Η Majestic Stone Villa λάμπει σαν διαμάντι στο χωριό Μαρκαντωνάτα, στο νησί της Κεφαλονιάς. Βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, σε απόσταση μικρότερη από 3 χλμ. από το λιμάνι του Φισκάρδου, 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από την παραλία Φιρσκάρδο και μόλις 1 ¾ χλμ. από την παραλία Δαφνούδι, η οποία συχνά αποκαλείται παραλία που μοιάζει με παράδεισο γιατί είναι περιβάλλεται από ένα ζωντανό, καταπράσινο περιβάλλον, συμπεριλαμβανομένου ενός σπηλαίου με τη δική του παραλία.

Είναι μια βίλα αντάξια της ιστορικής περιοχής του Φισκάρδου, πετρόκτιστη με εξαιρετική μαεστρία, από τους καλύτερους ντόπιους τεχνίτες, με προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια για ένα αρμονικό αποτέλεσμα. Ο αρχιτεκτονικός σχεδιασμός είναι εντυπωσιακός, ενώ ταυτόχρονα τονίζει την τοπική παράδοση. Πρόθεσή μας είναι να σας ταξιδέψουμε σε ένα γλυκό ταξίδι σε μια ελληνική ατμόσφαιρα χαλαρωτικών διακοπών, σε μια εντυπωσιακή βίλα με όλες τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις, σε συνδυασμό με το φυσικό μεγαλείο του Φισκάρδου. Η Majestic Stone Villa διαθέτει ιδιωτική πισίνα, 3 υπνοδωμάτια, 1 στο ισόγειο και 2 στον 1ο όροφο (το καθένα με θέα στη θάλασσα και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με ντους.) Όλα τα υπνοδωμάτια είναι εξοπλισμένα με 1 μεγάλο διπλό κρεβάτι. Στο σαλόνι υπάρχει ένας μεγάλος διπλός καναπές-κρεβάτι που φιλοξενεί άνετα 2 ενήλικες. Το ισόγειο έχει επίσης ένα 3ο μπάνιο με ντουζιέρα.

Η βίλα διαθέτει επιπλέον, 2 τηλεοράσεις Smart, μία σε κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο και μία στο σαλόνι. Το σαλόνι έχει μεγάλα παράθυρα με θέα στην ιδιωτική πισίνα της βίλας. Άλλες ανέσεις περιλαμβάνουν: πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, πλυντήριο ρούχων και στεγνωτήριο ρούχων, A/C, θέρμανση, πέργκολα, τραπεζαρία εξωτερικού χώρου, έπιπλα εξωτερικού χώρου, καφετιέρα Nespresso και προϊόντα προσωπικής περιποίησης.

We spent 2 wonderful weeks at this beautiful villa. For us it was in the perfect location - close enough to Fiskardo but in a quiet village with 2 great restaurants in walking distance and a friendly little shop. The nearby beaches are a highlight - particularly Emplisi beach. As car hire was so expensive we decided not to bother and instead to make use of the reliable taxi company recommended by Spiros - which made the holiday so much more relaxing (and even with all of our travels definitely worked out cheaper than the car). The villa is exceptionally well thought out, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Spotlessly clean and with regular housekeeping visits it did not disappoint on any level. The sea view from the terrace and pool is much better than in the listing photos and the sunsets were phenomenal. The beds are very comfortable too! Spiros was so helpful right from the point of our first enquiry with tips on the best restaurants and beaches to visit - all of his recommendations were brilliant. We will definitely be back to the villa - it was the family holiday that we’ve been waiting for. Kefalonia is magical.

We were greated on arrival by Spiros despite arriving late in the evening which was a wonderful welcome to Kefalonia, along with the local food products laid out on the table. The property was very well maintained, immaculate on arrival and was cleaned during our visit with a change of towels etc. The villa is well located within driving distance to Fiskardo which has plenty of restaurants to choose from. We would ideally recommend a car in order to make the most of all that Kefalonia has to offer. There’s plenty of small shops within a 7-15 mins drive to get essentials, however, if you wish to visit a larger supermarket a longer drive is required. Spiros was very helpful both during/after the booking process and while on the Island, providing advice and recommendations by very quickly replying to messages. We would visit again without a doubt, Kefalonia is a gorgeous Island and the local people could not be more helpful and kind.

It was the right destination

We are a family of four with a 16 and 18 year old snd was looking for a post exam holiday. This proved to be exactly the right destination and was perfect. As a family we did not have any expectations and do not have a lot of experience of Mediterranean…
We are a family of four with a 16 and 18 year old snd was looking for a post exam holiday. This proved to be exactly the right destination and was perfect. As a family we did not have any expectations and do not have a lot of experience of Mediterranean beach holidays. This as an accommodation was great value and started with a host introduction which was fabulously proactive with recommendations and then did not push us to book, was helpful in sorting out laptop charger issues. Chef and masseuse coming to the were great. We had the chef cooked meal on our first night which was perfect. We also stocked wine which we drank for the week. Appreciated the cleanliness, air conditioning and the measures for electricity saving. Good Wi-Fi

The thing that really sets this villa apart was Spiros’s service. He went out of his way to help us and gave us wonderful suggestions of what to do in the area - all were spot on!

The location was in easy reach to Fiskardo and the stunning surrounding beaches, Spyros was on hand to help us check in and provided plenty of local recommendations from car hire to restaurants. Would definitely return!
