Η Villa Ydria Kefalonia είναι μια πολυτελής βίλα που ενοικιάζεται με 2 υπνοδωμάτια και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Η Villa Ydria αποπνέει αρχοντιά τόσο από τον κήπο 2,5 στρεμμάτων Λυγουριακού στιλ όσο και από την ιδιαίτερη παραδοσιακή πέτρινη βίλα που βρίσκεται μέσα. Στη νότια Παλική, δυτικά της πόλης του Ληξουρίου και ανάμεσα σε δύο διάσημες παραλίες, την παραλία Ξι με την κόκκινη άμμο και τα Λαγκαδάκια με τα λευκά βότσαλα, βρίσκεται η Παραδοσιακή Πέτρινη Βίλα Υδρία, χτισμένη σύμφωνα με την παραδοσιακή βενετσιάνικη γενοβέζικη αρχιτεκτονική, επηρεασμένη από ανθρώπους που έζησαν νωρίς στην Κεφαλονιά. τον περασμένο αιώνα.

Η βίλα Υδρία Κεφαλονιά είναι διακοσμημένη με το οικόσημο των ιδιοκτητών της με σχετικές αναφορές που βρίσκονται σε βιβλία για Γενοβέζους ευγενείς. Επιπλέον, η βίλα επιτηρήθηκε εξ ολοκλήρου αρχιτεκτονικά από Βενετό καλλιτέχνη. Το κτίριο έχει δύο επίπεδα. Η κύρια είσοδος της βίλας στο ισόγειο οδηγεί στην κουζίνα και στο σαλόνι με την τραπεζαρία σε ενιαίο χώρο. Το σαλόνι συνδέεται με την τραπεζαρία και την κουζίνα με την αίθουσα πρωινού. Η τραπεζαρία έχει μια συρόμενη πόρτα που οδηγεί απευθείας στην πισίνα (21m x 7m) και έναν κήπο με μια πέτρινη τραπεζαρία που αποτελείται από ένα ξύλινο τραπέζι, δύο πάγκους καθιστικού (το ένα είναι μοναστηριακού στυλ) και καρέκλες.

Ένα υπνοδωμάτιο βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο καθώς και μία τουαλέτα (WC) που έχει σχεδιαστεί ειδικά για να φιλοξενεί άτομα με ειδικές ανάγκες/αναπηρίες. Ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον στο σαλόνι παρουσιάζει το τζάκι από σκαλιστούς, λιθόλιθους. Η εσωτερική σκάλα οδηγεί στο πρώτο επίπεδο και στο 2ο υπνοδωμάτιο. Το αρχιτεκτονικά σχεδιασμένο σύστημα κεραυνών δημιουργεί μια απαλή και ζεστή ατμόσφαιρα, ειδικά τα βράδια. Η κρεβατοκάμαρα υψηλού επιπέδου οδηγεί σε μια εξωτερική πέτρινη βεράντα όπου μπορεί κανείς να καθίσει και να απολαύσει την όμορφη θέα στο Ιόνιο Πέλαγος, την πισίνα από κάτω και τα γύρω φυσικά τοπία και τον κήπο όπου υπάρχουν άφθονες πορτοκαλιές, λεμονιές, βερικοκιές και φυσικά ελιές. Εάν δεν είστε λάτρης της μαγειρικής, μπορείτε να παραδώσετε την όμορφη κουζίνα σε στυλ αντίκες και να χρησιμοποιήσετε το υπαίθριο μπάρμπεκιου ως εναλλακτική λύση για ρομαντικά δείπνα κάτω από τα αστέρια.

The stone masons of Kefalonia are alive and well :) This villa has some of the best stone work you will find anywhere in the world.......10/10 well done to them (sorry its a man thing). Lovely rural setting a short drive from a quiet pretty natural beach…

Lovely rural setting a short drive from a quiet pretty natural beach. Very well laid out landscaped gardens with lots of different places to sit and enjoy the sun. Lovely big Smart TV so you can log in to your own Prime or Netflix account and watch English language films whilst away.......perfect ! Beautiful sunsets from the large 1st floor balcony.

