Η Villa Polyxeni Kefalonia είναι μια πολυτελής μοντέρνα βίλα που βρίσκεται στα Σβορωνάτα Κεφαλονιάς, ιδανική για οικογένειες ή παρέα φίλων. Περπατώντας στη Villa Polyxeni θα σας υποδεχτεί το ευρύχωρο μοντέρνο σαλόνι/τραπεζαρία με ενιαία διαρρύθμιση και η πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα.

Η βίλα Πολυξένη Κεφαλονιά διαθέτει δύο υπνοδωμάτια. Το κύριο υπνοδωμάτιο έχει ένα μεγάλο διπλό κρεβάτι και το ιδιωτικό μπάνιο έχει μπανιέρα και ντους. Το δεύτερο υπνοδωμάτιο έχει δύο μονά κρεβάτια με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με ντους. Απολαύστε τον πρωινό σας καφέ κάτω από τις βουκαμβίλιες ή δείπνο στο ύπαιθρο κάτω από την πέργκολα δίπλα στο εντοιχισμένο BBQ. Ή περάστε τις μέρες σας χαλαρώνοντας δίπλα στην πισίνα κάτω από τη σκιά των ομπρελών.

Absolutely superb

The villa has everything you could wish. It, and the surrounding area, are kept scrupulously clean. The pool is cleaned every day. Wi-fi is excellent. Location is extremely convenient. No negatives whatsoever. Strongly recommended.

Amazing Villa, excellent location, perfect !!

The villa is perfect. Very high standard of construction and appliances. Everything is of the highest quality, both inside and outside. Electrical appliances, furniture, pool, garden is just perfect. We spent one month there with my wife…
The villa is perfect. Very high standard of construction and appliances. Everything is of the highest quality, both inside and outside. Electrical appliances, furniture, pool, garden is just perfect. We spent one month there with my wife and son, it really felt like home for us. Constant gardening and pool cleaning as well as very regular (every 2 to 3 days max !!) change of sheets and towels, certainly gave us a feeling of extreme luxury. We will be certainly coming back. Owners and staff very helpful and friendly. Overall very highly recommended. Thank you Iro and Dionisi for everything.

Polyxeni (as well as Lefteris) is a brand new, stylish modern villa that sits in an island of amazing beauty, Cephalonia. It is in a very convenient location with views over the sea, easily approachable and situated within a radius of 1-3km from crystal clear beaches. Argostoli is only 10 min’ by car and the airport is not far. The scenery is very relaxing, the pool adds to the tranquil and especially at night the atmosphere is magical. We really enjoyed the pool early in the morning and late at night, under the starry sky! It is very convenient that all is in one level, with private terraces for each room and a big outdoor dining area with barbeque. The very well equipped interior is decorated and furnished to a high modern standard and the rooms are quite spacious, each with a private bathroom. I loved the artistic lights as well as the wooden crafted high ceiling! We have stayed 10 days in August and had an enjoyable time. I would have loved to stay much longer and intend to return back soon. The owners –Iro and Dionysis- as well as their people, who take good care of the property, made as feel very welcome, were very friendly, helpful and hospitable. I would thoroughly recommend these villas as a great place to stay. Congratulations to the owners! Take good care of the lovely place and keep up the high standards.

Villa Polyxeni is a new villa built to the highest standards and with the best taste. All the appointments in the living areas and in the bathrooms are made with attention to detail and with great care. There were touches which surprised us such as fine porcelain dishes in the cupboard and stylish leather seating in the dining corner. We stayed there for several weeks and really got to know the area and the villa itself. There are many sandy beaches nearby, of which two are within walking distance. The villa itself is on a property away from the town center, so a car is a must. There is shopping for essentials nearby, and a very fine taverna (with Kefalonia specialties) just a few minutes away in Avithos. Argostoli is a 15 minute drive away. The attitude and service of the owners and the housekeeping staff was of the highest professional level. We felt like we were staying in a 5 star hotel. The villa was kept spotlessly clean inside and out (including the swimming pool), and the linens and towels were fresh and snow white. The garden is also immaculately kept with many fragrant herbs and flowers. It is a perfect place to relax. There are two bedrooms set away from the living room and from each other so that there is a lot of room for a family to stay and also have a feeling of privacy. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and its own doors to the patio and swimming pool. We found the villa actually looked much better than the photos we saw beforehand. We want to say again that the standard of construction is far higher than anything we've seen in Greece before. We would wholeheartedly recommend this villa to a friend and we would definitely like to come back ourselves.
