Η Villa Koroni είναι μια πολυτελής βίλα με 2 υπνοδωμάτια και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Μια διώροφη ανεξάρτητη βίλα έτοιμη να φιλοξενήσει έως και 5 άτομα. Το ισόγειο της κατοικίας προσφέρει άμεση πρόσβαση στην ιδιωτική πισίνα, που αποτελείται από σαλόνι, τραπεζαρία, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη μοντέρνα κουζίνα, W.C. και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι. Στον επόμενο όροφο, υπάρχει η κύρια κρεβατοκάμαρα, ένα μπάνιο και δύο μεγάλα μπαλκόνια. Η βίλα διαθέτει επίσης καναπέ-κρεβάτι για έναν επισκέπτη. Στις βεράντες, μπορείτε να απολαύσετε το παγκοσμίως γνωστό μεσογειακό ηλιοβασίλεμα.

Es war sehr schön. Toller Pool, dessen Qualität alle 2 Tage überprüft wird. Housekeeping alle 3 Tage. Perfekt. Das Haus ist modern, gepflegt und sauber. Genau wie auf den Bildern. Der Vermieter kümmert sich jederzeit um Anfragen bzw. Rückfragen…

Der Vermieter kümmert sich jederzeit um Anfragen bzw. Rückfragen. Es ist eine schöne zentrale Lage und der Flughafen stört kein bisschen. Man erreicht viele verschiedene Strände ohne weit fahren zu müssen.

Wir nächtigten 1 Woche in der kleineren Variante der Elaia Villas.Diese war super sauber wunderschön und hatte einen ausgesprochen freundlichen Inhaber und sehr nettes aufmerksames Reinigungspersonal.Die Lage zum Flughafen und zum Strand ist ideal man braucht allerdings ein mietauto.Wir werden diese Villa nach Verfügbarkeit bei unserem nächsten kefalonia Aufenthalt wieder buchen.

I was in vacation in Kefalonia with my family and Elaia Villas is the best accommodation for a vacation. A marvelous swimming pool, a very new house with a very, very nice interior decoration. We did a lot of photos because it was so beautiful !! The position is the best for moving all around the island: just 3 minutes from the airport, less than 10 minutes from Argostoli. From there you can easily reach each position of the island: north or south. Oh, it's just 5 minutes from one of the best beaches: Makris Gialos. About the hosts, well you can't find better hosts: they answered us for all of our questions in just some minutes and they gave us a lot of suggestions to see the island. No doubts: it's the best solution so far.

Elaia Villas is the best place to stay in Cephalonia!!!! We loved everything about it. The house is absolutely perfect: everything is brand new and shiny, very modern and tastefull, quiet surroundings. We were there only 4 days and the pool and the house were cleaned twice! You can eat from the floor - it's that clean. The kitchen is fully equiped. Bathrooms (3) are new, clean and functional. Beds are very comfortable. Aircondition is in every room. There are two TVs and DVD players, radio with speakers. There is a lot of parking space. Poolside has comfortable chairs and nice lightening during night. View from the balcony (there are two upstairs) is breathtaking - neverending see. We were a little bit worried about how close it is to the Airport bu it was completely unnecessarily. You can hear the planes but it isn't loud at all and planes don't fly at night there. It was actually a lot of fun watching them land and start - You can take great pictures :D The next best thing about Elaia Villas is not a thing but a person - Stefanos - THE Owner. My and my friends travell a lot and have met a lot of nice and cool people around the world but nobody like Stefanos. He greeted us with a bollte of Cephalonian wine, he told us all about the Island, where to go, how to get there, what to see, what not to see. He recomended Taverna, where we ate some of the best greek meals we ever had in very good prices. He answered and responded when we needed some help. He is a great person and the best host You can ever imagine. All of his recommendations were accurate, helpfull and brought us a lot of nice experiance. He knew we loved tzatziki and when asked if we could fill the poll with tzatziki - he said yes 3 - FYI = we didn't ;)

