Το Villa Phos Lefkada είναι μια πολυτελής βίλα που ενοικιάζεται με 2 υπνοδωμάτια και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Η Villa Phos Syvota, χτισμένη από πέτρα με έντονη παρουσία ξύλου σε πολλά μέρη, ειδικά στην οροφή, είναι ένα υπερυψωμένο ισόγειο δύο επιπέδων που ενώνονται μεταξύ τους με εσωτερικές σκάλες. Στο πρώτο επίπεδο βρίσκεται ο ενιαίος χώρος της κουζίνας, του σαλονιού και ενός wc. Η κουζίνα είναι εξοπλισμένη με όλες τις απαραίτητες οικιακές συσκευές ρετρό, πλήρως λειτουργικές για κάθε σκοπό και τραπέζι φαγητού επίσης. Το σαλόνι με τον άνετο καναπέ, το τζάκι, τον κλιματισμό, τον διακριτικό ελεγχόμενο φωτισμό και το φαρδύ παράθυρο με θέα στην πισίνα και τη θάλασσα προσφέρει ξεκούραση, διασκέδαση, ανάγνωση, παιχνίδι για παιδιά ή ενήλικες. Ο καναπές μπορεί να μετατραπεί σε διπλό κρεβάτι.

Ανεβαίνοντας τη μικρή σκάλα, στο υπερυψωμένο επίπεδο βρίσκονται τα δύο υπνοδωμάτια. Κάθε ένα από αυτά εκτός από τον πλήρη εξοπλισμό επίπλων, την τηλεόραση και τον κλιματισμό, έχει το δικό του ιδιωτικό μπάνιο καθώς και γαλλικά παράθυρα με πρόσβαση στην πάνω πλευρά του εξωτερικού χώρου πάντα με την αντίστοιχη θέα. Το πρώτο δωμάτιο διαθέτει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι ενώ το δεύτερο διαθέτει δύο μονά κρεβάτια που μπορούν να ενωθούν κατόπιν αιτήματος.

Ένα υπνοδωμάτιο πρέπει να προσφέρει αυτό που έχει σχεδιαστεί για να προσφέρει. Άνετος και υγιής ύπνος. Και αυτό είναι κάτι που πρέπει να σεβόμαστε. Για το λόγο αυτό, τα στρώματα που έχουν επιλεγεί είναι αυστηρά κατασκευασμένα από φυσικά υλικά όπως καουτσούκ, κοκοφοίνικα, βαμβάκι, ύφασμα αναπνοής, αεραγωγούς για επαρκή αερισμό και ανεξάρτητα ελατήρια για καλύτερη ανατομία και στήριξη. Στα μαξιλάρια, ακολουθείται η ίδια φιλοσοφία για τα υλικά και υπάρχει πάντα η δυνατότητα επιλογής από τα πιο μαλακά έως τα πιο σκληρά. Τα σεντόνια και τα παπλώματα από 100% βαμβάκι και σατέν δίνουν μια υπέροχη αίσθηση απαλότητας και υγείας που προσθέτουν στην απόλυτη χαλάρωση. Τα υπόλοιπα σεντόνια καθώς και οι πετσέτες μπάνιου ακολουθούν τον ίδιο δρόμο από καθαρό βαμβάκι. Κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο έχει το δικό του μπάνιο, παρέχοντας έτσι απόλυτη ιδιωτικότητα. Και πάλι, με όλο τον σεβασμό στο χώρο και την αισθητική, επιλέξαμε τις απλές, αλλά πολυτελείς γραμμές των ενσωματωμένων ντους και το τζακούζι που βρέθηκαν στο κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο της βίλας Agapi, απαλά χρώματα και απλή διακόσμηση. Όλα τα μπάνια είναι εξοπλισμένα με προϊόντα προσωπικής υγιεινής, όπως σαμπουάν και μαλακτικό, αφρόλουτρο και σαπούνι χεριών καθ 'όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής σας.

Γύρω από κάθε πισίνα, υπάρχουν ξύλινες ξαπλώστρες με άνετα μαξιλάρια και προσωπικές πετσέτες, ντους, ανάκλιντρο και πέτρινοι καναπέδες που σκιάζονται από τις οδείες ή τη φυσική σκίαση από τα γύρω δέντρα. Όλα αυτά μαζί με τα πολύχρωμα λουλούδια και φυτά συνθέτουν μια ιδιαίτερη αρμονία. Από τα χρώματα της ανατολής έως τα ηλιοβασιλέματα, από το ευεργετικό φως της ημέρας μέχρι τον νυχτερινό ουρανό, με τα αρώματα της φύσης και τους ήχους της σιωπής, ο χώρος της πισίνας είναι σίγουρα το ιδανικό σημείο για τις όμορφες στιγμές των διακοπών σας. Οι πισίνες καθαρίζονται από τον υπεύθυνο δύο φορές την εβδομάδα. Στα αρνητικά της πισίνας και του ακινήτου, υπάρχει ένα μονοπάτι που οδηγεί εύκολα και γρήγορα στη θάλασσα. Εκεί μπορείτε να απολαύσετε το μπάνιο σας στα κρυστάλλινα νερά ή να σας περιμένει ένα καράβι για πιο μακρινές εξερευνήσεις στις όμορφες παραλίες του νησιού.

