Το Athinais Villa στεγάζεται σε απομονωμένους ελαιώνες και είναι νεόκτιστο. Η βίλα καταλαμβάνει μια πλαγιά με υπέροχη θέα σε όλο το νησί προς τη θάλασσα και διαθέτει όλες τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις, όπως κεντρικό κλιματισμό και ατομικό κλιματιστικό προφίλ κλιματισμού για κάθε δωμάτιο. Το Athinais Villa είναι μια ευρύχωρη κατοικία 3 υπνοδωματίων 150 τ.μ. που εκτείνεται σε δύο επίπεδα. Είναι χτισμένο κοντά σε τρεις από τις πιο γνωστές παραλίες στην περιοχή Ληξούρι, την Πλατιά Άμμο, το Σι και το Πετάνι και είναι ένα ευάερο σπίτι με χαλαρωτική ατμόσφαιρα.

Παρέχει άνετα και φωτεινά δωμάτια, με μια νότα πολυτέλειας. Αποτελείται από έναν ενιαίο χώρο καθιστικού με τζάκι σε συνδυασμό με κουζίνα και τραπεζαρία, τρία υπνοδωμάτια, ένα διπλό και δύο μονά κρεβάτια, με υπέροχη θέα στη γύρω εξοχή, δύο ντους, βεράντα με μπάρμπεκιου και κήπο. Το αίθριο περιβάλλεται από μια εκτεταμένη περιοχή με καταπράσινο πράσινο, προσφέροντας μια αξιοζήλευτη ιδιωτικότητα και γαλήνη, προσφέροντας την ευκαιρία για μια ήπια βόλτα στη σκιά. Ένα ξύλινο τραπέζι και καρέκλες συμπληρώνουν το τέλειο σκηνικό για χαλάρωση. Ιδανικό για παιδιά κάθε ηλικίας. Σε κοντινή απόσταση από ένα από τα πιο γνωστά μοναστήρια του νησιού, το Μοναστήρι του Κορωνατού.

What an amazing place!!! We couldn’t recommend Athinaida villa enough, beautiful setting, spotlessly clean, wonderful hosts and so peaceful! We were met from the airport and guided to the villa (very late at night!) and presented with provisions (very gratefully received) and on our last day Nikos let us rest at their other apartment so our little one did not get too tired. I would recommend this villa to everyone, also the location is great for exploring beautiful Kefalonia! Thank you Athinaida and Nikos, we will be staying with you again! All the best Tamsyn

Our stay in Kefalonia was fantastic and this location is amazingly secluded yet only a short walk into the nearest town, Lixouri. The villa is perfectly stocked for groups with plenty of space for the 6 of us to stay including a lovely pool area with amazing views, table tennis table and bbq and outdoor seating so you can thoroughly enjoy the property. Athinaida is a brilliant host, very responsive to messages and extremely hospitable. Her husband even took us to a great local restaurant on our way from the villa to the nearby port because we had some time to spare, a special touch indeed! Inside the villa is everything you need including pool and shower towels, SUCH comfy beds! and all the utensils and games you could ever need for a great holiday without even needing to leave. The town nearby is Lixouri and is a 20-30 min walk or 5 min drive where you can find local restaurants and bars on the harbour, supermarkets, and a ferry that takes 20 mins or so into the capital Argostoli if you wish to explore further. We had a brilliant time there and would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a comfortable and secluded location with a view.

This villa is outstanding and provides all those big and little touches that make a perfect place to stay; the attention to detail about what might bring a comfort to your holiday was amazing. From the food in the fridge and cupboards to the little bowl of sweets left on the side to the immediate response for bar-b-q coals; absolutely nothing was too much trouble and greatly appreciated. Alongside this the villa is in an amazing location and we especially loved the sheep with all their bells being shepherded by the property every day. Lixouri is only five minutes away by car with excellent eating facilities. We didn't want to leave and hope to return one day

This is the very best villa we have rented, we nick named the Villa The Pink Palace, it was beautiful. We didn't want for anything it was all there, beautiful monogrammed linens and towels, pool towels provided, it was cleaned and linen changed 4 times…
This is the very best villa we have rented, we nick named the Villa The Pink Palace, it was beautiful. We didn't want for anything it was all there, beautiful monogrammed linens and towels, pool towels provided, it was cleaned and linen changed 4 times in all during a 2 week stay. The pool area was lovely, stepped pool, comfortable loungers and parasols and shower. Large private garden with olive trees and palms. The owners where always on call if there was a problem, even lent us a satnav and gave us bottles of wine and present keep sake. Nikos and Athinaida were the nicest people and Villa was a credit to them.

We stayed here for 10 days and I can't fault the efficiency and hospitality of Nikos and Athinais who have created an amazing spot with all amenities (the pool is divine, salt water and with a shower alongside). Every comfort is available. The only downside is due to location - the road in front of it is quite busy so even though you are out of town you are not completely in the quiet part of the countryside. But we did enjoy listening to the monks singing and hearing the goat bells ringing. And if you sit at the pool you are away from the noise.

Located on the outskirts of Lixouri, it is still within easy reach of some of the best beaches on the island. The villa is spotlessly clean and very well equipped with a superb pool. Nicos and Athinaida could not have been more helpful, even dropping off bicycles and a scooter for the children and giving us tips on getting around the island. All in all a great holiday venue.

We stayed at Villa Athinais for 1 week in July, but it was definitely not enough! We couldn't believe how cheap the stay was for such an extensive, modern, well equipped, well situated, beautiful villa. There were only 3 of us staying there, but the place could have fit two small families! The pool area was beautifully done to such a high standard and the patio area with the built in bbq was perfect for dinners. the wicker chairs was also a nice spot to sit to watch the sunset, as well as the top balcony where we would sit and have drinks in the evening and listen to the monks singing across the valley. although the villa was secluded, we did not feel unsafe at any moment, the villa had electric gates and very secure doors and windows and also the entire area around us was just farm land and the monastery. The villa was well situated for visiting numerous beaches and Lixouri town was quaint and cute for an evening meal. the hosts were so welcoming, accommodating and helpful with any problems. Could not recommend this place enough, we would love to go back one day !
