Το Sami Beach Villas είναι ένα μικρό συγκρότημα τεσσάρων βιλών, η καθεμία εντελώς ανεξάρτητη η μία από την άλλη, με κομψή επίπλωση με ιδιωτικές πισίνες. Βρίσκεται μόλις 50 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα στο χωριό Καραβόμυλος, συνοικία Σάμης στην ανατολική πλευρά της Κεφαλονιάς.

Η Villa Dafni, η τρίτη από τις τέσσερις Sami Beach Villas, διαθέτει δύο υπνοδωμάτια, μέσα στον δικό της κήπο με καθιερωμένα φυτά και λουλούδια που προσφέρουν ιδιωτικότητα στους επισκέπτες της. Το Villa Dafni διαθέτει επίσης τη δική του ιδιωτική πισίνα που βρίσκεται σε μια βεράντα με ξαπλώστρες και μια σκιερή εξωτερική τραπεζαρία. Ένα μπάρμπεκιου είναι διαθέσιμο για εξωτερικό μαγείρεμα, ενώ μέσα στη βίλα, υπάρχει ένα ενιαίο σαλόνι, τραπεζαρία και κουζίνα, το καθένα πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και επιπλωμένο με πολύ υψηλό επίπεδο, το καταπράσινο ορεινό τοπίο που περιβάλλει τη βίλα προσφέρει ένα τέλειο σκηνικό για τις διακοπές σας.

Αυτή η ενοικίαση διακοπών είναι επιπλωμένη στο προσωπικό στυλ του ιδιοκτήτη και προσφέρει μια εμπειρία στο σπίτι από το σπίτι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με φούρνο και εστίες μαγειρέματος, ψυγείο/καταψύκτη, βραστήρα, τοστιέρα, πλυντήριο πιάτων και πλυντήριο ρούχων, στο σαλόνι δορυφορική τηλεόραση, DVD και Μπορείτε να απολαύσετε Wi-Fi. Οι σίτες για τα κουνούπια σε όλες τις πόρτες και τα παράθυρα και το σύστημα κλιματισμού/θέρμανσης εξασφαλίζουν μια άνετη διαμονή. Στο ισόγειο υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με δύο μονά κρεβάτια με δικό του μπάνιο, ενώ στον επάνω όροφο είναι το master δίκλινο και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο. Ιδιωτικός χώρος στάθμευσης για έως δύο αυτοκίνητα. Αυτό το ιδανικό περιβάλλον με όλες τις ανέσεις του σπιτιού προσφέρει το τέλειο μέρος για ξεκούραστες, γαλήνιες και ευχάριστες διακοπές.

So quiet and private - just perfect

We booked a villa during Covid-19 as we thought that being somewhere on our own would be the best way to have the time to "come up for air" as we both worked all the way through lockdown here in UK and will do so now until Christmas.We made the best…
We booked a villa during Covid-19 as we thought that being somewhere on our own would be the best way to have the time to "come up for air" as we both worked all the way through lockdown here in UK and will do so now until Christmas.We made the best choice ever.Eli is amazing, so warm, friendly and that smile just lights up the room, she really is a lovely soul who will do anything to help you, suggest restaurants and just make things simple for your relaxing time away.The sheets and towels were constantly being changed, I have never stayed anywhere where you get so many fresh towels.There is a welcome pack on our arrival as we didn't land until late in the evening. This was cheese, ham, bread, fruit, bottled water, biscuits, fresh eggs, jam, lots of other things and a lovely bottle of wine too.The location suited us fine, we would walk from the villa into Sami to the end of the port for a beer, this justified the "pit stop".The very first morning that we walked down the driveway and turned left we were both gobsmacked............the view is just stunning and we didn't expect it as we arrived in the dark.I won't spoil things anymore for you but I have to say that we had the most amazing holiday ever.Fantastic villa with everything that you could needWonderful people, we never met a grumpy one in the whole time.Fabulous foodStunning weather and then.............Gorgeous Eli.Thank you Eli for everything that you did and for making us feel so welcome and everything so easy.Miss you

Having booked a villa with pool for the first time having previously gone to hotels and apartments we were unsure how we would get on. Firstly the administration led by Elli is excellent and she deals with all aspects of the booking process.On arrival we were met by Elli and shown you our villa. An excellent starter pack covered many key areas you would need and was much better than most places. The villa has two bedrooms, two toilets, sunbathing area with pool and towels, outdoor dining wit barbecue and every facility you could wast in a villa to make you feel at home.The location is perfect, only yards from the rocky beach and a short walk to an excellent bakery going to the left and Sami town a short walk along the beach where there are many tavernas and bars. They are all excellent value and food is perfect if you enjoy well cooked and presented Greek food.Sami is peaceful and beautiful, very close se to Ithaca and a trip here is recommended and the weather was perfect.Cannot recommend Sami Beach Villas enough. We are about to leave for home and have just booked for next summer.

My family of four stayed in Villa Dafni for a week in July. We had come with two other families who stayed in two of the other villas, and it was a fantastic way to have a holiday all together, while still having our own space. Eli was so helpful during the booking process. We arrived late at night to find our kitchen stocked with breakfast for the morning! Then on our first morning Eli came with us into town and showed us where to eat, as well as pointing out places we would need like a supermarket, bakery, post office, pie shop etc. She went above and beyond to make us settle in.The villa itself was lovely - great aircon (vital!!), lovely pool, well equipped kitchen. The villas all have amazing shutters which block out the light if you went to sleep-in. The villas are in a great location - a nice easy waterside stroll into Sami - we walked in every night for drinks and dinner.I would highly recommend the Sami Beach Villas, and will be telling all my friends who are travelling to Greece to stay there!I should also mention Eli's incredible assistance when we had a car accident - she got in touch straight away with our car hire company, and helped us with all the arrangements to sort it out. We had used Island Car Rentals, and Ari who runs the company was also fantastic in helping us deal with the people who had driven into us.

From our decision to stay at Villa Dafni, Sami Beach Villas, until the day we left, Elli could not have been more helpful: The directions from the airport were perfect and she met us on our arrival at the Villa. We found the accommodation spotlessly maintained and nicely cooled for our arrival with a well considered 'welcome pack'. The pool, the grounds and the villa suited our family of four perfectly and we enjoyed our short, quiet evening walks into beautiful Sami

We couldn't have asked for more.

We stayed in Villa Dafni for a week and it was perfect! The villa was private, clean and had everything we needed. Elli and Michael were so warm and welcoming. They and their team work so hard to keep the villas, pools and gardens to such a high standard…
We stayed in Villa Dafni for a week and it was perfect! The villa was private, clean and had everything we needed. Elli and Michael were so warm and welcoming. They and their team work so hard to keep the villas, pools and gardens to such a high standard. The location of the villas is ideal, being so close to the sea and a lovely walk along the coastline to Sami. The warmth of the sun, views of the mountains and trees, sounds of the sea and goat bells and smells of the eucalyptus trees made this place so idyllic. We were spoilt for choice with tavernas to eat in, every meal was delicious. We absolutely loved the area and the small coves between Sami and Agia Efimia, where we snorkelled and sunbathed. We can't wait to return as we just didn't have time to explore as much of this stunning island as we wanted. We would definitely recommend hiring a car, as Sami is the perfect location for visiting other parts of the island. Thank you Elli and Michael, we will hopefully see you next summer.
