Κοντά στην αμμώδη παραλία του Αγίου Ιωάννη και περιτριγυρισμένες από ασημένιους ελαιώνες, αυτές οι δύο σύγχρονες βίλες φαίνεται να τα έχουν όλα. Κάθε βίλα βρίσκεται στον δικό της κήπο με ιδιωτική πισίνα, πέτρινο μπάρμπεκιου ανάμεσα στα ώριμα ελαιόδεντρα, υπαίθρια τραπεζαρία, κομψά έπιπλα, μοντέρνα σχεδιασμένη και καλά εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και ευρύχωρα υπνοδωμάτια με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο που παρέχουν άνεση σε εσωτερικούς χώρους και σε εξωτερικούς χώρους.

Ο πολυτελής χαρακτήρας και η σύγχρονη άνεση έρχονται εξίσου σε αυτές τις υπέροχες πετρόχτιστες βίλες στην καρδιά του ελαιώνα της Λευκάδας. Οι βίλες περιβάλλονται από ελιές και είναι χτισμένες σε έναν ώριμο κήπο γεμάτο πορτοκαλιές, λεμονιές και μηλιές.

Μέσα στις βίλες, μπορείτε να βρείτε έναν συνδυασμό από μοντέρνα και αντίκες χειροποίητα έπιπλα, ξύλινες οροφές με ψηλά δοκάρια και δρύινα δάπεδα που δίνουν μια νότα πολυτέλειας. Έξω, ανάμεσα σε πολλά σημεία για κρασί ή φαγητό, υπάρχουν ξαπλώστρες και ένα τραπέζι μπιστρό δίπλα στην πισίνα που φωτίζεται για μια μεταμεσονύκτια βουτιά. Υπάρχει μια μεγάλη πέργκολα με παγκάκια με μαξιλάρια και τραπεζαρία στο ύπαιθρο δίπλα σε ένα πέτρινο χτιστό μπάρμπεκιου. Μέσα στις βίλες, κάθε δωμάτιο διαθέτει κλιματισμό (fan coil), τηλεόραση, WiFi, όλα τα υπνοδωμάτια έχουν ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και σκιερή τραπεζαρία. Έξω υπάρχει ένα ευρύχωρο αίθριο και μια κομψή πισίνα υπερχείλισης σε χώρο ηλιοθεραπείας από μασίφ ξύλο.

Μια κομψή πέτρινη βίλα των 90 m2 μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και 6 άτομα. Αυτή η υπέροχη βίλα εκτείνεται σε 2 επίπεδα, συνολικής επιφάνειας 90 m2, σε οικόπεδο 2000 m2, στο δυτικό τμήμα της Λευκάδας στην Αγία Μαρίνα. Σε ένα μαγευτικό φυσικό περιβάλλον, σε άνετη απόσταση (700 μέτρα από την παραλία) και 1000 μέτρα από την πόλη της Λευκάδας, η βίλα Άγγελος είναι ιδανική για οικογένειες μεσαίου μεγέθους και μικρότερες παρέες φίλων που επιθυμούν να διατηρήσουν μια πιο οικεία, γαλήνια και γαλήνια ατμόσφαιρα και ανεξάρτητη ατμόσφαιρα.

Το σπίτι αποτελείται από ενιαίο χώρο καθιστικού/τραπεζαρίας/κουζίνας και από 2 υπνοδωμάτια με 3 μπάνια. 1 ευρύχωρο κύριο υπνοδωμάτιο με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με δύο μονά κρεβάτια με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και ένα τρίτο μπάνιο. Στο ισόγειο, ο ενιαίος χώρος καθιστικού/τραπεζαρίας/κουζίνας ανοίγει σε όλους τους εξωτερικούς χώρους του lounge και της πισίνας και υπάρχει ένα δίκλινο υπνοδωμάτιο με δύο μονά κρεβάτια με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και ένα δεύτερο μπάνιο. Μια μεταλλική σκάλα κορυφαίας σχεδίασης οδηγεί στον επάνω όροφο όπου βρίσκεται η κύρια κρεβατοκάμαρα με το ιδιωτικό μπάνιο. Εξωτερικά, υπάρχει μια μεγάλη τραπεζαρία καθώς και άφθονο σαλόνι και καθιστικό δίπλα στο ενσωματωμένο μπάρμπεκιου. Η πισίνα υπερχείλισης είναι 45 m2 και περιβάλλεται από ένα ξύλινο κατάστρωμα για ηλιοθεραπεία. Οι εξωτερικοί χώροι σκιάζονται όμορφα από πέργκολες.

Αυτή η βίλα μπορεί να υπερηφανεύεται για τη γαλήνια ηρεμία των επιβλητικών αιωνόβιων δέντρων στον ελαιώνα, που θα σας θαυμάσουν με τα περίτεχνα σχήματα και τις γλυπτικές παραμορφώσεις τους. Χαλαρώστε στο άνετο υπαίθριο καθιστικό διαβάζοντας, χαλαρώνοντας ή απλώς θαυμάζοντας τη θέα. Δεν θα αντισταθείτε στον πειρασμό να περάσετε όλη την ημέρα εκεί, ακριβώς δίπλα στην πισίνα υπερχείλισης αφιερώνοντας το χρόνο σας και απολαμβάνοντας την ηρεμία, την ησυχία και την ομορφιά του εδάφους. Απολαύστε το νόστιμο πρωινό σας στο υπέροχο χειροποίητο ξύλινο τραπέζι από ξύλο βελανιδιάς, στο επίκεντρο της βεράντας δίπλα στην πισίνα ή στο πετρόκτιστο μπάρμπεκιου ανάμεσα στις πορτοκαλιές και τις λεμονιές του ώριμου κήπου. Στη συνέχεια, χαλαρώστε ή διαβάστε στις ξαπλώστρες μέχρι το βράδυ, έξω στον ήλιο ή κάτω από τη σκιερή πέργκολα κάνοντας φρένα για κολύμπι στην πισίνα υπερχείλισης.

Η πέτρινη βίλα Άγγελος -τόσο μέσα όσο και έξω από το σπίτι- έχει σχεδιαστεί, διακοσμηθεί και επιπλωθεί για να φιλοξενεί και να εξυπηρετεί αποτελεσματικά οικογένειες πολλών γενεών. Όλα τα δωμάτια της βίλας είναι δροσερά και με ξύλινο δάπεδο, το ευρύχωρο σαλόνι είναι το μέρος για να συναντηθείτε το βράδυ και να χαλαρώσετε μετά από μια κουραστική μέρα διασκέδασης. Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη για την προετοιμασία γευμάτων και σνακ και μπορείτε επίσης να επιλέξετε να φάτε σε εσωτερικούς χώρους στην τραπεζαρία με την χαλαρωτική θέα στους ελαιώνες.

Villa is well equipped and the pool area is stunning, very clean and surrounded by lavender and rosemary which gives the area a great scent! Villa was serviced daily by Chrisanthie who was fantastic and added to the enjoyment of our holiday by putting a smile on our faces everyday. Good location enables you to explore both sides of the island and close to the centre for more tavernas and shops. Best place to eat - definitely Thymari restaurant in Lefkada town.

Such a lovely villa in a fantastic location. Kostas and Lola were excellent hosts - communication was easy and timely and they ensured we had all the information required. Very well equipped- everything you need and more is in the villa. Location is great - 10 mins walk to the beach and a 25 min walk to the heart of Lefkada town and easy access by car to the rest of the island. Chrisanthi, the maid was an absolute star and made it a holiday we will remember fondly for a long time. Thank you Kostas and Lola for being such welcoming hosts

Beautiful house with all you need

This was a modern, clean and beautiful house. Good air condition inn all rooms. Friendly and helpful people. Nice private pools and private yard. If you want to go to Lefkada, we can recommend this house.

The Agrikies Villa at Lefkada has been the perfect destination for our family holidays! The property was newly built with a highly modern design and decoration. The kitchen was fully equipped and has everything we needed. The house was indeed beyond expectations: it had a very welcoming atmosphere and positive energy! The owners made us feel very welcome from the first minute we arrived. They were very helpful and kind! Another pleasant surprise was that the cleaner at the villa was actually a private domestic housekeeper who was accessible to provide any additional housecleaning chores that may be required e.g. wash the dishes after having a party with friends! We found out that the house was located in a quite and peaceful land rather close to the beautiful beach of Agios Ioannis-which we visited every day- but had also access to a main road; moreover it was a walking distance to a mini-market which is also important especially when you travel with a family During out stay, we felt like being "home"! We had a wonderful time! We will certainly come back! Thank you!

Fantastic! the house, the owner, the service they provide: a house with the touch of a 5 star hotel. The villa is fantastically designed and fully equipped. Its beautiful and very spacious. The pool is nice and big, the surroundings are beautiful. Its a true relaxing place in a quit area just outside the Lefkada-village and a 2 minutes walk to the beach. Ideal for families but also great for couples; its luxurious but intimate. We loved it!

Incredible place in an excellent location. We were a one minute walk from a local store where you can buy almost everything you need, and only a 5 minute walk from a beautiful beach with many cafés/bars. The place itself was spotless both inside and out, with a modern interior and a luxurious space outside with a private pool and barbecue. As soon as we arrived we were met and given a warm welcome, and were informed of all the places we should visit on this beautiful island. Definitely recommend to any family or couple.
