros both before and during our stay and undoubtedly the best villa in which we have stayed during our 7 visits to Fiscardo. The villa is ideally located and is within a 5 minute drive to Fiscardo and 2-3 minute drive to a local store. The villa has clearly been designed to make the most of the superb views and from the lounge and balcony where you can simply relax in the superb surroundings and take in the view. It's not often that I would enjoy a day in which it rained for a good 5 hours but a good book on the covered balcony and wonderful views made up for this. The pool area and lounge chairs are both of the highest quality and unlike other properties you are provided with soft pool towels. The pool is ideal both for adults and younger children. As well as the outstanding views the villa is very well finished and equipped with all the modern day facilities you need to make your holiday as easy as possible. From the SMEG juicer to coffee machine and pods all our needs were met! We were a family of 3 and the two en-suite bedrooms and luxurious mattress's meant that even after a day of doing very little the comfort of the beds was most welcome. As you would expect from a well build and planned out villa the en suites are superb with power showers in both which is something you don't find in many properties in Greece. As well as the villa the attention that you are given by Spiros only serves to make your holiday even more memorable from helping you book a boat for the day or recommending great eating places in Fiscardo, nothing is too much for Spiros and we are very grateful for all his help and support. We will be back next year that is for sure and for the last time I would like to thank Spiros for the continual updates leading up to the holiday which helped alleviate any worries we may of had in booking a newly build villa. We had no need to worry as this was everything we wanted and more and only wish it had been a longer stay. Regards Ian

We had a fantastic holiday in the apartment. Spiros was lovely, responded to messages really quickly and there to help with anything - including waiting up for us when our flight was delayed (thanks again!). The apartment is superb, we loved having a coffee on the balcony in the morning and looking at the gorgeous views and spent a few days just relaxing by the pool. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and make fresh orange juice with the fruit provided! It’s a great location close to Fiskardo and many quiet and pretty beaches, and easy driving distance to other places! We recommend this place 100% :)
