Επεκτείνεται σε ένα επίπεδο για να ταιριάζει καλύτερα με το φυσικό περιβάλλον και περιλαμβάνει τους ακόλουθους τομείς:

Ένα μεγάλο υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, γραμματέας, ντουλάπα και χρηματοκιβώτιο, αποκλειστικό μπάνιο με τζακούζι για δύο άτομα εξοπλισμένο με σύστημα χρωματοθεραπείας. Δύο υπνοδωμάτια εκ των οποίων το καθένα περιλαμβάνει: δύο μονά κρεβάτια μετατρέψιμα σε διπλό κρεβάτι, κομοδίνο, ντουλάπα και μπάνιο με μπανιέρα υδρομασάζ. Ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, κομοδίνο, ντουλάπα. Ξεχωριστό W.C. με ντους και πλυντήριο ρούχων.

Κουζίνα με ψυγείο-ντουλάπα που παρέχει κρύο νερό και παγάκια, ηλεκτρικό φούρνο και εστίες, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, πλυντήριο πιάτων, ηλεκτρικές συσκευές, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με μαχαιροπίρουνα και πιατικά μαζί με ποτήρια για ποτά Τραπεζαρία-Σαλόνι με χειροποίητο τζάκι, τραπέζι για οκτώ άτομα, δύο καναπέδες, καρέκλα χαλάρωσης. Δορυφορική τηλεόραση, ηχοσύστημα Dolby Surround, βίντεο με μπλε ακτίνες.

Ολόκληρο το σπίτι είναι πλήρως κλιματιζόμενο, έχει ξύλινα δάπεδα στους κύριους χώρους, παράθυρα που διώχνουν τα έντομα με σίτες, μπάρες ασφαλείας και πόσιμο νερό. Οι εξωτερικοί χώροι είναι πλήρως και ασφαλώς περιφραγμένοι και έχουν λάβει ελάχιστη παρέμβαση για να αποφευχθεί η αλλοίωση του τοπίου. Μέσα σε αυτές τις παρεμβάσεις παρέχονται οι ακόλουθες διευκολύνσεις:

Πέτρινη πισίνα με οξυγόνο (χωρίς χλώριο) με ξαπλώστρες και υπαίθριο μπαρ. Απολαύστε τον ήλιο από την ανατολή έως τις 17:00. Πέργκολες με υπαίθριο σαλόνι γύρω από το σπίτι. Εξωτερικά τραπέζια και μπάρμπεκιου σε πανοραμική θέση. Χώρος στάθμευσης.

We can only say good things about this villa. It is beautifully crafted, with windows that all open up to the most amazing views looking down and across the countryside for miles; with cypress trees and olive groves rising up to the hills. It provides…
We can only say good things about this villa. It is beautifully crafted, with windows that all open up to the most amazing views looking down and across the countryside for miles; with cypress trees and olive groves rising up to the hills. It provides total privacy on all sides and although near enough to everywhere you would want to go, for those that want privacy and to be away from the more touristy areas, it is ideal. It has a large swimming pool, outside bbq and clusters of sun loungers and seating areas surrounding the villa so you can move with the sun. The owners are warm and helpful. They will do anything to help if you need to contact them. If you are looking for a relaxing quiet time ,in your own little piece of heaven for a week or two, but with the feeling of total security and luxury, then this villa is a great find

We've just returned from a family vacation at this spectacular property and all three generations agree this was a beautiful, unique and lovely vacation. We've travelled to many parts of Europe but this was our first time in Greece, and Corfu was a great choice (Oct weather was nice and we made it just before the end of the tourist season so restaurants were still open). Owners Stamatis & Eri were extremely helpful and every recommendation for the area they made was a great experience. The house is so beautiful and the views are as far as the eye can see, at the top of the hill surrounded by olive orchards and endless rolling hills. It feels remote at first, yet getting to all of the desired sight-seeing areas was easy once we learned the island. Thank you for creating such a great experience and sharing it with us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. The location is remote but private and peaceful with splendid views. The host was very welcoming and fell over himself to be helpful during our stay. The accommodation is very comfortable with good air conditioning, wifi and insect screens at the doors. The kitchen is well equipped and there are a number of seating areas around the property for everyone to find their place. We (two adults in their sixties) went with 3 twentysomething youngsters. The youngsters enjoyed the pool area, the outside gym, the barbecue and the darts. You need a car but everything is within easy driving distance. It is a very nice place to return to after a day out.