Τα τέσσερα στρέμματα γης που φιλοξενεί τις κατοικίες Amapola είναι γεμάτα ελιές, λαχανόκηπους, παρτέρια με αρωματικά βότανα και οπωροφόρα δέντρα. Όσοι αγαπούν την ευεργετική ενασχόληση με τη γη μπορούν να φροντίσουν ελεύθερα τη γη, να κόψουν τα διαθέσιμα φρούτα και λαχανικά ή να βρουν το καλάθι γεμάτο από τη διακριτική επίσκεψη του κηπουρού μας. Τα λαχανικά προέρχονται από σπόρους βιοκαλλιέργειας όπου τα περισσότερα από αυτά διατηρούνται και φυτεύονται με υπερβολική αγάπη από τους ιδιοκτήτες.

Es war einfach traumhaft! Wo fange ich an? Das über aus liebevoll und geschmackvoll ausgestattete Haus mit Garten und Pool liegt in einer absolut ruhigen Lage in einer Bucht hoch über dem Meer. Wir haben stundenlang einfach nur auf der Terrasse gesessen…
Es war einfach traumhaft! Wo fange ich an? Das über aus liebevoll und geschmackvoll ausgestattete Haus mit Garten und Pool liegt in einer absolut ruhigen Lage in einer Bucht hoch über dem Meer. Wir haben stundenlang einfach nur auf der Terrasse gesessen und auf die Berge, das Wasser und die vorbeifahrenden Schiffe geschaut. Oder den Ausblick vom Pool aus genossen. Die Zufahrt ist über eine circa 2 km lange Schotterstraße, die den Taxifahrer ins schwitzen brachte. Das von uns gemietete Quad hatte damit aber wenig Probleme. Es hat uns ein Riesenspaß gebracht, damit in die Hafenstadt zu fahren, um dort essen zu gehen. Es gibt dort rund ein Dutzend Lokale und ein paar Geschäfte. Man konnte auch problemlos andere Orte erreichen, aber wir wollten gar nicht weg von unserem Feriendomizil, da es dort so wunderschön war! Penelopy ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die sich um alles gekümmert hat und super freundlich ist. Wir werden wiederkommen, wenn es uns irgendwie möglich ist!!

We had such a special week in this gorgeous villa. What a view! The pool and it’s surrounds were perfect. The villa isn’t huge but is perfectly well equipped. The villa owner was very kind and attentive, responding quickly to any queries and even bringing us some veg and fruit from the villa garden (which we were also allowed to help ourselves to). The long track to the villa seemed shorter once we’d done it a few times. Syvota is really, really lovely. We hired a little motor boat one day to visit nearby Meganissi which was a highlight. I would thoroughly recommend this villa - we had a super time.

The villa was in a lovely location five minutes from Sivota. Penelopy was a fabulous host, greeting us even though we arrived very late and making sure we were settled in. She was always available by messaging if we needed and also showed us the best places to visit and dine. The villa has everything you need plus more - including its own veggie patch. My husband did a lot of early morning cycles in the surrounding countryside and I loved taking the path from the garden to the sea to swim and snorkel. We explored the island by hire car during the day and then back to the villa for sundown and watching yachts coming into Sivota. There are some great places to eat in Sivota but we also enjoyed cooking and relaxing at the villa. It was the perfect holiday in the most luxurious and comfortable villa!

Fantastic stay!!

Marvelous villa in Sivota Lefkas! Very nice private pool and a garden with fresh fruits! The host was more than helpful (a welcome basket with home made marmelade and local delicacies was expecting us) and the facilities were excellent!

The view from the Villa was breathtaking, so as the location! We were 4 friends visiting the island the first time and we needed a few days off from our daily routine. And that's what we got! Privacy and a quiet place to stay. Despite the fact, that we visited early season, the weather worked in our favour and was like midsummer. Penelope (the owner) was very warm and friendly. Definitely, we'll visit sometime in the future during the summer months.

