Το Το Villa Evangelia Lefkada βρίσκεται σε έναν παραδοσιακό, ηλιόλουστο ελαιώνα με πανοραμική θέα στο Ιόνιο Πέλαγος. Η λέξη «Ευαγγελία» στα ελληνικά σημαίνει, φορέας χαρούμενων, χαρούμενων ειδήσεων ή μηνυμάτων. Μια νεόδμητη βίλα, με ιδιωτική πισίνα υψηλών προδιαγραφών (10x5), σε πλήρη αρμονία με το περιβάλλον της. Αυτή η ευρύχωρη πολυτελής ενοικίαση βίλας προσφέρει μια αίσθηση ιδιωτικότητας, σε συνδυασμό με ένα ζεστό περιβάλλον και μια υπέροχη θέα για να κάνουν τις διακοπές σας αξέχαστες.

Υπάρχει μια επικρατούσα παραδοσιακή αρχιτεκτονική, βασισμένη σε μια μινιμαλιστική αισθητική αντίληψη, που συγχωνεύει το μοντέρνο με το παραδοσιακό, μαζί με τον απόλυτο σεβασμό στον χαρακτήρα της περιοχής και, ως αποτέλεσμα, σε πλήρη συμφωνία με το κατάφυτο τοπίο της Λευκάδας .

Στο ισόγειο, θα βρείτε μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και τραπέζι φαγητού. Ένας ενιαίος χώρος καθιστικού που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 8 άτομα, με τζάκι, έναν 3θέσιο καναπέ, έναν 2θέσιο καναπέ και μια πολυθρόνα. Υπάρχει κλιματισμός, τηλεόραση LED 40 ιντσών και DVD HI-FI στο σαλόνι και μπάνιο/WC. Ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με τηλεόραση LED 26 ιντσών και κλιματισμός.

Στον 1ο όροφο, υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλή όψη με κρεβάτι queen size. Παιδικό δωμάτιο (δωμάτιο διπλής όψης με δύο μονά κρεβάτια 90x200 που μπορούν να ενωθούν σε ένα διπλό) κάτω από ξύλινη οροφή και μπάνιο/WC. Υπάρχει κλιματισμός και τηλεόραση LED 26 ιντσών σε όλα τα υπνοδωμάτια. Και τα δύο υπνοδωμάτια οδηγούν σε μια βεράντα 40 τ.μ. με ξύλινη πέργκολα και κεραμοσκεπή και προσφέρουν εκπληκτική θέα στο Ιόνιο Πέλαγος.

Έξω είναι μια όμορφα διαμορφωμένη γύρω περιοχή. Ένα 200 τ.μ. καταπράσινη αυλή με λουλούδια και φυτά αγκαλιάζει τα 50 τ.μ. ιδιωτική πισίνα. Κάτω από 50 τ.μ. πέργκολα με καμάρες, υπάρχει τραπεζαρία για 10-12 άτομα και σαλόνι. Οι ξαπλώστρες γύρω από την πισίνα και το γκαζόν προσφέρουν υπέροχες στιγμές απόλαυσης και δροσιάς. Στο πίσω μέρος της Βίλας Ευαγγελία Λευκάδας, υπάρχει μπάρμπεκιου και χώρος στάθμευσης για 3 αυτοκίνητα.

We have been visiting this beautiful island for many years. Our friends who live locally recommended Kostas and his villas. We stayed in Evangelia. This is truly a beautiful villa and location. Kostas has really thought about the layout of the villa to take in the beautiful views, created a truly tranquil, private paradise for visitors. The villa is fully equipped with everything you will need and everywhere is furnished beautifully. Having stayed in advertised luxury villas for the last 10+ years, I can honestly say that this villa exceeded my expectations and is hands down the best we have ever stayed in. You are completely private and not overlooked at all. The pool area is surrounded by roses, olive trees, fringed and cotton lavenders. The outside furniture is all placed in shady areas, giving you the amazing views wherever you sit and enables you to stay cool on the hottest days. The pool has an automatic pump system and is an infinity pool, which means that it never gets dirty and is very cleverly designed. Quite simply, a beautiful, luxury villa, set in lovely surroundings and completely private. I also love the fact that it has its own little eco system, goats and sheep graze locally and visit daily, there are birds singing everywhere, butterfly’s and insects. Where we have stayed before, insecticide was used so frequently that the lizards died, the insects died, there were hardly any birds etc. So to stay somewhere that embraces wildlife is a breath of fresh air.

The pool and outside areas are a great space to relax as is the first floor balcony with fantastic views over Sivota Bay. We had a wonderful week and look forward to returning soon.

We stayed in Villa Evangelia for one week from 25th June 2017. It's a little off the beaten track in a quiet location with stunning views over the sea. It is finished to a very high standard of decor and furnishings, air-conditioned throughout so we were always able to get a good night's sleep in spite of the very hot temperatures. Our group comprised 2 couples but the villa can accommodate 6 people as there are 3 large bedrooms all with tv's plus a 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a coffee maker for filter coffee. There was also food and drink provided to get us started without having to rush out to the supermarket straight away. When we arrived, Kostas (the owner) was there to meet us and show us around explaining how everything works. He made our stay completely relaxing and trouble free. The outside area is fantastic with a beautiful pool and a choice of seating/lounging areas to relax in. We made good use of the barbecue several evenings during the week when we just wanted to stay put and enjoy the views. Sivota boasts numerous tavernas and bars all serving really good food and drink. We have no hesitation in recommending this villa. It offers everything you need for a fabulous holiday on the island.

Amaizing villa for 6 persons, far away from the noise of the tavernas and the port of Sivota but close enough for a 3 minute drive to some of the best restaurants in Lefkada. Afteli and Protos beach are 10 min away and they are the most amaizing places I have been. Villa is well equiped, you have everything your heart desires. I really enjoyed the pool and the big upstairs terrace where you can enjoy morning coffee with a splendid view. We will be going back next year!
