Το Casa di Mare Villas Estate Kefalonia είναι ένας συνδυασμός τριών ολοκαίνουργιων βιλών ακριβώς πάνω από τη γνωστή παραλία της Αβύθου στο χωριό Σβορωνάτα, την υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα και το μινιμαλιστικό και μοντέρνο ντιζάιν των βιλών. τέλειες χαλαρωτικές διακοπές.

Κάθε βίλα έχει τη δική της ιδιωτική πισίνα υπερχείλισης, βεράντα bbq και κήπο. Το εσωτερικό του Casa di Mare Estate είναι επίσης διακοσμημένο με μοντέρνα διακόσμηση που αποτελείται από δύο υπνοδωμάτια, το καθένα με το δικό του μπάνιο, μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και ένα σαλόνι με μεγάλες μπαλκονόπορτες με θέα στο Ιόνιο πέλαγος. Παρέχονται επίσης Wi-Fi και χώρος στάθμευσης. Το κτήμα μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και 15 επισκέπτες, ιδανικό για μεγάλες παρέες φίλων ή οικογένειες.

Highly recommended!

We loved our stay here. The place was immaculately clean and had all the facilities we needed. The views are amazing, the pool sparkling, the beds comfortable and everything we needed in the kitchen. Great little supermarket nearby too. Highly recommended…

Stunning !! Breathtaking views, incredible pool interior decor and design. Property cleaned daily and Terry quick to respond to anything you need. Amazing location - discovered path directly down to the beach so only 6 minutes. We hired a car and suggest you need one. Enjoyed visits to nearby beaches, Lassi, Argostoli and Lourdas. Fave was nearby Avithos beach , restaurants , friendly staff and cool beach bar - hard to beat! We will never forget THAT view!! Highly recommend.

We would definitely return again.

We had an amazing time at terrys beautiful villa. The villa is lovely has everything we needed and we didn’t really leave very much. We had a car and found the villa was close enough to several restaurants and shops. Very clean with daily cleaners…

Lovely apartment which is a fantastic base for exploring Kefalonia!

Host offered to meet and direct us to the property which was a nice touch. The area is very peaceful and loved having morning coffee on the terrace looking out at the sea!Two beaches a short walk away, supermarkets 15 minute drive away. Even to far end…

Even to far end of the island (Fiskardo) is only an hour to drive. Being very close to the airport (15 minute drive) meant we had a lovely relaxing morning before our flight home too!

es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir dieses Mal auf Ausflüge verzichtet und unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa sogar um eine Nacht verlängert haben. Es war einfach nur schön, im Pool zu schwimmen und diese unbezahlbare…

We stayed 10 days in one of these beautiful and simply furnished villa. Very clean, and the cleaners came over twice during our stay to clean and put fresh linen on the beds which was a nice touch. The view is beautiful and the pool is great, if a little chilly (but we were there in Sept/Oct!). The villa is very simple inside with clean lines and has the basics/everything you need. There is a small supermarket approx. 10-15 minute walk away. We did have a car, which I would recommend for seeing the island, however you can easily walk to the supermarket or beach. There are 4-5 restaurants within walking distance too. Two on the beach and others near the supermarket. We loved our stay and would definitely return in the future. The villa is fairly close to the airport but the planes are few and far between and not particularly noisy - they didn't bother us one bit!! Definitely don't let this put you off, it is literally 2-5 planes a day and we barely noticed!! They're quite far from you... The hosts are very friendly and efficient in responding to any requests we had - Terry kindly provided us with a BBQ and beach towels etc. Thanks again, we would love to return sometime soon :))

Terry was an excellent host, helping us to have a wonderful stay in kefalonia. Responding and attending to our queries and requests quickly and helping out everywhere he could. We all had a brilliant time. The villa was perfect. Clean and modern - the concrete minimal finish throughout is exactly our style. The infinite pool well kept and a perfect spot to relax and gaze out at the amazing view of the sea. We could walk straight down to the beach and a short sandy stroll to a bar and 2 restaurants in the bay. We would happily return again for another holiday. Thanks Terry. . Stuart

Incredible view!!!

Incredible view!!! Very quiet and private. We found several lovely restaurants close by. Fixed our own frappes in the morning and sat out on the deck and watched the sea!!! Glorious!!!
