Η Villa Magic Perla είναι μια πολυτελής ενοικίαση διακοπών στην Κέρκυρα. Αποτελείται από δύο ευρύχωρα υπνοδωμάτια, δύο μπάνια, μια ιδιωτική πισίνα και έναν μεγάλο εξωτερικό χώρο με μπάρμπεκιου.

Τα σαλόνια είναι εξοπλισμένα με 2 μεγάλους καναπέδες που μπορούν να χρησιμοποιηθούν και ως κρεβάτια. Χαλαρώστε στους καναπέδες και τις πολυθρόνες και απολαύστε το αγαπημένο σας τηλεοπτικό πρόγραμμα στην οθόνη Plasma TV 42 ιντσών ή σερφάρετε στο διαδίκτυο με δωρεάν Wi-Fi με θέα στον κήπο και την πισίνα. Η τραπεζαρία συνδυάζεται με την κουζίνα και το σαλόνι. Μπορείτε να απολαύσετε το δείπνο σας στη μεγάλη εσωτερική τραπεζαρία που βρίσκεται σε άμεση επαφή με την υπαίθρια τραπεζαρία και το BBQ. Το πρώτο υπνοδωμάτιο διαθέτει ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με μπανιέρα με παροχές μασάζ και μεγάλη ντουλάπα. Συνδέεται με τη βεράντα που οδηγεί στην εξωτερική πισίνα. Το δεύτερο υπνοδωμάτιο αποτελείται από 2 άνετα μονά κρεβάτια. Θα βρείτε επίσης μια μεγάλη ντουλάπα και ακριβώς δίπλα της βρίσκεται το δεύτερο μπάνιο.

Die Villa Magic Perla ist der Wahnsinn. Sie berinhaltet alles was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Die 4 Verandas, die Pool-Anlage, der Grillplatz, der grosse Garten, das Interieur und die Küche mit deren Ausstattung überzeugten uns sehr! Vasilis und Lucy sind tolle Gastgeber, sie bieten einem alles und lesen einem beinahe jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ab. Der Kühlschrank war bei unserer Ankunft mit Lebensmitteln gefüllt voller und sie schauten täglich nach dem Pool, entsorgten den Müll, Pet usw... Die Villa liegt ca. 10 Minuten von Korfu-Stadt entfernt, wir würden ein Mietauto stark empfehlen, weil die Taxi-Preise ziemlich hoch sind. Alles in allen war der Aufenthalt in der Villa Magic Perla ausgezeichnet! Die beste Villa, die wir bis jetzt gemietet haben. Vielen Dank Lucy und Vasilis für diesen Urlaub. We really enjoyed our stay and felt like Home! The house is really a Dream ! Everything was perfectly clean, so good equipt that nothing was missed and the Pool and the outside area the most populare Place! Lucy and Vasilis are so lovely and kind, the best host we ever had. They make our stay unforgetable . The house is a really good start point for all activities on the island- Corfu is so beautiful, there is so much to explore! Vasilis and Lucy gave wonderful insider tips! This is so much more than we had expected and we really can recommend this place! Our Family holiday was just perfect and we definately come back

'Away from it all' but also within easy reach of Corfu Town and some spectacular beaches. Finally, Lucy and Vasilis are the perfect hosts. Considerate and generous. I would definitely recommend!

This villa is well located for enjoying a holiday in Corfu. It is a 5 minute drive from Govina Bay and Gouvia, both of which boast plenty of restaurants and perfect for a quiet walk. Corfu town is a 15 minute drive away and Glyfada bay (a gorgeous sandy beach) 20 minutes drive. The villa itself was lovely and clean, located in a peaceful area outside of Gouvia. It has a range of outdoor spaces to relax in the sun including a sheltered BBQ area, a terrace overlooking the pool and an evening terrace which is set higher up to enjoy the distant views over towards the sea and edge of Corfu Town. The owners, Vasileios and Lucy were lovely. They met us at the airport to guide us to the Villa and visited us at the end of our stay to say their goodbyes. We would not hesitate to stay here again, a lovely holiday destination! Thank you, Vasileios and Lucy!

We have been at many places before, but none of them was so perfect as Lucy and Vasilis house. Not only the swimming pool and the surrounding was impressing, but much more the inside of the house and the equipment was sensational ! You don't need to bring anything by yourself, everything is there.If you need coffee, tea or marmalade or spices or anything else, it's there. There is also a washing mashine and of course you will find washing powder. The beautiful decoration made and organized lovingly by Lucy is worth to look at, many times ! If you need anything Vasilis and Lucy are there to help and assist ! They picked us up at the Airport, spent their time with waiting, until we've got our car and brought us up to the house. A car or a motorbike is needed, it takes only a few minutes to reach the main road near Gouvia and the Supermarket Diellas. A very nice tavern, Spiti Nikos is close as well. We had a wonderful time and can especially recommend Lucy and Vasilis house to all visitors of Corfu. We appreciate Lucy and Vasilis as perfect hosts and much more, as very warm and friendly people ! Excellent value for money

Just came back from Corfu. Beautiful place and splendid weather. The villa was more than what we bargained for. 2 bedroom house and a reasonably big and nice garden with pool, on top of a hill and surrounded by orange and lemon trees. Parking place available…
Just came back from Corfu. Beautiful place and splendid weather. The villa was more than what we bargained for. 2 bedroom house and a reasonably big and nice garden with pool, on top of a hill and surrounded by orange and lemon trees. Parking place available as well. The house is not the typical place one builds for rental. Beautiful interiors (designed by the owner herself), quality materials and large places suggest that the house was built for family use. That’s a big plus for us. Everything was clean and in top shape (I understand that the villa is in the second year of rental), the modern and fully equipped kitchen, the bathrooms, the whole range of (modern) home electric appliances. Towels, bath gowns, slippers, bed linen, all was there. There is also a big barbeque place with a fire place. The big surprise was that the whole place was fully provided with all sort of consumables, from mosquito repellent, washing powder, soap, all kind of personal care goods to everything one normally finds in a home kitchen. On top we got complementary fresh fruits and pastry. The nicest surprise was the people themselves. Vasilis and Loukia, the owners were very friendly and caring. Happy to help and assist with whatever they have been a real friend along our 10-day journey. Thank you. Word of advice: you need a car as the villa is reasonable far (5-7km) from the city center. However, there are a good supermarket, a small shop and a good taverna within walking distance.

Impresionante. Nos vinieron a recoger al aeropuerto Basilis y Lucy, nos acompañaron en su coche hasta su casa. Preciosa con 2 habitaciones y nos pusieron una cama supletoria para los 3 niños. La piscina magnífica y está iluminada hasta las 3:00, el aire acondicionado funcionó perfecto. La localización de la casa buena. Los accesos como todas las carreteras en Corfu, estrechas. Basilis venía por la mañana de madrugada a limpiar la piscina y regar y la verdad es q no lo vimos. La casa es una preciosidad y muy bien acondicionada. Lucy y Basilis un amor.