Even if Penelopy is a professional photographer, the property exceed my expectation (pictures compared with reality). The house is modern and traditional in the same time, the combination of traditional and modern are so good melted. The property is huge with plenty of places to relax and in late September we still found some vegetables in garden and of course plenty of grapes. Acces to the sea is easy. On top of everything was our host Penelopy, how made our stay even more pleasant.
Do I recomand this property? Answer is: NO. I want to keep it only for me, if I could.
Next vacation will be in same place. Thats a promise!

Phos is a great villa in a superb position away from the crowds but only 5 minutes drive away from Sivota. The villa is small and has two bedrooms as suit a nice lounge / kitchen overlooking the pool. All rooms have good functioning air con which is needed in the height of the summer heat. The pool and pool area are superb with an enviable position looking back to Sivota and out to sea either from the pool or the comfortable furniture. The villa is quite with little noise from the road or neighbours but one not of caution the road from Sivota to the villa is very rough in patches and needs care and a sturdy car. The area is great to explore with great villages and tavernas and your host Penelopy cannot do enough for you and is extremely helpful.

The views from this villa are stunning and you will never tire of seeing them. Watching the yachts coming and going is beautiful and the lights of Sivota in the evenings twinkling against the vivid, black, mountainous back drop is perfect. The villa is exceptionally well equipped and spacious for a family of four or two couples sharing. The design, both interior and exterior, is both family friendly and sophisticated. Picking fresh vegetables from the garden for lunch added an extra special touch. Sivota has a number of excellent tavernas and a fantastic bakery for fresh bread, pancakes and waffles. The track leading to the villa is a bit rough in places but taken steady in a non 4x4 vehicle is achievable. It is quite a walk to the town, a torch would definitely be needed for the return at night. Penelope is a delightful host, on hand should you need help or advice but not intrusive if you want to do your own thing. A lovely parting gift from her and her gardens added a special touch to the holiday. Would definitely return!

We have spent a week in this beautiful villa with the gorgeous view and we didn't feel like leaving the place at all. The interior was so well equiped that there was nothing missing while the decoration was very nice. We liked the shape and the size of the pool but what I loved the most was the vegetable garden! Our host Penelopy and the family were very friendly and always there when we needed for something. The village is so close that we could have dinner at the traditional tavernas and found anything we needed. It is certainly a place to visit! We look forward into going back the soonest!

The villa is amazing - everything you are looking for is taken care of. It's like a home away from home. Very friendly and helpful owner, speaking english very well. Aircondition is working silently and efficiently. You can sit beside the pool, enjoy the beautiful sea view and watch sailing boats passing by underneath. Sivota is just far enough to enjoy the view but without any noise and has a number of great tavernas and bars. There's a large garden with vegetables and fruits for your use. We can recommend it to everyone who likes to stay away from the hustle and bustle of hotels, and instead relax amidst nature's beauty in a wonderful villa.

My husband and I choose this villa because it looked so lovely on the photos and seemed to be the environment we were looking for. When we arrived we were very surprised to see that it was much prettier than it looked on the photos! All the flowers and the trees around made it look like paradise. I enjoyed reading my books under the sun, there was so much of it! We did also like the undisturbed view from the pool and the yard. The villa was very clean, we found more things than we used to find in other properties so far and the hosts were very helpful and discreet. We did make it to rest a lot and we will definitely stay there again when we go back to Lefkada.

La nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva: la casa è proprio come visibile in foto, inoltre è ben tenuta ordinata pulita e anche arredata nei dettagli con molto gusto e senza trascurare la funzionalità. In giardino, la piscina e il pergolato sempre ombreggiato sono veramente belli e utilissimi per godersi quelle ore di relax al mattino o alla sera tra il ritorno dal mare e 'a di cena. C'è anche 'to, se vi piace il cibo a Km0, in stagione potete trovare pomodori zucchine, meloni e spezie di tutti i tipi: veramente molto buoni. Infine la proprietaria con noi è stata gentilissima: all'arrivo ci ha fatto trovare la spesa già fatta con marmellata e miele fatti in casa e alla partenza ci ha omaggiato di alcuni barattoli di spezie. In queste righe vorrei dedicarne una per salutarla e ringraziarla per l'ospitalità e la gentilezza che ci ha dimostrato. Sivota è a 2-3 km di distanza ed è un paesino turistico molto carino con tantissimi ristoranti e i servizi basilari: supermercato qualche negozietto. Noi abbiamo mangiato un paio di volte in un due ristoranti e, ordinando del pescato del giorno, ci siamo sempre trovati bene, spendendo poco rispetto all'Italia. Per qualcuno potrebbe essere un piccolo disagio la strada di accesso un po' stretta e sterrata, ma vi abituerete, non è così difficile e poi considerate che tutte le ville sulle isole della Grecia sono più o meno in questa situazione. Se cercate un soggiorno a Sivota (Lefkada) consiglio vivamente a tutti questa fantastica dimora.

