Το Sami Beach Villas είναι ένα μικρό συγκρότημα τεσσάρων βιλών, η καθεμία εντελώς ανεξάρτητη η μία από την άλλη, με κομψή επίπλωση με ιδιωτικές πισίνες. Βρίσκεται μόλις 50 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα στο χωριό Καραβόμυλος, συνοικία Σάμης στην ανατολική πλευρά της Κεφαλονιάς.

Η βίλα Thalia με δύο υπνοδωμάτια είναι η πρώτη από τις βίλες, που βρίσκεται στον δικό της ιδιωτικό κήπο με βεράντα, πισίνα, ξαπλώστρες και υπαίθρια τραπεζαρία για να απολαύσετε γεύματα μπάρμπεκιου εκείνο το βράδυ. Χτισμένο σε δύο ορόφους, το ισόγειο προσφέρει ένα ενιαίο σαλόνι, τραπεζαρία και κουζίνα, όλα πλήρως επιπλωμένα και εξοπλισμένα στο υψηλότερο επίπεδο.

Ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με δύο μονά κρεβάτια και μπάνιο βρίσκεται επίσης στο ισόγειο, ενώ το διπλό υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και το ιδιωτικό μπάνιο βρίσκονται στον πρώτο όροφο με μπαλκόνι με θέα στην πισίνα και τη βεράντα. Στη βίλα θα βρείτε όλες τις απαραίτητες ανέσεις για να εξασφαλίσετε μια άνετη διαμονή, όπως: κλιματισμός/σύστημα θέρμανσης, θυρίδα ασφαλείας, δορυφορική τηλεόραση, DVD, Wi-Fi. Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με φούρνο και εστίες μαγειρέματος, ψυγείο/καταψύκτη, βραστήρα, τοστιέρα, πλυντήριο πιάτων και πλυντήριο ρούχων. Σετ κουνουπιών σε όλα τα παράθυρα και τις πόρτες. Διατίθεται ιδιωτικός ασφαλής χώρος στάθμευσης για έως και δύο αυτοκίνητα.

Την απόλυτη γαλήνη και ησυχία μπορείτε να απολαύσετε στη Villa Thalia, χαλαρώνοντας δίπλα στην πισίνα απολαμβάνοντας το καταπράσινο γύρω ορεινό τοπίο.

So quiet and private - just perfect

We booked a villa during Covid-19 as we thought that being somewhere on our own would be the best way to have the time to "come up for air" as we both worked all the way through lockdown here in UK and will do so now until Christmas.We made the best…
We booked a villa during Covid-19 as we thought that being somewhere on our own would be the best way to have the time to "come up for air" as we both worked all the way through lockdown here in UK and will do so now until Christmas.We made the best choice ever.Eli is amazing, so warm, friendly and that smile just lights up the room, she really is a lovely soul who will do anything to help you, suggest restaurants and just make things simple for your relaxing time away.The sheets and towels were constantly being changed, I have never stayed anywhere where you get so many fresh towels.There is a welcome pack on our arrival as we didn't land until late in the evening. This was cheese, ham, bread, fruit, bottled water, biscuits, fresh eggs, jam, lots of other things and a lovely bottle of wine too.The location suited us fine, we would walk from the villa into Sami to the end of the port for a beer, this justified the "pit stop".The very first morning that we walked down the driveway and turned left we were both gobsmacked............the view is just stunning and we didn't expect it as we arrived in the dark.I won't spoil things anymore for you but I have to say that we had the most amazing holiday ever.Fantastic villa with everything that you could needWonderful people, we never met a grumpy one in the whole time.Fabulous foodStunning weather and then.............Gorgeous Eli.Thank you Eli for everything that you did and for making us feel so welcome and everything so easy.Miss you

I stayed at Villa Thalia in August with my husband and 2 friends and couldn't have asked for a more attentive host, Elli. A very welcome welcome pack was supplied! As we arrived late this started our holiday off in a relaxing manner. The wine was particularly appreciated for our first night! The location is ideal - 50 metres from a quiet, pebble beach with beautiful views, great to take a dip. Kefalonia has some gorgeous places (with some hair-raising roads though). The Villa and pool are delightful- a very relaxing holiday.

