Το Perla Beach Villa Zante είναι 300 τετραγωνικά μέτρα και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και δέκα άτομα. Το εσωτερικό είναι εμπνευσμένο από την ομορφιά του νησιού Zakynhtian. Η είσοδος της βίλας βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο μαζί με μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, μια τραπεζαρία με καρέκλες, ένα άνετο σαλόνι, ένα τζάκι και έναν πολύχρωμο κήπο όπου υπάρχουν εγκαταστάσεις μπάρμπεκιου. Το Perla Beach Villa παρέχει σύστημα κεντρικής θέρμανσης και ψύξης που ελέγχεται ξεχωριστά σε κάθε δωμάτιο. Επίσης, στον ίδιο όροφο, βρίσκεται ένα από τα πέντε πολυτελή υπνοδωμάτια με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο.

There are no words to describe my gratitude and appreciation for our hosts Tasos, Kakya, and the amazing crew that makes this Villa what it is - absolutely perfect. My family and I arrived at the villa for a weeklong vacation in celebration of my mom's 70's birthday. Each of us had a comfortable suite with a private bathroom and balcony overlooking the gorgeous back yard, pool, and the stunning turquoise water of the beach. The villa is located perfectly on the island, in a quiet area just 15 minutes away from the main town by car, and conveniently near a few good restaurants. The direct beach access from the house made all the difference; no other house we saw on the island had that feature, and for beach bums like my sister and I - this was the dream. The house came fully equipped with everything we needed, and anything extra was very lovingly provided to us as well. We received a rich breakfast every morning, prepared by the lovely Joanna, who also cleaned the house every single day so thoroughly, including doing the laundry and changing our sheets! Tasos truly attended to our every need, and checked in often to make sure that each of us was happy. By the end of the week - we were all like one big family. We will definitely return- the sooner the better!

The villa, the views, the beach, the amazing service by Joanna who cooked us breakfast every morning and catered for the children with fresh croissiants and pancakes everyday, Tasos for arranging a brilliant private boat experiance to the blue cave and shipwreck... there is absolutely nothing negative I can say about this holiday. We all had an amazing time and are definately going back! Thank you Tasos and Kakia for catering to our every need especially for setting up my gym area so I could watch the sunrise every morning, and watch the children swimming and on the beach at the same time, unforgettable experience;) Thank you Joanna for simply being amazing, we all miss you

We had a wonderful stay. The villa was spotless, the daily housekeeping and breakfast served by Joanna on the terrace was a brilliant start to perfect days. Tasos arranged for a boat to pick us up from the beach to go and see turtles. He arranged for the local taverna to deliver proper Greek food for us to eat in the garden. The views are breath taking, the outdoor areas meant we could choose sun or shade, they gate to the beach meant we could watch the children in the sea without getting sandy. Worth every penny.

Exceptional beachfront getaway!
