Η Villa Sappho Lefkada είναι μια πολυτελής βίλα με 3 υπνοδωμάτια και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Σε ένα καταπράσινο 2000 τ.μ. αγρόκτημα με ελιές, αμύγδαλα και πολλά οπωροφόρα δέντρα, με πανοραμική μαγευτική θέα στο Ιόνιο Πέλαγος βρίσκετε τα 130 τ.μ. Βίλα Σαπφώ Λευκάδας. Αυτή η ευρύχωρη ενοικίαση διακοπών είναι ιδανική για οικογένειες ή παρέες φίλων και προσφέρει μια υπέροχη ιδιωτική πισίνα και όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειάζεστε για να κάνετε τη διαμονή σας αξέχαστη.

Υπάρχει μια επικρατούσα παραδοσιακή αρχιτεκτονική, βασισμένη σε μια μινιμαλιστική αισθητική αντίληψη, που συγχωνεύει το μοντέρνο με το παραδοσιακό, μαζί με τον απόλυτο σεβασμό στον χαρακτήρα της περιοχής και, ως αποτέλεσμα, σε πλήρη συμφωνία με το κατάφυτο τοπίο της Λευκάδας .

Στο ισόγειο, θα βρείτε μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και τραπέζι/καρέκλες για 6-8 άτομα. Ένας ενιαίος χώρος καθιστικού που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 10 άτομα και αποτελείται από ένα σαλόνι με τζάκι, έναν 3θέσιο καναπέ και μια πολυθρόνα και έναν δεύτερο χώρο με έναν 3θέσιο καναπέ και δύο πολυθρόνες. Υπάρχει κλιματισμός, τηλεόραση LED 37 ιντσών και DVD HI-FI στο σαλόνι. Ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με τηλεόραση LED 26 ιντσών και μπάνιο/WC.

Στον 1ο όροφο, υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλή όψη με κρεβάτι queen size, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλή όψη με διπλά κρεβάτια 90x200 (που μπορούν να ενωθούν σε ένα διπλό) κάτω από ξύλινη οροφή και μπάνιο/WC. Υπάρχει κλιματισμός και τηλεόραση LED 26 ιντσών σε όλα τα υπνοδωμάτια. Και τα δύο υπνοδωμάτια οδηγούν σε μια βεράντα 40 τ.μ. με ξύλινη πέργκολα και κεραμοσκεπή και προσφέρουν εκπληκτική θέα στο Ιόνιο Πέλαγος.

Έξω είναι μια όμορφα διαμορφωμένη γύρω περιοχή. Ένα 200 τ.μ. καταπράσινη αυλή με λουλούδια και φυτά αγκαλιάζει την ιδιωτική πισίνα 9,5 x 4,5μ. Κάτω από 50 τ.μ. πέργκολα με καμάρες, υπάρχει τραπεζαρία για 10-12 άτομα και σαλόνι. Οι ξαπλώστρες γύρω από την πισίνα και το γκαζόν προσφέρουν υπέροχες στιγμές απόλαυσης και δροσιάς. Στο πίσω μέρος της βίλας, υπάρχει μπάρμπεκιου και χώρος στάθμευσης για 3 αυτοκίνητα.

The check in and all the communication was super smooth. Kostas and his wife have put so much effort in every small detail, even the fridge was set with beverages and fruits! Great place, we will definitely come back again!

Another amazing villa in Lefkada. Beautiful, very clean, well equipped (even coffee filters, dishwasher tablets and laundry tablets were there which is not usual), lovely view. Close to Sivota. Kostas is great host. He took care of us all the time and made our vacation even more perfect. After our arrival there was prepared wine, beers, lemonades and a lot of fruit for us which was really nice. Totally recommend his villa!

We have just returned from our second holiday at Villas Armeno. On both occasions communication with Kostas has been excellent, he went out of his was to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The villas are amazing, set in an excellent countryside location with breathtaking views, yet near to local amenities. The villas themselves are very well equipped with fantastic attention to detail. Kostas thoughtfully provided a selection of welcome food and drinks including their own olive oil made on the farm. On both occasions we traveled with our young son who in particular enjoyed the wonderful and very private pool area. We very much hope to return again and again to the villas for our family holiday. Thank you kostas and your team.

Air conditioned garden of Eden

This is the cleanest most well appointed villa we have ever rented .The pictures say it all . Satellite Tv worked well with lots of English channels (Disney etc ) Good beds, quality sheets and tv in bedrooms as well ( as good as any 5star hotel) Charming…
This is the cleanest most well appointed villa we have ever rented .The pictures say it all . Satellite Tv worked well with lots of English channels (Disney etc ) Good beds, quality sheets and tv in bedrooms as well ( as good as any 5star hotel) Charming unobtrusive maids arrive about 11am two to three times a week . We put kids upstairs and had bedroom and bathroom downstairs opening directly onto pool .. very cool ! Lovely location with view of sea and quick access to beautiful upmarket Sivota ( Salcombe sailing crew and nice holiday makers) Simple to hire a nice new boat without licence (30hp) which goes along nicely and you can cruise safely in sheltered waters going for lunch or finding secluded beaches (easy and fun )...or drive car to a different beach every day ..(15mins) Then back to your beautiful villa for swim and barbecue or back out to another restaurant (there is one at the end of your drive which has amazing view ...10 min walk ) Car essential obviously but so much to do .. If you like villa holidays with great food, crystal clear seas and freedom to explore then this is for you Finally your host Kostas is amazing and will respond to all your requests .. Close to Preveza Airport (Easy Jet 3hrs)45mins to villa Great value for money Would highly recommend

Attractive comfortable villa in a tranquil setting.

The location is superb. The villa is stylishly furnished to a high standard and also very comfortable with good beds and quality linen. Everything one needs is provided and the owner, Kostas, the owner, is a terrific host and is always discreetly available…
The location is superb. The villa is stylishly furnished to a high standard and also very comfortable with good beds and quality linen. Everything one needs is provided and the owner, Kostas, the owner, is a terrific host and is always discreetly available to ensure his guests have the very best service. The gardens are well tended and full of roses and we enjoyed the decent size pool. The property sits within a very private olive grove in unspoilt countryside with far reaching views ,very peaceful but not isolated. We were tempted to stay at the villa for the whole holiday as we loved this beautiful place. However we did tear ourselves away to visit the local idyllic beaches, all within a 15 minute easy drive. Sivota harbour has good cafes and restaurants and is a 5 minute drive. We love little greek beaches, staying in a pretty, comfortable property with gorgeous views all within a peaceful location with nearby facilities. Villa Sappho has it all for us and we are so looking forward to our 3rd time visit in 2018
