Situata su un tranquillo terreno privato di 2.800 mq circondato dalla natura, Anastasia Villa Chania è una villa di lusso di 520 mq con qualità costruttiva di alto livello e ricche strutture. Affacciata sul mare di Creta ea soli 2,5 km dalla spiaggia sabbiosa e dalla famosa zona turistica di Platanias, la villa offre una vista incontaminata sul mare e sulle montagne circostanti. Atmosfera tranquilla e comfort moderni per vacanze riposanti, perfette per famiglie e bambini, coppie, sposini e persone di buon gusto. Goditi la tranquillità, il comfort e il lusso in questa villa squisita e unica.

Totalmente isolata ma anche vicina a tutto, Anastasia Villa Chania, su tre piani, di 520 mq, utilizza il suo design per sfruttare le risorse naturali. Lo schema irregolare della casa fa circolare la brezza dell'oceano e la luce solare naturale per riscaldare e raffreddare l'interno e consentire la vita stagionale. Una parete di finestre rivolte a nord offre viste sul mare di Creta, mentre una serie di posti a sedere all'aperto ti offre la possibilità di goderti in prima persona l'oceano. Può ospitare 12 persone in letti e fino a 14 persone se necessario.

Layout interno: Entrando in Villa Anastasia al piano terra si trova un ampio open space composto da soggiorno con camino, TV HD satellitare da 40 pollici, zona pranzo interna e cucina completamente attrezzata con rifiniture di alta qualità e elettrodomestici. La zona giorno si apre su una veranda con salottino e tavolo da pranzo che conduce anche alla piscina e al giardino. Sullo stesso piano si trovano anche un'area ufficio organizzata con un sistema audio e un laptop e una toilette. Il piano terra ospita una camera da letto con letto king-size e bagno privato. Raggiungendo il primo piano tramite una scala si trova una camera matrimoniale con letto king-size, spogliatoio e bagno privato con vasca idromassaggio e doccia idromassaggio. La camera matrimoniale ha accesso ad un'ampia veranda con salottino che offre una vista mare mozzafiato.

Una scala dal soggiorno al piano terra conduce al piano inferiore. Su questo piano si trovano una zona palestra e quattro camere da letto con bagno en-suite. Tre delle camere dispongono di un letto king-size e l'altra di 2 letti singoli. La nostra palestra dispone di una vasta collezione di attrezzature per il fitness come step, attrezzature per addominali e un attrezzo multifunzionale per il fitness. La zona palestra ha accesso al garage. Dal piano inferiore si accede all'area esterna che comprende barbecue, giardino e zona piscina. Tutti i piani sono inoltre collegati con ascensore. Area all'aperto: l'area all'aperto splendidamente paesaggistica offre una varietà di strutture e luoghi per il relax.

Una piscina di 35 mq, giardino di alberi da frutto con una varietà di frutti come pesche, mele, pere, uva, arance, fichi, melograni e ciliegie, area barbecue a carbonella e a gas completamente attrezzata sotto il pergolato, 2 tavoli da pranzo all'aperto sotto pergolati, vari posti attrezzati (con lettini, ombrelloni, divanetti da esterno e poltrone) per rilassarsi in veranda e nei giardini intorno alla villa, posto auto per 4 auto. L'intera area esterna è totalmente privata e recintata, offrendo il 100% di privacy ai nostri ospiti.

Overall, the villa was extremely pleasant and had contemporary furnishings.

