Το Yiameli Villas Zante είναι 3 ενοικιαζόμενες πολυτελείς βίλες με 9 υπνοδωμάτια και 3 ιδιωτικές πισίνες. Το Yiameli Villas Zante βρίσκεται σε μια σχετικά απότομη πλαγιά με ανατολικό προσανατολισμό. Το σχέδιο ανοίγει σε τέσσερις κατευθύνσεις για να προσφέρει θέα στο μαγευτικό Ιόνιο Πέλαγος, το νησί της Κεφαλονιάς και την Πελοπόννησο και πίσω στους παρακείμενους λόφους. Τρεις ανεξάρτητες βίλες ομαδοποιημένες γύρω από κήπους και αίθρια και έναν κεντρικό τετράγωνο κήπο ανάμεσα στα σπίτια για να δημιουργήσουν μια αίσθηση κοινότητας, ιδανική για μεγάλες συγκεντρώσεις φίλων και οικογένειας, ακριβώς στο κέντρο του οικοπέδου.

Η Villa Levandi στο Yiameli Villas Zante είναι μια πολυτελής βίλα με 5 υπνοδωμάτια και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Η μεγαλύτερη από τις τρεις βίλες του ομίλου Γιαμέλη. Η προσέγγιση ήταν να δημιουργήσουμε ένα κομψό οικογενειακό σπίτι με λίγη γαλλική έμπνευση με ένα απλό εσωτερικό σκηνικό. Περίπου 1500 τετραγωνικά μέτρα γης περιβάλλει το οικόπεδο, χτισμένο με χειροποίητη πέτρα, παλιά οικοδομικά υλικά που δένουν με το περιβάλλον του νησιού και την ιστορία του τοπίου. Διαθέτει δική του πισίνα, εξωτερική τραπεζαρία με μπάρμπεκιου, άνετους καναπέδες στις βεράντες, χαλιά και κεριά και «άνετες» γωνιές κάτω από τα ελαιόδεντρα. Με απίστευτη θέα στη θάλασσα στο μαγευτικό Ιόνιο Πέλαγος, αυτή η εντυπωσιακή βίλα μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και εννέα σε πέντε υπνοδωμάτια.

Υπάρχουν δύο υπνοδωμάτια με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο, ένα δίκλινο και ένα μονόκλινο δωμάτιο που μοιράζεται ένα μπάνιο στον πρώτο όροφο, ένα δίκλινο υπνοδωμάτιο με μπάνιο στο επίπεδο της εισόδου και ένα επιπλέον δωμάτιο στούντιο με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με δική του είσοδο, πλήρως ανεξάρτητο, ιδανικό για να φιλοξενήσει μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή άλλα. Τρία από τα υπνοδωμάτια μπορούν να κατασκευαστούν είτε με διπλό κρεβάτι είτε με δύο μονά κρεβάτια. Το Levandi είναι μια εξαιρετική επιλογή για μια μεγαλύτερη ομάδα οικογένειας και, φυσικά, μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί σε συνδυασμό με τα άλλα δύο ακίνητα στον ιστότοπο για να φέρει πιθανή χωρητικότητα έως και δεκαπέντε ατόμων.

Η Villa Meli στο Yiameli Villas Zante είναι μια πολυτελής ενοικίαση βίλας με 2 υπνοδωμάτια και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Με εκπληκτική τοποθεσία και απίστευτη θέα στη θάλασσα, η Villa Meli αποτελεί μια ξεχωριστή απόλαυση για τις καλοκαιρινές σας διακοπές. Η πισίνα περιβάλλεται από εξαιρετικά άνετες ξαπλώστρες και έχει θέα στο κρυστάλλινο γαλάζιο του Ιονίου. Η χαλικιώδης αυλή, γεμάτη λουλούδια, βουκαμβίλιες και λουλούδια γιασεμιού, διαθέτει τραπεζάκι, δύο καναπέδες, μπάρμπεκιου και μια μεγάλη σκεπαστή τραπεζαρία και καθίσματα για έως 6 άτομα.

Η άρτια εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα βρίσκεται στο πίσω μέρος του σαλονιού και προσφέρει άφθονο χώρο πάγκου και μια εσωτερική, κομψή τραπεζαρία με υπέροχα φανάρια πάνω από το τραπέζι. Το δίκλινο υπνοδωμάτιο έχει άμεση πρόσβαση στη βεράντα και την υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα και το δίκλινο υπνοδωμάτιο με 2 μονά κρεβάτια μπορεί να γίνει κρεβάτι king-size.

Η Villa Yasmi στο Yiameli Villas Zante είναι μια πολυτελής βίλα με 2 υπνοδωμάτια και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Σε αυτή την όμορφη βίλα η αγαπημένη μας γαλλική διακόσμηση επηρέασε την ανάγκη μας για μοντέρνα διαβίωση, με αποτέλεσμα μια ζεστή αίσθηση και τα κρεβάτια με γαλλικό αέρα τριγύρω δίνουν μια κομψή ρομαντική πινελιά… Ανοιχτοί, ευάεροι εσωτερικοί χώροι προσκαλούν τη φύση μέσα, ενώ προσφέρουν θέα στο εκπληκτική θάλασσα, τοπίο και βουνά. Η ελαφριά και κομψή διακόσμηση χρησιμοποιεί μερικές αντίκες για να εναρμονιστεί με το ίδιο το κτίριο. Η χρωματική παλέτα δημιουργήθηκε για να αντιστέκεται στις τάσεις και να μην αλλοιώνει το περιβάλλον του σπιτιού.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yiameli Villas. The property is new, well equipped, very clean and well maintained. Our stay included house cleaning, and pool cleaning, which was very much appreciated. The grounds are stunning, the views are gorgeous, and the pool was a nice touch for the kids. There is also plenty of outdoor space for the children to stretch their legs, as well as a BBQ, dining area, and lounging area, all of which have a lovely view of Mikro Nisi (island) and the sea. The area was our favourite part of the island, its very peaceful and picturesque. There are beaches within walking distance of the property, however a car is needed to get to local places. There are some lovely restaurants in the area, such as El Sueno and The Old Windmill. Katerina the owner is lovely, she welcomed us and could not do more for us. Its such a nice thing to meet the owner and have that personal touch. We will definitely be returning to Yiameli Villas :)

We staid with 4 (incl. 2 kids) at holiday villa Yasmi. This house has been decorated with such great taste and the view over the sea is amazing. The owners really thought of everything including very small details. The outside area is so nice with the terrace, BBQ and the swimming pool. Kitchen has everything you need and more. For me it's real pleasure if I can put a nice homemade salad in a nice bowl or on a nice plate :-). The rest of the inside and outside furniture + decoration has been done with care and is really beautiful. The owners (George) made us feel at home from the beginning and gave us some great tips to explore Zakynthos as it was the first time we visited the island. Also during our stay he was always willing to help and giving us extra tips to explore more. We loved our stay so much and were sad to leave. We definetely hope to return some day and recommend this villa without hesitation. For sure you will have a great holiday when you stay at Yiameli. Thanks again for such a great stay!!

We've just returned from a wonderful week at Yiameli Villas . The property is beautiful and beautifully kept: all the advantages of a modern villa but still full of rustic style and charm. The sea views of Mikro Nisi and Cephalonia are captivating and the pool area is a lovely space in which to relax and sunbathe. The location is great too. The beds are comfortable and the air con works well. The cleaner, Ellie, was incredibly hard-working, effective but unobtrusive. What perhaps sets it apart, though, is the dedication of the owners. There was a regional power cut one afternoon which cut off the water supply but they quickly arrived to get it going again and, when one of our party managed to lock herself out of her room, again they were on hand quickly to arrange a lock-smith. They really cared about our comfort. Highly recommended!

The property is located towards the north of the island away from the party scene. The property is located on top of the hill providing total tranquility and escapism from the city life. The property is only a year old but everything inside is very new and immaculate. It is beautifully decorated with lovely touches. The pool is large and cleaned regularly. Katerina and her family have been the most amazing hosts immediately responding to any query we had, even when we locked ourselves out. George was there in 10 mins to let us back in. The views are breathtaking and there is a small communal area serving 3 villas where children can play games, chess etc. Although the island has bad mobile connectivity this property is well equipped with good wi fi connection. We will definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone seeking piece , quiet and fantastic hosts.

Absolutely exceptional villa(s). We stayed in the larger villa and were hugely impressed by it. Really exceptionally well built - lovely stone-masonry with built in details. Thick stone walls kept the villa cool. Good features. Airy rooms. Quiet. Good sound insulation - so you couldn't hear between rooms. Nice bathrooms. Everywhere had lovely ocean views. Effective and quiet A/C throughout. Good seating inside and out. Had an indoor kitchen and a large outdoor BBQ & dining area. The BBQ area has its own sink and is effectively an outdoor kitchen. The villa had a private pool with decking, loungers and umbrellas. Some days we just stayed there and didn't bother to go to the beach or the Peligoni Club. It's a short drive to the beach/restaurants/club.There was also a central shared courtyard accessed via a side door which opened to a large outdoor sitting area, children's area, and play area. The idea is that the space can be shared if you have friends or family in the other villa(s) as well. We didn't really use it but can see it would be nice for larger groups. Host was lovely and really wanted to help. Daily cleaning was effective and unintrusive. Overall a great experience and highly recommended.
