Highly Recommended!

So yesterday I return home from another incredible stay at the palazzo di p. It's been 2 years since my last stay and there have been lots of changes the pool area has had a total revamp it's looks fantastic the new floors and fencing around the pool…
So yesterday I return home from another incredible stay at the palazzo di p. It's been 2 years since my last stay and there have been lots of changes the pool area has had a total revamp it's looks fantastic the new floors and fencing around the pool to the lovely draps in the seating area it all look stunning.. Love the new furniture in my favourite bedroom the house it's just spectacular. It has everything and more you could ever need... I would like to say a big thank you to nikolaos Paleothodoros and maria palaiothodoros for our wonderful welcome your hospitality is second to none. We all had a wonderful holiday hope to see you again soon .

Amazing Villa

We stayed in the villa for two weeks in August 2019. The villa is absolutely amazing and was everything we expected and more. The facilities were immaculate including the pool and jacuzzi. The house keeper came every day and cleaned the villa…
We stayed in the villa for two weeks in August 2019. The villa is absolutely amazing and was everything we expected and more. The facilities were immaculate including the pool and jacuzzi. The house keeper came every day and cleaned the villa. Fresh towels were also provided every day. The owner Nikos was an excellent host. He was very helped and assisted us in arranging a boat trip and renting a car prior to us arriving. Whilst we were at the villa he also recommended us restaurants and book them for us. Nikos mum, Maria was also fantastic. She cooked us traditional Greek food on three occasions. We would definitely return to the villa.

An outstanding villa in an amazing location. Very quiet surroundings and a truly stunning villa both in looks and decoration. From initial booking the communication was clear and instant and on arrival the welcome was exceptional and the service throughout the week was more than I could of expected. Nothing, and I mean nothing was too much to ask. The villa is ideally situated, just a short drive from the airport and no more then 15 mins to multiple different areas for restaurants or to a beach. The villa is stunning, truly stunning and the maid works each day to keep it in immaculate condition. Coupled with visit of Maria who delivered a freshly baked treat almost every day. I cannot recommend this villa and host highly enough. 11/10 !!

What can I say...a few friends recommended this place to us last year who we trust implicitly and they were not wrong. This villa is magical and the hosts are magnificent. Nikos, Maria and Noella are the kindest people we have met on the Island. It seems this beautiful place is only filled with good people. The villa is huge and catered for all of us. They didn't bat an eye lid when we rolled up with our multiple cars and our noisy (Irish and English!! :) ) family. On one night, they organised a traditional greek cooking class at the villa which was ridiculously good. We all ate together in the end and it was just so special. Saying goodbye was sad. The guys are excellent are being 100% available and at the same time completely invisible in the background. I wish i could live there permanently!!! Thank you so so much!!!!!!!! Hope to be back one day very soon :)

From the moment of our arrival we was welcomed with kindness and hospitality. Making the trip from Manchester traveling with young children and especially a toddler can be hard work keeping them entertained, challenging, and exhausting as any one with small children will know all too well. we arrived in the afternoon having been up since 2 in the morning so as you can imagine everyone one was tired and ready to relax. It dawned on me though that we would have to go shopping once we arrived to do a food shop etc which I'll be honest was the last thing I wanted to do after the long tiring trip. To my surprise and a very nice surprise it was Maria (Nikos Mother) had prepared us a fresh home cooked meal which I would call are equivalent to lasagna with Mediterranean salad and home-baked bread. We was now able to relax from the moment we arrived and enjoy a family meal together. Though a small gesture of kindness from Maria and Nikos it made a massive difference to us at the time. After dinner we took our time to unpack and familiarise ourselves with what would be home for the next two weeks. Nikos kindly offered to take us shopping to the local supermarket which again relieved us of any stresses having to deal with taxi's as we decided not to hire a car. Through the duration of our stay our every need, and I mean are every need was taking care of on a daily basis. The cleaner would come in every single morning like clockwork and clean the entire house, Pool, jacuzzi the entire grounds daily to the highest of standards. Most days we would cook using the BBQ and every day it would be cleaned out ready to use again, we really did not have to lift a finger or worry about anything. Nikos was constantly at hand to ensure we had everything we needed. Nikos provided us with all the local places to visit like the water parks for the children, excursions and local sights and attractions as well as restaurants tried and tested by Nikos himself. There was one occasion on a Sunday night we had planned to have spaghetti Bolognese for tea but turned out we had let the mince meat run out of date. It was late into the Sunday evening and the local supermarket was closed. I called Nikos and he told me not to worry about anything he will take care of it. Fresh homemade pizzas and desserts were delivered problem solved. For us this was the first time we had ever stayed at a villa. Usually we would stay at one of your your big chain all-inclusive resorts what I would now refer to as stress centers. There is no personal touch you're just a number and nobody really cares. I honestly would not go back to the usual all-inclusive package resort holidays. Palazzo Di P specialise in taking care of the details so you don't have to. It's a family owned business and their focus is insuring that you have the best experience possible,believe me they will do everything necessary to make sure that happens. Can't wait to visit again in the near future. Maria & Nikos thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality and making our stay with you a true holiday. Pete.