A family group of 8, we had plenty of space with the outdoor area , garden and pool. The beautifully designed stone villa was comfortable and very well equipped with much care and attention paid to small details. The narrow road to the top was a challenge initially, but well worth it for the views and the seclusion. Our host could not have been more helpful and attentive , meeting us at the airport, helping with a mix up over hire cars and recommending great places to eat and to buy local produce for the BBQ. Thank you Stamatis, you were a star!

My husband and I stayed at this villa with our two children and another family of four at the beginning of August. We all had a wonderful week and would happily return in the future. The villa itself is beautifully built and well appointed. All the beds, bed linen, towels and toiletries were of a very high standard. The kitchen is brilliantly well equipped and there are lots of games for adults and children. The gardens and pool area are very attractive and well maintained and views are spectacular. The luxury power shower with an inbuilt radio was a particular hit with my nine year old son. The hosts - Takis and Eri - were incredibly kind and welcoming , happy to drive up the hill from their home in the nearby village to provide helpful extras like cool boxes and olive oil! I would recommend this villa to anyone who loves the space and privacy of the countryside whilst also loving a few luxuries and home comforts.

We stayed here with our friends and their children. We were 8 in total. We had a fabulous time. The villa is gorgeous. It’s beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and with all mod cons. The stone interior means it’s cool inside during the hottest parts of the day. The pool is gorgeous, with lots of places to relax, eat and drink. Stamatis and his wife were wonderful, really generous and warm hosts. The villa is quite isolated but we wanted to be in a peaceful place like this, with stunning views. We highly recommend this villa and hope to return ourselves.

The villa is special. It is located on a mountain in a forest of olive trees, isolated and with an amazing view. The owners are very nice and helpful.

A stone-built villa, very beautiful, comfortably equipped, located on a mountain among an olive grove. Very secluded and quiet with an amazing view. The villa has 4 bedrooms with an en-suite shower in each room, spacious and clean, very comfortable. There is also a large, well-equipped kitchen and a large, comfortable living room. We stayed in the villa for a week, a family of 10 people, and it was comfortable and quiet. The size of the villa and the yard allow for a variety of activities that meet everyone's needs. The yard is very large with various, cozy seating areas, a large dining table, and a well-equipped barbecue area. In the yard there is a large, cozy pool with sun loungers and shade umbrellas around. The owners of the villa are very hospitable, respond to every request and take care of the comfort of the guests.

The property was fantastic. Beautiful villa, spacious garden, magnificent panorama, spacious bedrooms The owner / host met us at the airport to take us via a supermarket and on to a late lunch before taking us to the Villa and showed us around. The unique Villa is very well equipped and immaculately clean. The owner has all the information of the island to do as much or as little as you wish. The house is fairly remote, but very safe and secure which brings the benefit of peace and quite and privacy, but you need to drive to go anywhere. The journey to the house is a tight winding road. The amenities were all working and the aircon is really efficient. We had a great week in the Corfu sunshine.

The hosts were brilliant, Stamatis met us at Airport at 1am to take us over to Villa. Throughout our stay we were made feel welcome and any help we needed they responded instantly, such kind people, nothing was too much trouble. Make sure you get access to the delicious Olive Oil from the secret room ;-) Words and pictures can’t describle how beautiful is, it is in an excellent location for all best Beaches and close to Corfu but surrounded by nature with the most amazing views. The Villa has everything you need under one roof, inside and outside the property is immaculate. You definitely need a car to get around but it is worth it as you get to experience the authentic Corfu. If you want to get away from it all and be in a great location, in luxurious but natural surroundings, with amazing hosts that help you relax and live like a local - This villa is the place for you !

Owners Stamatis & Eri were extremely helpful and every recommendation for the area they made was a great experience.
