Πέντε σύγχρονες πολυτελείς βίλες είναι χτισμένες και εξοπλισμένες με τα υψηλότερα πρότυπα. Το Aeriko Villas καταλαμβάνει μια υπέροχη παραθαλάσσια θέση στην παραλία του Αγίου Ιωάννη {βραβείο γαλάζιας σημαίας}. Κάθε βίλα έχει επιπλωθεί ξεχωριστά για να δώσει τον δικό της χαρακτήρα. Οι σημερινές ανέσεις συνδυάζονται με τη διακριτική πολυτέλεια.

Η Villa Anemos στο Aeriko Villas Lefkada έχει επιπλωθεί ξεχωριστά για να δώσει τον δικό της χαρακτήρα. Το ενιαίο σαλόνι και η κουζίνα ανοίγουν σε κήπο και αίθριο με ιδιωτική πισίνα. Υπάρχει μια μεγάλη πέργκολα για σκιά δίπλα στην πισίνα με ξαπλώστρες, καρέκλες και τραπεζαρία. Το πολυτελές επιπλωμένο σαλόνι περιλαμβάνει δορυφορική τηλεόραση, DVD, CD και ραδιόφωνο. Η πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα περιλαμβάνει επίσης πλυντήριο πιάτων και πλυντήριο ρούχων. Στον επάνω όροφο υπάρχουν δύο υπνοδωμάτια, το ένα με διπλό κρεβάτι και το άλλο με δύο μονά κρεβάτια.

Ένα επιπλέον πτυσσόμενο κρεβάτι για ένα πέμπτο άτομο μπορεί να προστεθεί στο σαλόνι εάν απαιτείται. Όλα τα υπνοδωμάτια είναι μεγάλα σε μέγεθος, διαθέτουν μπαλκόνι και προσφέρουν εκπληκτική θέα στην ανοιχτή θάλασσα. Υπάρχουν δύο μπάνια, το ένα είναι στον επάνω όροφο και το άλλο στον κάτω όροφο. Δρύινα δάπεδα σε όλο το σπίτι και μαρμάρινα μπάνια προσθέτουν μια νότα πολυτέλειας. Τα σπίτια είναι κλιματιζόμενα και θερμαινόμενα σε όλους τους χώρους.

Sehr hübsches Haus und toller Pool

Ein sehr nett eingerichtetes Haus mit Balkonen am Schlafzimmer, gut eingerichtete Küche... sehr netter Reinigungsservice, die täglich vorbei kamen. Pool sehr sauber. Strand gegenüber. 2 Minuten Autofahrt zum Hafen. Dort gibt es unzählig leckere…

Strand gegenüber. 2 Minuten Autofahrt zum Hafen. Dort gibt es unzählig leckere Restaurants. Nette Einkaufspassagen sind vom Hafen aus fussläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Alles sehr empfehlenswert. Das Einzige, was uns etwas zu schaffen gemacht hat, war die Straße vor dem Haus. Klein aber sehr stark befahren. Vor allem von Einheimischen und nachts. Erst ab 2 Uhr war Ruhe. Also perfekt für „Eulen“ ?

The beach is just across the road and plenty of beach bars within walking distance. 5 mins drive to Lefkada town with lots of great restaurants either by the water or in the little alleyways and streets. The maids in the villa made the most delicious cake too - they looked after us very well. A very relaxing holiday - many thanks.

Paradiesisch

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen in der Villa Anemos. Alles hat gepasst wie beschrieben und dargestellt. Die Lage ist fantastisch, nahe zum Meer und nahe zum Städtchen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We - my wife, our 3-year-old daughter and myself (also frequent business Traveller) have spend more than 2 weeks at Aeriko Villas. The owners Lola and Kostas as well as their friendly and experienced staff, where extraordinary hospitable. There was no requirement or question from our side which hasn‘t been fulfilled. If there was the possibility to provide 5+ stars, this accommodation would easily deserve it. Thank you so much again and we are very much looking forward to meeting you again next year!

Cozy little villa by the beach

Everything is nice about that place and we loved every bit of it. Not a single boring moment. Spacious living at floor level with 2 bedrooms at the first level. Very nice and quiet, with private pool, barbecue area. We will surely come back.

Very nice accommodation!

We really enjoy the stay in the aeriko villas! The owners are taking really good care that everything goes well. For some years we are going there and we feel home immediately. You will not be disappointed to go!

Beautiful villa in a perfect location

Location of the villa is perfect - just in front of the sea. The house is fully equipped with everything you need and it is beautifully decorated. Very clean, relaxing private pool and gardens. The beach is nice, wonderful for long walks, not crowded…

The beach is nice, wonderful for long walks, not crowded. Few bars and tavernas in walking distance, but for more choices Lefkas town is very close. Kostas and his wife are fantastic, helped with everything we needed and we hope to see them again soon:)

Wonderful place to be!

For many years we are traveling to that wonderful place! Our family excluding me are kiters. The house are very nice and cosy. Everything you need is there. The wonderful thing is they have a marvellous housekeeper who comes and cleans your villa. So…
For many years we are traveling to that wonderful place! Our family excluding me are kiters. The house are very nice and cosy. Everything you need is there. The wonderful thing is they have a marvellous housekeeper who comes and cleans your villa. So you can enjoy the holidays. When there is a problem the landlord is always available and very quick in solving the problem. The houses are a few steps far from the beach. Even the city, restaurants and grocery are close by. You can rent bikes and cycle around because the area is flat. So try and enjoy like us this wonderful place.

We travel there now for many years. The family excluding me are kiters. There is always wind to kite surf. We fell in love with this place because is a few steps away from the beach and kite spot. The houses are nice furniture. Everything you need is there. The lovely housekeeper comes and cleans your house. You can enjoy the holidays even more. The landlord are always available when there is a need. It got one of our favourite place. People are very friendly. So go and find out. I only can recommend this place.