All nine of us who were present had private bathrooms and rooms. The rooms have air conditioning and a contemporary design. You spent the majority of your time in the kitchen, living room, and terrace. Overall, hardly any of the things have been overlooked…

A beautiful large villa in a fantastic hill-top setting just outside Platanias (car essential in our opinion, though taxis are available). The Villa has 5 ensuite bedrooms, with the sixth having the bathroom just opposite. Views from 3 bedrooms are wonderful but 3 have no view and one quite dark. The pool is very large with 10 sunbeds and beautifully clean and the deck has great views to the sea and with an amazing sunrise. There is a spacious lounge and patio, but be aware one bedroom is beside the patio if some of you intend to stay up late. The host, Anastasia, is a lovely lady who is very welcoming and looked after us extremely well. She lives in a discreet part of the house and does not intrude in any way, but is on-hand if you need assistance. Platanias has about 2km of shops and beach, with a LIDL and other supermarkets very handy. The beach is grey sand and pebbles, but is very clean. Great restaurants nearby, with Kyano being our favourite. A great holiday at Villa Anastasia and definitely recommended

This property has a everything, top spec, great location and enough space easily as we are a family of 11.

There is no better place to be than this! You can easily explore the mountains and the seaside from here. The property truly has every amenity a large family could ask for! It checks all the boxes and prioritizes privacy. The vistas are breathtaking!

My friends and I had a great vacation in this villa. Fully equiped, lot of space and everything working perfect. The view and the swimmingpool are very nice. Also the privacy was perfect! Restaurants, supermarket, bakkery and the sea was 5 min drive…

Fantastic Villa Anastasia

I hardly find any words to describe our time in the villa. Everything was working perfectly. We have got superb welcome and service from the owner (lovely person). At first, the villa overcome our expectations: just everything, the location, the interior and exterior, the pool, the grill, the rooms and even the lift!!! Can you imagine - we had planned to make several trips over the island, brought along heavy guides, we rented 4 cars for ten persons to travel in comfort. But because of the villa charm we stayed there and went only for two trips, just only two trips! If I could rate our holidays I would give 10+/10. I would also like to appreciate the service by you and Unique - again 10+/10. Just perfect! Surely to prise your service to any of our friends and if only, always back to use your customer friendly service and website.

The villa is very secluded and well equipped if you enjoy your privacy. We paid extra for the pool heating but this was worth it in April. A very nice stay at the villa and would certainly recommend it for large families or groups of friends.

What a beautiful warm Welcome we received from Anastasia when we arrived at Anastasia Villa! We arrived quite late to the Villa as my husband and I were staying in Marathi and still waiting on friends and family to arrive from London/South Africa. When we did finally arrive, we were gobsmacked by the Villa, the space, the view, the pool....everything! Anastasia showed us around and we were still speechless, she had kindly given us a Welcome basket filled with nuts, wine, honey and Raki. She had also even left us 3 jars of marmalade in the fridge as she said she made it herself... I wish i could have taken some back to London with me, I still miss her Marmalade. My partner and I had booked the Villa along with friends from the 15th August - 24th August, we needed a perfect location for myself and the wedding party to get ready on the 21st and this Villa really was perfect. If you are planning on getting married, this Villa is breathtakingly beautiful to get ready in and have your photos taken. My friends and I had an amazing Holiday in Chania and coming home to this Villa was even better. Thank you for an amazing experience, we have already said we will return for our 5th year anniversary.

We really enjoyed our stay.

The villa is perfectly equipped and the view on the mountains and the sea is beautiful. Blessed by a wonderful weather we spent most of the days at the swimming pool and Platanias is a short ride to find restaurants and good places for a drink.

We stayed here for a week and literally had the best time ever. Anastasia was the perfect host and met us on arrival with wine and homemade jams! It's clean, huge and completely secluded giving you all the privacy you could ever want. The views are mind blowing. We had planned to eat out a lot but due to the bbq area and the setting of the Villa we ate in most nights. It's very close to Platanias and Chania with nice restaurants and bars. Chania is particularly beautiful with a real traditional Greek vibe where as Platanias is more of a touristy beach town which is fine for bars etc. It's also about an hour from Elafonisi which is a beautiful beach with white sand and turquoise water. We would recommend this villa in a heartbeat we absolutely fell in love with it. We will certainly be coming back.

Well placed comfortble villa

Excellent location very close to the beach, spacious villa and modern facilities. Free parking was great and the nearest beach is lovely. This is the nicest holiday villa we have stayed in. I would go back...
