Η βίλα Μαρίνα Κεφαλονιάς είναι μια πολυτελής βίλα με 3 υπνοδωμάτια και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Η προσεκτική διαμόρφωση των εσωτερικών και εξωτερικών χώρων της βίλας και ο σύγχρονος οικιακός εξοπλισμός, προσφέρουν στους επισκέπτες αμέτρητες ώρες χαλάρωσης και ηρεμίας κατά τη διάρκεια των καλοκαιρινών τους διακοπών. Το Villa Marina Kefalonia είναι ένα νεόκτιστο (ολοκληρώθηκε τον Μάιο του 2017) παραθαλάσσιο συγκρότημα από 2 έξυπνα σχεδιασμένες μονοκατοικίες που μπορούν να ενοικιαστούν ως μία ή ξεχωριστά.

Στο κεντρικό σπίτι στο επάνω επίπεδο, υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο Master με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και ιδιωτική βεράντα με εκπληκτική θέα τόσο στις θάλασσες όσο και στον χώρο της πισίνας. Το ισόγειο αποτελείται από ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι, τραπεζαρία για 8 άτομα και μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη ανοιχτή κουζίνα. Στον ίδιο όροφο, υπάρχει ένα δεύτερο δίκλινο υπνοδωμάτιο με ανοίγματα στον χώρο της πισίνας, καθώς και ένα δεύτερο μπάνιο.

Ο ξεχωριστός Ξενώνας της Villa Marina βρίσκεται λίγα μέτρα από την κύρια ιδιοκτησία και αποτελείται από στούντιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, με ανυψωτικό μηχανισμό που διευκολύνει την θαυμάσια θέα στην πισίνα και τη θάλασσα ενώ διαβάζετε, χαλαρώνετε ή εργάζεστε στο φορητό υπολογιστή σας. Υπάρχει επίσης ανοιχτή κουζίνα και τραπέζι/γραφείο και ντους-τουαλέτα.

The Villa and the Annexe were of the highest quality . The seating area in the Villa was extremely comfortable and relaxing. Access to fast internet and Netflix went down well with our teenage grandson. The kitchen was compact but had everything that you could possibly need, the fridge was well stocked, far more than the usual welcome pack and the home made products were a delight. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The bedding was changed 3 times during our stay and was well laundered. A high degree of cleanliness was maintained throughout by the cleaning lady . The Annexe was compact and comfortable with stunning views and allowed for everyone to have their own space. The gardens and pool were well maintained with ample sun beds and shaded seating once again with stunning views. In summary we would recommend the Villa/Annexe to anyone looking for a superior holiday venue with stunning views and exceptional accommodation. We would certainly love to stay again, we had a lovely holiday in magic surroundings.

Better than in the photos!

Just to say we had a an amazing time in Marina Villa, we loved the place, really really relaxing and for us the house was much better than in the photos! Thank you so much for everything, we will definitely use Uniquevillas again!

Idyllic holiday property, perfect view with superb facilities

Spent a fantastic 2 weeks here, family of 5 with 3 teenage children. The pool and loungers were superb, what had clinched it for us was the private entrance to the sea for snorkelling which did not disappoint. Very well equipped with fantastic master bedroom, with balcony overlooking the sea beyond and out to Zakynthos in the distance. My wife and I took the separate adjoining house which also had wonderful views with the bed surrounded on 3 sides by huge windows with great views to wake up to once the automatic blinds were open. Very well equipped with great wifi, Netflix, big collection of music and films although we didn't watch much TV as we were there to be outside. Pool was cleaned every morning by the gardner who had been and gone by the time we opened the shutters and maid service twice a week was excellent. The owners Marina and Chris were wonderful, spending time with us telling us restaurants and places to visit and so generous leaving us lots of fruit, veg, bread and home made spreads - the cherry syrup a major highlight. This was totally unexpected but really added to the welcome. Air con all worked fine and the place felt very secure with automatic gate. We did sightseeing to the caves and local boat trips. In terms of restuarants Old Times was about 15-20 mins walk and well worth it - we went 3 times, Skala is probably too far to walk, but taxis are plentiful and we hired a car - took 5 mins. There is very good barbeque and we ate in a few times as well as cooking pizzas in the oven. A great holiday home and we hope to return.

We have spent ten wonderful days in Villa Marina in Cephallonia. It met all our expectations. The villa is a luxury new house decorated with good taste and fully equipped with anything you can think of. The fantastic view from the terrace and from every room of the house and its easy private access to an incredibly beautiful sea made our stay unforgettable. We enjoyed eating outside by the pool and the siesta under the magnificent carubo tree of the garden. We thank Marina and Christos for the warm welcome and for making our stay perfect.
