Σχεδιασμένο και κατασκευασμένο το 2016, με πιστοποιημένο οικολογικό τρόπο, βρίσκεται μόλις λίγες ανάσες από τα γαλαζοπράσινα νερά του Ιονίου. Γήινα και απαλά χρώματα συνδυάζονται αρμονικά με τον φυσικό καμβά μαζί με μεγάλα ανοίγματα στους τοίχους που επιτρέπουν να θαυμάσετε το όμορφο τοπίο από την άνεση του κρεβατιού σας. Η Villa Piano είναι εγγυημένη για να σας προσφέρει μερικές από τις πιο γαλήνιες και γαλήνιες διακοπές που είχατε ποτέ.

Η Villa Piano είναι χτισμένη σε ένα καταπράσινο τοπίο 5000m2 μπροστά στο Ιόνιο Πέλαγος, προσφέροντας απόλυτη ιδιωτικότητα και ηρεμία. Μινιμαλιστική αλλά εντυπωσιακή αρχιτεκτονική σχεδίαση συνδυάζεται τέλεια με το φυσικό τοπίο. Στο εσωτερικό, όλα επιλέγονται χωρίς συμβιβασμούς. Προσωπικά νοιαζόμαστε για κάθε λεπτομέρεια για να διασφαλίσουμε ότι ακόμα και ο πιο έμπειρος και απαιτητικός ταξιδιώτης θα φεύγει από το Villa Piano ικανοποιημένος και ανανεωμένος.

Με την είσοδο στην κύρια είσοδο θα ερωτευτείτε τους φωτεινούς και ευρύχωρους εσωτερικούς χώρους της βίλας. Στο σαλόνι, τα μεγάλα ανοίγματα βλέπουν εκπληκτική θέα στο Ιόνιο Πέλαγος και κρεμαστά ξύλινα δοκάρια, τα οποία είναι σε τέλεια αρμονία με τα φυσικά δομικά υλικά και την ξύλινη διακόσμηση τέχνης.

Οι μαλακοί άνετοι καναπέδες με φτερά θα σας προσφέρουν μια υπέροχη αίσθηση ξεκούρασης και χαλάρωσης. Το μεγάλο ξύλινο τραπέζι στη δεξιά πλευρά της τραπεζαρίας είναι ένα τεχνούργημα εξαιρετικής σχεδίασης που προσφέρει πανοραμική θέα στη θάλασσα, στο βουνό και στον κήπο. Μαζί με το τραπέζι υπάρχει μια πολυθρόνα, ένας ξύλινος πάγκος και 4 καρέκλες που εξυπηρετούν άνετα περισσότερα από 6 άτομα.

Στην αριστερή πλευρά, υπάρχει η πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, ιταλική κουζίνα υψηλής ποιότητας. Μετά την κουζίνα, μπαίνουμε στη «ζώνη ύπνου». Υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με ένα «ιδιωτικό» μπάνιο και δύο ακόμη υπνοδωμάτια που μοιράζονται ένα άλλο μεγάλο μπάνιο. Το δυτικό αίθριο περιβάλλεται από δέντρα και λουλούδια και είναι το ιδανικό μέρος για να διαβάσετε ή να χαλαρώσετε, ειδικά τα ζεστά πρωινά του καλοκαιριού κάτω από τον ηλιόλουστο ελληνικό ουρανό. Το ανατολικό αίθριο έχει μια μεγάλη οικολογική πισίνα χωρίς χημικά & χλώριο που περιβάλλεται από μια έκταση 2000m2 καταπράσινου τοπίου. Για ακόμα μεγαλύτερη ιδιωτικότητα όταν βρίσκεστε έξω, η βίλα διαθέτει επίσης προστατευμένο αίθριο με θέα στην πισίνα και τη θάλασσα

Sensational Skala.

Sensational villa and quite beautiful view of the sea, with a short walk to the main beach and restaurants. Pool area was a great size and lawn down to the sea, very well maintained. Great for running around.

Villa was really great. Often the pictures of holiday homes/villas look miles better online, than they do in reality - not the case here. It really is as nice as it looks. It is modern, fresh and still feels new. Anastasia and the team were great hosts…
Villa was really great. Often the pictures of holiday homes/villas look miles better online, than they do in reality - not the case here. It really is as nice as it looks. It is modern, fresh and still feels new. Anastasia and the team were great hosts and went to great lengths to make us feel welcome, without it feeling overbearing. Location was good. Close enough to local amenities and a selection of decent beaches (few mins by car / 15 min walk), but far enough away from the tourist trap of Skala, for it to feel like a peaceful haven of our own. And to have an uninterrupted view of the sea was an amazing sight to wake up to each morning.