The villa is set in a very quiet location with stunning views. It is spotlessly clean and although we didn’t meet the host in person (due to Covid), he was super helpful. We are a family of 5 and there was plenty of room for us. The outside area is amazing with a good size pool and large sheltered bbq area. A car is essential. Lixouri is the nearest town (about a 12/15 min drive) with lots of nice restaurants and Xi beach has some great beachside restaurants as well as water sport facilities.

Sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage. Mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb 15 Minuten an den schönsten Stränden. Schöner Pool und großes Grundstück - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Great villa in secluded area.

We have just come back from a weeks holiday at Villa Ydria and had a fantastic time. The villa is set in a tranquil, rural spot in the Kefalonian countryside. The outside of the property is well maintained and generous in every way. The bbq seating area was a real bonus and perfect for those lazy evenings. Inside, the villa is clean and well equipped. There are two good sized bedrooms and the living room has plenty of space. Over all, the villa was a perfect place to spend a very happy family holiday. I would highly recommend the villa for a holiday.

Bei unserer Anreise wurden wir sehr herzlich von unserem Gastgeber Vangelis in Empfang genommen. Er zeigte die wunderschöne Villa und gab uns wertvolle Insidertips für unseren Aufenthalt auf Kefalonia. Das Haus befindet sich in einem super gepflegten Zustand, die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr sauber und sind komfortabel ausgestattet! Zusätzlich wurden das Haus und die Poolanlage regelmäßig gereinigt, die Handtücher gewechselt und die Betten frisch bezogen. Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage bieten sehr viel Platz, der Pool und der Grillbereich bieten den perfekten Rahmen für entspannte Tage! Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen, zentralen Lage der Insel, der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für tägliche Ausflüge On our arrival we were very warmly welcomed by our host Vangelis. He showed the beautiful villa and gave us valuable insider tips for our stay in Kefalonia. The house is in a super clean condition, the rooms were very clean and are comfortably equipped ! In addition, the house and the pool area were cleaned regularly, the towels changed and the beds freshly made. The house and the whole area provides a lot of space, the pool and the barbecue area are the perfect setting for relaxing days! The house is located in a very quiet, central location of the island, the perfect starting point for daily excursions!

We had a lovely stay on Kefalonia.

The villa was lovely. The outside space in particular was huge with lots of areas for relaxing and socialising. The decor was very tasteful and we had everything we needed. You will need a car however as there was only really one restaurant within walking…
The villa was lovely. The outside space in particular was huge with lots of areas for relaxing and socialising. The decor was very tasteful and we had everything we needed. You will need a car however as there was only really one restaurant within walking distance which was along the beach road but there are lots of lovely places to eat within the vicinity - you just need to explore a little. Take care driving as some of the roads on the peninsula are very narrow and rough. We had a lovely stay on Kefalonia.

Holiday

We stayed at villa ydria for the 20 August to the 3rd September. I would say the outside of the villa was amazing pool ,BBQ area but sunbeds need a clean. WIFI was very good did like the added touch of the movies on a memories stick AC was great.

A villa to dream of!

Lovely villa, sophisticated in every each detail. Totally Private, great comfort.Vagelis was a great host! Wish we had more deys to spend at the villa and in Kefalonia. Already arranging our holidays for June 2018.

Highly recommended

Villa was amazing, everything was very clean and the outside area was large and private. We were there with our children a 4 year old and 1 year old and we felt the grounds were secure enough to let them roam around. Pool steps were good for the little…

We were there with our children a 4 year old and 1 year old and we felt the grounds were secure enough to let them roam around. Pool steps were good for the little ones. Beautiful little pebble beach just a 2 minute drive away. I would definitely recommend a hire car if you're staying here. Nothing really in walking distance apart from 1 taverna. Our host Vangelis was great. He met us off the Lixouri ferry and showed us to the villa. He was always at the end of the phone if we needed anything and arranged for someone to come round and do us a fish BBQ. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommended
