Το Villa Casa Maravillosa Κεφαλονιάς είναι ένα παραδοσιακό αρχοντικό, χτισμένο στις αρχές του 19ου αιώνα με μεγάλη προσοχή, από πραγματικούς τεχνίτες που με το έργο τους επαίνεσαν το σκάλισμα της πέτρας. Το κτίριο κηρύχθηκε το 1979 από τον Υπουργό Πολιτισμού ως «ιστορικό μνημείο», καθώς αποτελεί «τυπικό παράδειγμα παραδοσιακής επτανησιακής αρχιτεκτονικής με στοιχεία νεοκλασικής τέχνης και είναι ένα από τα λίγα παραδοσιακά κτίρια που επέζησαν στην Κεφαλονιά από σεισμούς και τώρα σήμερα» αντιπροσωπεύουν την αρχιτεκτονική μορφολογία των κεφαλλονίτικων σπιτιών που υπήρχαν πριν από την καταστροφή του 1953.

Με απόλυτο σεβασμό στον χαρακτήρα του κτιρίου και σύμφωνα με όλες τις σύγχρονες απαιτήσεις, το κτήμα ανακατασκευάστηκε εσωτερικά και εξωτερικά και είναι έτοιμο να σας υποδεχτεί για να απολαύσετε μια μοναδική εμπειρία. Το Villa Casa Maravillosa Kefalonia έχει δύο ορόφους με πατάρι και κήπο που περιβάλλεται από έναν καταπράσινο και πολύχρωμο κήπο δύο στρεμμάτων.

Στο ισόγειο, υπάρχουν δύο σουίτες, καθεμία με μεγάλο ιδιωτικό μπάνιο, κρεβάτι queen size, καθιστικό και θυρίδα ασφαλείας. Υπάρχει επίσης ένας ανεξάρτητος χώρος με γραφείο και βιβλιοθήκη με υπολογιστή, φαξ και δωρεάν Wi-Fi. Στο ισόγειο, υπάρχει επίσης μια μικρή ιδιωτική εκκλησία αφιερωμένη στον Άγιο Νικόλαο και τον Άγιο Γεώργιο, με ξεχωριστή είσοδο και σημείο πρόσβασης από τη γύρω περιοχή. Στον επάνω όροφο υπάρχουν δύο μεγάλα σαλόνια, μια τραπεζαρία για συνολικά 12 άτομα, μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με μια δεύτερη μεγάλη τραπεζαρία με δορυφορική τηλεόραση και ένα επιπλέον μπάνιο για τους επισκέπτες. Στη σοφίτα, υπάρχουν τρία υπνοδωμάτια, το καθένα με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο, με δύο μονά κρεβάτια που μπορούν να ενωθούν για να δημιουργήσουν ένα κρεβάτι queen size και πανοραμική θέα. Όλα τα υπνοδωμάτια διαθέτουν πολυτελή κλινοσκεπάσματα και δωρεάν προϊόντα περιποίησης Anne Semonin.

Στη γύρω περιοχή, υπάρχει ιδιωτική πισίνα 45 τμ με ομπρέλες, ξαπλώστρες και υπαίθρια τραπεζαρία, ενώ ο υπόλοιπος χώρος διαμορφώνεται με γκαζόν, οπωροφόρα δέντρα και βιολογικό λαχανόκηπο για προσωπική χρήση των κατοίκων. Οι ιδιωτικοί χώροι στάθμευσης προορίζονται για ενοικιαστές. Περιτριγυρισμένο από ψηλούς τοίχους από τρεις διαφορετικές πλευρές για να διασφαλιστεί η ιδιωτικότητα, το κατάλυμα προσφέρει πανοραμική θέα στο νησί της Ζακύνθου από την τέταρτη πλευρά του. Ολόκληρο το κτήμα είναι διακοσμημένο με επιλεγμένα συλλεκτικά έπιπλα και κομμάτια, χρηστικά και διακοσμητικά, που προέρχονται τόσο από την Κεφαλονιά και τα Επτάνησα, όσο και από πολλές χώρες του κόσμου, καθώς και περσικά χαλιά φύκια από φύκια. Τα κομμάτια μεταφέρθηκαν στο κτήμα από τους ιδιοκτήτες και συλλέχθηκαν και βρέθηκαν στα ταξίδια τους στο εξωτερικό.