We travel to Greece since 1999 and I can say that staying in Amapola Villas was an excellent experience. We were impressed by the sea-view we had from the pool, the cleanness of the villa and by our host, Penelope. We stayed for one week last year in June. We decided to come again, hopefully this year :). Sivota is a nice place to stay, explore the island of Kefalonia and enjoy dinners over a Greek dinner by the sea. I would say that is a definitely a must have experience. Enjoy!

My husband and I were surprised to find the place much prettier than shown on the photos. It was like paradise with all those flowers and trees around. I enjoyed reading my books under the sun, there is so much of it the whole day! We also loved the undisturbed view from the pool and the yard and we did make it to rest a lot. The hosts were very kind and helpful but mostly discreet. The villa was very clean and filled with much more than the basics that we used to find in other places. One problem is the road that goes to the area, it is a bit rocky but if you drive carefully then it is something you get used to and it is not long.

Gorgeous views, perfect holiday feeling - hope to go again soon

We travel to Greece since 1999 and I can say that staying in Amapola Villas was an excellent experience. We were impressed by the sea-view we had from the pool, the cleanness of the villa and by our host, Penelope. We stayed for one week last year…
We travel to Greece since 1999 and I can say that staying in Amapola Villas was an excellent experience. We were impressed by the sea-view we had from the pool, the cleanness of the villa and by our host, Penelope. We stayed for one week last year in June. We decided to come again, hopefully this year :). Sivota is a nice place to stay, explore the island of Lefkada and enjoy dinners over a Greek dinner by the sea. I would say that is definitely a must have experience. Enjoy!

Es war einfach traumhaft! Wo fange ich an? Das über aus liebevoll und geschmackvoll ausgestattete Haus mit Garten und Pool liegt in einer absolut ruhigen Lage in einer Bucht hoch über dem Meer. Es war einfach traumhaft! Wo fange ich an? Das über aus liebevoll und geschmackvoll ausgestattete Haus mit Garten und Pool liegt in einer absolut ruhigen Lage in einer Bucht hoch über dem Meer. Wir haben stundenlang einfach nur auf der Terrasse gesessen und auf die Berge, das Wasser und die vorbeifahrenden Schiffe geschaut. Oder den Ausblick vom Pool aus genossen. Die Zufahrt ist über eine circa 2 km lange Schotterstraße, die den Taxifahrer ins schwitzen brachte. Das von uns gemietete Quad hatte damit aber wenig Probleme. Es hat uns ein Riesenspaß gebracht, damit in die Hafenstadt zu fahren, um dort essen zu gehen. Es gibt dort rund ein Dutzend Lokale und ein paar Geschäfte. Man konnte auch problemlos andere Orte erreichen, aber wir wollten gar nicht weg von unserem Feriendomizil, da es dort so wunderschön war! Penelopy ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die sich um alles gekümmert hat und super freundlich ist. Wir werden wiederkommen, wenn es uns irgendwie möglich ist!!

The villa owner was very kind and attentive, responding quickly to any queries and even bringing us some veg and fruit from the villa garden (which we were also allowed to help ourselves…

We had such a special week in this gorgeous villa. What a view! The pool and it’s surrounds were perfect. The villa isn’t huge but is perfectly well equipped. The villa owner was very kind and attentive, responding quickly to any queries and even bringing us some veg and fruit from the villa garden (which we were also allowed to help ourselves to). The long track to the villa seemed shorter once we’d done it a few times. Syvota is really, really lovely. We hired a little motor boat one day to visit nearby Meganissi which was a highlight. I would thoroughly recommend this villa - we had a super time.

The villa was in a lovely location five minutes from Sivota. Penelopy was a fabulous host, greeting us even though we arrived very late and making sure we were settled in. She was always available by messaging if we needed and also showed us the best places to visit and dine. The villa has everything you need plus more - including its own veggie patch…

The villa was in a lovely location five minutes from Sivota. Penelopy was a fabulous host, greeting us even though we arrived very late and making sure we were settled in. She was always available by messaging if we needed and also showed us the best places to visit and dine. The villa has everything you need plus more - including its own veggie patch. My husband did a lot of early morning cycles in the surrounding countryside and I loved taking the path from the garden to the sea to swim and snorkel. We explored the island by hire car during the day and then back to the villa for sundown and watching yachts coming into Sivota. There are some great places to eat in Sivota but we also enjoyed cooking and relaxing at the villa. It was the perfect holiday in the most luxurious and comfortable villa!