Villa Piano is the perfect place to relax and get away from it all. The house is lovely, beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Our host, Anastasia made special efforts to welcome and help us, showing us around the town and suggesting the best places to eat. The villa sits on top of a cliff with a large garden and private pool. The beach and the town are within easy walking distance but the location of the villa is serene and quiet with only the sounds of the sea and the bells of local goat herds. The villa and fittings are high quality. The kitchen has everything you need to cook in and a combination of eco-freindly cooling fans and large, modern windows keep the place cool and airy. We travelled as three adults and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. There are plenty of sun loungers, fresh towels, shady trees and a comfortable lounge and dining area. We spent relaxing days just enjoying the peaceful location, reading and sampling local food. Highly recommended.

Villa Piano offers the perfect way to enjoy the natural beauty of Kefalonia in luxurious and tranquil surroundings. I spent a week there in June 2019 and have only positive things to say about it. The setting is glorious. One one side of the villa, there are bucolic views over mountains and farmland, while on the other, there is an enormous private garden and sweeping vistas over the Ionian Sea beyond. We spent many a happy hour relaxing by the pool, listening to the sound of goat bells and watching swifts and seagulls swooping and circling overhead. The villa itself is every bit as high-spec as the photos on the website suggest – sleek and modern but with homely, traditional touches. It felt cool and spacious, beautifully clean, and equipped with all the amenities we could have possibly wanted. Anastasia and her team were extremely warm and attentive, going out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and got the most out of our trip. Anastasia greeted us with locally produced olive oil and tsipouro, took us on a tour of Skala, and gave us lots of useful recommendations for local excursions and places to eat. This attention to detail was reflected in every aspect of our stay and made it a relaxing and memorable experience. Thank you!

We arrived to the sound of sheep bells and the sea - instant relaxation. Villa Piano is in a quiet location and yet is only a 10 minute walk (or 3 minute car drive) into Skala where you have all the amenities you need. The villa is spacious, peaceful and is modern and beautifully furnished. The beds are extremely comfortable and we slept better than in a long time. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. The garden is huge. Anastasia was great in giving us any information we needed. Skala has enough going on for families but retains a laid-back feel to it. We hope to return!

The villa is about 10 minutes away from Skala and is not the easiest to find. However, once you are there it is simply stunning. The villa itself is cool and airy and spotlessly clean. The décor is tasteful, with many homely, but modern touches. As a family of five including two teenagers, we really appreciated the space it affords. Best of all are the outside areas; there is a good size private pool and a huge garden which overlooks a beautiful private beach. It was such a joy to stand there and admire the views, whilst listening to the waves. The gardens to the front and rear contain many fruit trees including figs, pears and pomegranates and we enjoyed sampling these! All are beautifully maintained. The hospitality provided by Anastasia and her team is fantastic. She spent time going through the facilities and also providing recommendations about the local area. She even provided welcome gifts including home-made wine, liquer and olive oil. What struck us was the thought that had gone into making sure everything that you could possibly need in the villa was provided; for example, cling film, food bags, tea towels, dishwasher tablets to name just a few. Anastasia is incredibly thoughtful and is passionate about ensuring that her guests have a great holiday. Skala itself is a pleasant resort with really clear waters that make it fun to go snorkelling, for example. Kephalonia is a beautiful island and we would love to go back. We would definite choose Villa Piano again.

Travelled from rainy UK to glorious sunny Greek weather and this place was the best thing we could possibly get. Villa piano is absolutely gorgeous! We went for family holidays and could not fail in anything! Extremely spacious place, spotless from inside out; the outside area provides ideal conditions to sit comfortably at any time of the day or evening while we thoroughly enjoyed the fresh fruits around the villa as well as the swimming private pool which was cleaned every other day. This was a family business and both owners and staff went above and beyond to help us with everything. Needless to say that we felt sooo welcomed and deffo coming back next year. The whole experience was such a bliss while all the extra touches made it exceptional in every single aspect. Worth every penny spent. Thank you everyone for making our holidays so special :)

The villa is accessed from the main road into Skala down a rural road which leads to this amazing beach front villa. The property is accessed through a large, secure gate and has ample enclosed space to the front and back of the property with plenty of parking space. The single story villa leads out to a huge patio area and pool with huge lawns abundant with fruit and olive trees down to the cliff overlooking the stunning, secluded beach. The pool depths are clearly marked with easy pool access, a must for those with young families. The outside area has been well thought out and accommodates families or couples alike. Plenty of outdoor space to potter and explore. Inside, you can luxuriate in the white hues and beautiful, unique furnishings. The villa is extremely well equipped. Normally there is always that little something missing when you are away, not here. You'll be torn between staying at the villa and pool and exploring the stunning coastline that Kefalonia has to offer. The only sound you'll hear is cicadas humming in the olive trees and the passing boats at the bottom of the villa. A ten minute walk will take you to the secluded beach at the bottom of the villa and a ten minute walk in the other direction will lead you into Skala town.The wonderful owner Anastasia was there to welcome us and gave us lots of tips on local places and eateries etc. She even provided our young son with some fabulous books and games! Book now, you will not be disappointed at Villa Piano.