We were a big family and Palazzo di P took us in with no hesitation. Our stay was not recent, but until this day I still remember how much our family enjoyed the stay. The place was very beautifully renovated, with very heartwarming touches of their own thoughts. We were a big family and we all had the spaces we needed. Nikos and Maria helped us a lot. During our stay, our baby cousin accidentally left our car key in the car, but we were leaving to explore the area. Nikos tried to contact people to help us get the car key from the trunk without damaging the car too much. It was an intense day. Without our hosts to help us we couldn’t even get back to Thessaloniki. Thank you once again Nikos and Maria! Guests from July 2016 just coming to say hi :).

Palazzo is a 5* Villa

My wife and myself, arrived at the gate of Palazzo and warmly greeted by Maria and Nicos. Immediately we felt like an extended part of their family. Palazzo is an amazing Villa, incredibly beautiful, spacious and outstandingly clean, maintained and unexpectedly so well equipped. The Villa has 5 bedrooms and it was huge for just us. We just didn't know which bedroom to chose as we had the whole Villa for us! A maid service within our rental fee was included and cleaned outdoors and indoors. Noela is one of the most kindest maids we have ever met. Polite and really respecting our privacy. We didn't had to lift a finger....and this was a great add on our short holidays! We were staying at a 5* hotel previously and having read the reviews of the Palazzo we decided to try it even for 1 night. Bath and Pool towels were provided and all bedding was in place. As said we weren't allowed to lift a finger ! The pool was fantastic with 10 loungers around it and the outdoor hot tub jacuzzi was amasing too. There was a shaddy sitting area with comfy furniture and a shaddy kitchen area with a bbq, pizza oven and sink, which we made use of it!!. Additionally there is a mini bar at the pool area which was full with various drinks, at reasonable rates, making us feel safe that we will not run out of drinks at night! A shower was also available by the pool. Nicos also gave us bottles of wine to try and Maria cooked us an amazing traditional greek meal upon our arrival. They could not have been better hosts. They recommended places to visit and restaurants serving exceptional Greek food for the rest of our stay at the island. All were great! I can't thank them enough for giving us such a fantastic experience. I would recommend them wholeheartedly

Palazzo di Pi was an amazing place to stay. Villa is huge in size and in reality its even much bigger and better then you can see on pictures. Location of villa is just perfect, very close to everything. All rooms and bedrooms are huge, spotless clean, very stylish decorated and very comfortable. Outside swimming pool, brand new outdoor jacuzzi, BBQ and huge garden area makes this place even more enjoyable and memorable. Pool area is equipped with minibar which is refilled every day. Prices are very affordable and if you will run out of something its always available from a minibar. At night time when lights are on villa looks unforgettable and amazing...like a real castle. Hosts Maria and Nikos were the best host I ever met. They will do anything for you and even more to make sure that you have an amazing and comfortable stay in villa. This place is great holiday destination for groups up to 10 people. Highly recommended!!!

We visited this amazing villa and were fortunate to have great weather . The villa is extremely well furnished , the decoration , fixture are high quality and tasteful , the beds are comfortable . The pool area, the outdoor jacuzzi, the bbq and gardens...is extensive , clean and again the furniture is of a high quality and we certainly enjoyed time around the pool ! In one of the upstairs bedrooms we were lucky enough to spend a magical evening watching the sunset with a glass of wine .and these were simply stunning . This isn't a tourist area , we wanted peace and quiet but you can get a taxi really cheaply into town which is only 10 mins away , in any case . Finally I would like to mention Maria , always on hand with kindness and information , she really was a godsend . We will undoubtedly return to this fantastic villa .
