Οι βίλες Alegria 2BR μπορούν να φιλοξενήσουν 2-4 άτομα. Είναι χτισμένα σε πέτρα με παραδοσιακή Ζακυνθινή αρχιτεκτονική και επιπλωμένα με μοντέρνα φωτοβολίδα. Διαθέτουν ιδιωτικές πισίνες σε μεγάλο ιδιωτικό κήπο με ελιές, μπανανιές, πορτοκαλιές, λεμονιές, ροδιές και πεύκα. Είναι εξοπλισμένα με μπάρμπεκιου και φυσικά χώρο στάθμευσης. Ο εσωτερικός χώρος διαθέτει τζάκι, κλιματισμό, δωρεάν Wi-Fi και 3 από τις βίλες διαθέτουν τζακούζι. Όμορφα διακοσμημένο με παραδοσιακά και οικολογικά υλικά δημιουργώντας ένα πολυτελές, ζεστό και φιλόξενο περιβάλλον.

Το σαλόνι, με δάπεδα από χειροποίητα ζακυνθινά πλακάκια, διαθέτει καθιστικό (που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 1 επιπλέον επισκέπτη) με τζάκι από πέτρα, καλωδιακή τηλεόραση και εξαιρετικούς πολυελαίους. Το φως του ήλιου του Ιονίου λάμπει μέσα από τα πολύχρωμα κρυστάλλινα παράθυρα – στυλ vitro. Η κουζίνα που εκτείνεται από το σαλόνι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με μοντέρνα σκεύη, ψυγείο, κουζίνα, φούρνο, πλυντήριο πιάτων, πιατικά και όλες τις απαραίτητες ηλεκτρικές συσκευές. Υπάρχει επίσης ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με θέα στον κήπο και ένα μπάνιο από παραδοσιακά πλακάκια και τοπική πέτρα. Έχουν ένα απλά γοητευτικό υπνοδωμάτιο στη σοφίτα (30 μέτρα.} που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και 3 άτομα.

Οι βίλες διαθέτουν βεράντες με χτιστούς χώρους καθιστικού, τραπεζαρίες και έπιπλα κήπου όπου μπορείτε να απολαύσετε το γεύμα σας και να απολαύσετε την υπέροχη θέα στις ελιές, τη θάλασσα ή την πισίνα σας.

The place is amazing! a beautiful option to escape from all the stress. Architecture and the house are very beautifully made, decorated with love and well kept. The owner was very, very generous and lovely! She does everything to make you feel confortable and help you out. I am sure that its the nicest place to stay in Zakynthos. I would def. recommend this to everyone, to stay in this excellent villa surrounded by amazing beaches. I had a great time and i am looking forward to going back, it felt like home! She also is very animal friendly and looks after the lost kittens, which i loved!

Fantastic getaway

The property is fantastic, the owners have great hospitality and wanted to make sure we had a fantastic vacation. We stayed in the two bedroom villa, great amenities, swimming pool with the beach only 5 minutes away by foot.

Amazing!

Lia is an amazing top host, who made sure we felt very much like at home! We stayed in a 2-bedroom villa, which was beautifully designed & decorated and had its own lovely private pool. We are now thinking when to book the dates to return!

The villa had very nice design as well as everything you migh need during vacation including for example pool towels and cork screwer. There was a great beach is 3 minutes walking distance and also nice restaurants in the area. Lia gave us a long lists of different recommendations (beaches, restaurants, shops, places to visit) anв everything that we tried was great.

Great stay at Alegria Villas

Perfect for what we needed, we stayed in one of the villas comprising of a double bedroom, kitchen/dinner, upstairs bedroom with 3 single beds which suited my partner and I and the 12, 9 & 6 year old kids very well. Both Dimitri & Lia were great…
Perfect for what we needed, we stayed in one of the villas comprising of a double bedroom, kitchen/dinner, upstairs bedroom with 3 single beds which suited my partner and I and the 12, 9 & 6 year old kids very well. Both Dimitri & Lia were great hosts and gave us good info about the surrounding area - what to do and advice on restaurants, plus gave us Gabi’s details for airport transfer. The local beach agios Nicolas was our favourite and where we spent most of our days, shallow water good for snorkelling, ball games - there are options for parasailing and inflatable rides but we didn’t need to use them! Plus a good beach bar & restaurant. banana beach was ok, but was a bit more crowded as linked to a couple of hotels. We highly recommend the boat tour out of Keri, Lia helped us arrange it with Big Blue boat hire, we strongly recommend getting a skipper - Ours was great and they pick you up and drop you off. It was great for turtle spotting, cruising the coastline, going in the many caves, snorkelling in the crystal clear waters - personally we could take or leave turtle island as that was a bit touristy! It was great value for money! Overall the accommodation was great, very clean, beds v comfy, kitchen well equipped. The pool was great - the kids loved it, and plenty of outdoor eating space/sun loungers etc. Plus towels for both villa & pool were a nice added bonus.