This is the third time in villa Thalia and as before we loved it . All out door furniture and pergola replaced from last year . The pool is a good size and very clean . Every thing you need is there and so close to the beach. Just a stroll along the front to the lovely restaurants and bars in Sami . Fantastic hosts Elizibeth and Micheal so obliging and there for all your needs .they made a special effort on our last night to meet up with us before we went home they didn’t have to do that and shows what lovely people they are . Thank you once again to you both hope to see you again Love Dean and Karen .

The location is second to none, sheltered from sea breezes by magnificent eucalyptus trees, and still within the sound of the sea. Breathtaking views across coast and countryside are a few steps away. Elli is a delightful host, and is friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Just back from a week at the Sami Beach Villas. I can only write an absolutely amazing review of our stay as it was just brilliant. The villa was perfect - great layout, super clean, pool was just amazing and lovely welcome, easy booking and perfectly located. Everything that is advertised about this villa is the absolute truth - it really is only 50m for a lovely beach. Its about a 15 minute walk back into Sami along the beach - so easy for evening meals. Cleaned regularly during our stay. Lovely welcome pack when we got there that meant we didn't have to venture out till the next day for provisions - much welcomed after a stupidly early morning flight. Kefalonia is a beautiful island - one of our favourites now. The villa is perfectly located to visit Sami, the cave lake (walkable) and was about 30 minutes drive to the west coast. We drove to the North via Assos for a day out and it was a perfect adventure - back via the smaller roads. Also went to Xi beach which was over an hour but 100% worth the drive, 100% recommend the villa and hope to be going back at some point.

Sami beach villas are a complex if 4 villas less than 100 steps from the beach at Sami. We stayed in Villa Thalia as a family of 4. The villas are far enough away from each other so tat you don't feel part of a complex. you don't even really hear the other families. The sea is very close and so clear it was like a sheet of glass most mornings. There is a bakery and a mini market really close by and Sami itself is a 10 minute walk along the coast path and it is mostly pedestrianised. Note that the beach is pebbles not sand. Villa Thalia was incredibly well stocked. It has everything a kitchen could need including two toasties which I am ashamed to say we didn't use. The villas are clean and spacious. The air con is fantastic - it was very hot and we needed it. There are mosquito covers on all doors and windows although I have to say that there were very few mosquitos - quite a few (non stingy) wasps. The villa was clean and was kept clean every few days. The pool man also came every few days and the filter on the pool was very efficient when he wasn't around. Eli who owns the villas was so helpful - she also stocked up the kitchen for us before we arrived and that was such a bonus to have cold beer before we unpacked. overall a wonderful place and a wonderful holiday. I recommend Sami and Sami Beach villas very highly The only thing that would be a no is if you like a sandy beach - as i said - Sami is pebbly which i prefer. Thanks Eli

We were a group of 4 staying at the Villa Thalia. Absolutely fantastic accomodation perfectly hosted by Elli and Michael. Sami has a rustic charm which was incredibly appealing as the locals were all so friendly. We visited most of the main attractions on the island: Antisamos beach was only a short taxi ride away, but you need a car to see the other areas, such as Myrtos beach, Assos, Fiskardo, St George's Castle (the castle taverna is well worth a visit).

fabulous!

we recently stayed in villa Thalia for 8 nights. the location is superb, only a few steps from the beach and a very pleasant walk into the resort centre with many excellent tavernas. the villa owners were lovely and so kind and helpful. A nice touch…
we recently stayed in villa Thalia for 8 nights. the location is superb, only a few steps from the beach and a very pleasant walk into the resort centre with many excellent tavernas. the villa owners were lovely and so kind and helpful. A nice touch was a supply of drinks and provisions to start our holiday with and save us having to shop on arrival. not many companies do this and we felt a lot of care and consideration had gone into this. we would definitely book again, hopefully next year.
