Villa Fioretta Corfù è una dimora in pietra completamente tradizionale con tetto in legno e tutti i comfort moderni. Promette di offrirti i piaceri della natura, del relax e dell'assoluta tranquillità mantenendo i tuoi momenti privati.

Si estende su un unico livello per adattarsi meglio all'ambiente naturale e comprende le seguenti aree: 

Una camera matrimoniale con letto matrimoniale, secretaire, armadio e cassaforte, bagno esclusivo con vasca idromassaggio per due persone dotato di sistema di cromoterapia. Due camere da letto ciascuna delle quali comprendono: due letti singoli trasformabili in matrimoniale, comodino, armadio e bagno con vasca idromassaggio. Una camera con letto matrimoniale, comodino, armadio. WC separato con doccia e lavatrice.

Cucina con frigorifero-armadio che fornisce acqua fredda e cubetti di ghiaccio, forno elettrico e piano cottura, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, elettrodomestici, completamente attrezzata con posate e stoviglie insieme a bicchieri per bevande. Sala da pranzo - Soggiorno con caminetto costruito a mano, un tavolo per otto persone, due divani, poltrona relax. TV satellitare, sistema audio Dolby Surround, video blu-ray.

L'intera casa è dotata di aria condizionata, ha pavimenti in legno nelle aree principali, finestre repellenti per insetti con zanzariere, sbarre di sicurezza e acqua potabile. Le aree esterne sono completamente e saldamente recintate e hanno ricevuto un intervento minimo per non alterare il paesaggio. All'interno di questi interventi sono previste le seguenti agevolazioni: 

Piscina in pietra con ossigeno (senza cloro) con lettini prendisole e bar esterno. Goditi il ​​sole dall'alba alle 17:00. Pergole con salotto all'aperto intorno alla casa. Tavoli all'aperto e BBQ in posizione panoramica. Posto auto.

We can only say good things about villa fioretta. It is beautifully crafted, with windows that all open up to the most amazing views looking down and across the countryside for miles; with cypress trees and olive groves rising up to the hills. It provides total privacy on all sides and although near enough to everywhere you would want to go, for those that want privacy and to be away from the more touristy areas, it is ideal. It has a large swimming pool, outside bbq and clusters of sun loungers and seating areas surrounding the villa so you can move with the sun. The owners are warm and helpful. They will do anything to help if you need to contact them. If you are looking for a relaxing quiet time ,in your own little piece of heaven for a week or two, but with the feeling of total security and luxury, then this villa is a great find

וילה בנויה מאבן, יפה מאד , מאובזרת בנוחות , נמצאת על הר בין מטע זיתים. מבודדת ושקטה מאד עם נוף מדהים . בוילה 4 חדרי שינה עם מקלחת צמודה לכל חדר , מרווח ונקי , מאד נוח . בנוסף יש מטבח גדול ומאובזר וסלון גדול ונוח. שהינו בוילה למשך שבוע , משפחה של 10 אנשים והיה נוח ושקט. גודל הווילה והחצר מאפשרים פעילויות מגוונות העונות לצרכים של כולם. החצר גדולה מאד עם פינות ישיבה שונות ונעימות, שולחן אוכל גדול ופינת ברביקיו מאובזרת היטב. בחצר יש בריכה גדולה ונעימה עם כסאות נוח ושמשיות צל מסביב . בעלי הווילה מאד מסבירי פנים , נענים לכל בקשה ודואגים לנוחות האורחים.

We stayed here with our friends and their children. We were 8 in total. We had a fabulous time. The villa is gorgeous. It’s beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and with all mod cons. The stone interior means it’s cool inside during the hottest parts of the day. The pool is gorgeous, with lots of places to relax, eat and drink. Stamatis and his wife were wonderful, really generous and warm hosts. The villa is quite isolated but we wanted to be in a peaceful place like this, with stunning views. We highly recommend this villa and hope to return ourselves.

My husband and I stayed at this villa with our two children and another family of four at the beginning of August. We all had a wonderful week and would happily return in the future. The villa itself is beautifully built and well appointed. All the beds, bed linen, towels and toiletries were of a very high standard. The kitchen is brilliantly well equipped and there are lots of games for adults and children. The gardens and pool area are very attractive and well maintained and views are spectacular. The luxury power shower with an inbuilt radio was a particular hit with my nine year old son. The hosts - Takis and Eri - were incredibly kind and welcoming , happy to drive up the hill from their home in the nearby village to provide helpful extras like cool boxes and olive oil! I would recommend this villa to anyone who loves the space and privacy of the countryside whilst also loving a few luxuries and home comforts.

We've just returned from a family vacation at this spectacular property and all three generations agree this was a beautiful, unique and lovely vacation. We've travelled to many parts of Europe but this was our first time in Greece, and Corfu was a great choice (Oct weather was nice and we made it just before the end of the tourist season so restaurants were still open). Owners Stamatis & Eri were extremely helpful and every recommendation for the area they made was a great experience. The house is so beautiful and the views are as far as the eye can see, at the top of the hill surrounded by olive orchards and endless rolling hills. It feels remote at first, yet getting to all of the desired sight-seeing areas was easy once we learned the island. Thank you for creating such a great experience and sharing it with us!

The hosts were brilliant, Stamatis met us at Airport at 1am to take us over to Villa. Throughout our stay we were made feel welcome and any help we needed they responded instantly, such kind people, nothing was too much trouble. Make sure you get access to the delicious Olive Oil from the secret room ;-) Words and pictures can’t describle how beautiful Villa Fioretta is, it is in an excellent location for all best Beaches and close to Corfu but surrounded by nature with the most amazing views. The Villa has everything you need under one roof, inside and outside the property is immaculate. You definitely need a car to get around but it is worth it as you get to experience the authentic Corfu. If you want to get away from it all and be in a great location, in luxurious but natural surroundings, with amazing hosts that help you relax and live like a local - Villa Fioretta is the place for you !