We enjoyed 9 evenings at Villa Koroni in September 2018. We found the villa to be designed and built to a very high specification and there was not one shortcoming. Personally, I loved the privacy the villa offers - there are hedgerows all around the property as well as a tasteful neutral area (about 10m wide with olive trees) between it and the neighbour. Though the neighbouring property had occupants, we hardly heard them at all. We loved the pool (it measures roughly 6.5m x 3.5m so is much, much more than a plunge pool. The shallow end is approximately 90cm deep and the deep end around 170cm. From reading other reviews I noticed that the owners had listened to customer feedback about the lack of shade and subsequently placed a parasol. I've never experienced anything like that so full marks awarded in that respect - it certainly felt that we were valued as customers. On our 2nd day, sweeping the patio, I broke the brush. I notified Stefanos by mail and the very next morning, a pan and brush were on the doorstep. We were not disturbed by the delivery, which again shows excellent sympathy and taste. We intended to visit several of Kefalonia's beaches and tourist sights but to be honest, we felt so much at home here, we just kicked back and relaxed. We managed a couple of trips out, including one to the fishing boats at Argostoli where we bought our catch of the day and cooked it at home. We enjoy cooking so chose not to eat out during our stay.

Elaia Villas was booked for our family summer holiday this year. There are two villas available, we booked the one that included the mail villa and a separate self contained out house / bedroom. The owners Gregory and Stefanos were excellent throughout, sorting out minor issues quickly, but most importantly giving us details of the best places to visit and eat. The villa includes everything you need for a holiday and family. We did a mix of eating out, ordering food from restaurants to bring back to the villa and barbecuing. For food, please go to the fishmongers and butchers on the harbour front for great meat and fish. The supermarkets just didn’t compare in terms of price or quality. The pool was great, bigger than a plunge pool with a shallow and deeper end. A car is essential as the villas are a little away from things, but obviously that means you get peace and quiet pretty much non stop. The airport is only 5 mins away, but please don’t let that put you off as Kefalonia airport is no Heathrow. In fact we enjoyed seeing the few planes each day arrive and takeoff. There are so many beaches, one of our favourites was Al-Helis which was about a 15 min drive away. A lovely gently shelving bay, beach bar, umbrellas and loungers, and fish swimming between your legs in crystal blue water. On the days we went out and travelled the island we did all the main towns / sights covered in the guide books. One excursion recommendation - Captain Makis Glass Bottom Boat. A whole day out travelling the eastern cost of Kefalonia, stopping at a uninhabited island for snorkelling, bbq on the beach, volleyball and other games, mud baths and even karaoke on the journey back with a few beers and wine! We are a family of 5 (children 15, 11 and 4). Obviously this was a different holiday than one at a all inclusive hotel with non stop entertainment, but everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and felt fully relaxed upon our return to the UK.

The villa is perfect , superb location and perfectly private. The owners Stefanos and Gregory , the owners are very friendly and helpful. Great beaches are located just a short drive away . The airport is a 3 minute drive from the villa. Highly recommended…

The place is amazing !!! We stayed in Agrilia Villa. Both the main house and the guest house are very well engineered by the owners and very functional. We are extremely happy we met Stefanos and Gregory two very friendly, well organised, professionals…
The place is amazing !!! We stayed in Agrilia Villa. Both the main house and the guest house are very well engineered by the owners and very functional. We are extremely happy we met Stefanos and Gregory two very friendly, well organised, professionals who they assist us a lot. They even took the initiative to construct two wooden rumps for easy wheelchair access for my mother. The house is well equipped and cleaned at regular intervals; the swimming pool and the garden are maintained by professionals who visit discreetly at regular days; the whole service provided was of high standards and very satisfying. We would recommend the place to everyone.

Excellent holiday from start to finish. Both Gregory and Stefanos were extremely helpful. From meeting us at the airport to sharing their local knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble. The villa was very clean and they had provided a lovely welcome basket. The pool was an excellent size for our family. The location of the villa is close to the airport but this does not spoil your holiday. It is also an ideal location to explore the island.

Fantastic Elaia Villas

Absolutely fantastic, would recommend most highly. Stefanos and Gregory were very friendly and helpful. Gregory met us at the airport and drove to the villa whilst we followed in a hire car. He also gave us recommendations on place, beaches and restaurants…