Το Villa Casa Maravillosa Kefalonia προσφέρει την πολυτέλεια ενός ξενοδοχείου υψηλής κατηγορίας, με την ιδιωτικότητα ενός σπιτιού. Ένα σπίτι μακριά από το σπίτι μέσα στην απεραντοσύνη του νησιού. Κοντά στο κτήμα (800-1200 μ.), Μπορεί κανείς να συναντήσει παρθένες παραλίες με απέραντα γαλαζοπράσινα νερά και πληθώρα εστιατορίων, μίνι μάρκετ, ενώ η πρωτεύουσα του νησιού (Αργοστόλι) απέχει μόλις 8 χιλιόμετρα. Το κατάλυμα είναι ιδανικό για διάφορες εκδηλώσεις, όπως γάμους, βαπτίσεις, επετείους, πάρτι, οικογενειακές συγκεντρώσεις.

This was the mots beautiful villa we have ever stayed in, we couldn't quite believe we had hired it exclusively! The owner allowed us an early check in, brought us homemade cheese pie one morning and fresh bread another. I couldn't have wanted for anything else, the villa was cleaned 6 days a week, the pool and surrounding grounds gorgeous. Walking distance to restaurant and mini-mart, you could walk to the beaches or very easy to drive. Simply the best villa ever!

Being frequent and sophisticated travelers, our expectations were exceeded in all respects. The best thing to say is that I don’t think I have ever been so sure in recommending something. The location is very nice, close to Kefalonia airport and in the centre of a small historic town, just next to the church. Modern comfort, quiet ambience, perfect views from several angles, ample internal space, huge and well-kept garden, large pool area with enough space for rest or exercise Although the place is a historic villa, everything is in perfect condition, and well maintained (no visible fixes or renovation due). All appliances in good order, all electrics working, all light bulbs in place etc… The owners were extremely open and prompt to assist whenever anything was needed. We were surprised to find a lot of old-style furniture and pieces of antique, which is unusual for a place to let. Together with modern appliances and renovation they made the spirit of the villa and our days there unforgettable. And yes, the kids (8,5, and 5 y.o.) just loved it!

Il est très difficile de trouver le bon commentaire pour cette villa. Le plus simplement du monde, elle est exceptionnelle!! Tout y est réuni pour passer un séjour de rêve sur une île fantastique aux cinquante nuances de bleu. L’ accueil de notre hôte a été formidable et les services proposés dignes d un grand hôtel alors que vous vous sentez tout simplement chez vous. Nous étions 3 familles et chacun a trouvé son propre espace au regard de la taille de cette villa de rêve. La piscine est de bonne taille pour que les enfants et les adultes puissent en profiter pleinement. Tous les équipements attendus sont réunis.

The villa is beautiful even better than I imagined , the grounds are spectacular. The rooms are huge and the bathrooms are stunning. The villa is so spacious, even with 10 people you would be really spread out and not on top of each other as all of the rooms are spread across the villa and are not all in the same section. It's close to local restaurants and a short drive to the beach. We picked fresh fruit from the grounds each morning for breakfast, enjoyed the large BBQ and of course the amazing swimming pool! It was so nice that we didn't explore as much of the island as we had hoped as we wanted to make the most of the villa. The villa is very well equipped and set up well for large groups to dine together. Labros and his wife were a pleasure and ensured we had the best possible stay. Cannot wait to re visit next year. It would also make a perfect setting for a wedding.

We booked the villa for a week and also had our wedding there and what a beautiful place it is !!! The owner is absolutely lovely provided 10/10 care for us. Would not have picked anywhere else to spend our special day, absolutely perfect !!
