Μια ήσυχη ατμόσφαιρα και σύγχρονες ανέσεις για ξεκούραστες διακοπές, ιδανικές για οικογένειες και παιδιά, ζευγάρια, νεόνυμφους και άτομα με καλό γούστο. Απολαύστε ηρεμία, άνεση και πολυτέλεια σε αυτήν την εξαίσια και μοναδική βίλα.

Εντελώς απομονωμένη αλλά και κοντά σε όλα, το τριώροφο Anastasia Villa Chania 520 τ.μ. χρησιμοποιεί το σχεδιασμό του για να εκμεταλλευτεί τους φυσικούς πόρους. Το άνισο σχήμα του σπιτιού κυκλοφορεί το αεράκι του ωκεανού και το φυσικό ηλιακό φως για να ζεσταίνει και να δροσίζει το εσωτερικό και να επιτρέπει την εποχιακή ζωή. Ένας τοίχος από παράθυρα που βλέπουν προς το Βορρά προσφέρουν θέα στο Κρητικό πέλαγος, ενώ μια σειρά καθισμάτων σε εξωτερικούς χώρους σας δίνει τη δυνατότητα να απολαύσετε από μπροστά τη θάλασσα. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 12 άτομα σε κρεβάτια και έως 14 άτομα εάν είναι απαραίτητο.

Εσωτερική διαρρύθμιση: Μπαίνοντας στο Anastasia Villa στο ισόγειο υπάρχει ένας ευρύχωρος ενιαίος χώρος που αποτελείται από το σαλόνι με το τζάκι, μια δορυφορική HDTV 40 ιντσών, μια εσωτερική τραπεζαρία και μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με κορυφαίας ποιότητας εξαρτήματα και συσκευές. Ο χώρος του σαλονιού ανοίγει σε βεράντα με καθιστικό και τραπεζαρία που σας οδηγεί επίσης στην πισίνα και στον κήπο. Στον ίδιο όροφο υπάρχουν επίσης οργανωμένος χώρος γραφείων με ηχοσύστημα και φορητό υπολογιστή και τουαλέτα. Το ισόγειο φιλοξενεί ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με κρεβάτι king size και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο. Φτάνοντας στον πρώτο όροφο μέσω μιας σκάλας υπάρχει ένα μεγάλο υπνοδωμάτιο με κρεβάτι king size, γκαρνταρόμπα και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με μπανιέρα τζακούζι και ντους με υδρομασάζ. Το κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο έχει πρόσβαση σε μια μεγάλη βεράντα με καθιστικό που προσφέρει εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα.

Μια σκάλα από το σαλόνι στο ισόγειο σας οδηγεί στον κάτω όροφο. Σε αυτόν τον όροφο, υπάρχει χώρος γυμναστικής και τέσσερα υπνοδωμάτια με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο. Τρία από τα υπνοδωμάτια διαθέτουν κρεβάτι king size και το άλλο 2 μονά κρεβάτια. Το γυμναστήριο μας διαθέτει μια μεγάλη συλλογή εξοπλισμού γυμναστικής, όπως σκαλοπάτι, εξοπλισμό κοιλιακών και γυμναστική πολυλειτουργική συσκευή. Ο χώρος του γυμναστηρίου έχει πρόσβαση στο γκαράζ. Από τον κάτω όροφο, μπορείτε να έχετε πρόσβαση σε εξωτερικό χώρο που περιλαμβάνει μπάρμπεκιου, κήπο και χώρο πισίνας. Όλοι οι όροφοι συνδέονται επίσης με ασανσέρ. Εξωτερικός χώρος: Ο όμορφα διαμορφωμένος εξωτερικός χώρος προσφέρει μια ποικιλία από εγκαταστάσεις και σημεία για χαλάρωση.

Πισίνα 35 τ.μ., κήπος με οπωροφόρα δέντρα με ποικιλία φρούτων όπως ροδάκινο, μήλο, αχλάδι, σταφύλι, πορτοκάλι, σύκο, ρόδι και κεράσι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένος χώρος ψησταριάς με κάρβουνο και αέριο κάτω από την πέργκολα, 2 υπαίθρια τραπεζάκια κάτω από πέργκολες, μια ποικιλία επιπλωμένων θέσεων (με ξαπλώστρες, ομπρέλες, υπαίθριους καναπέδες και πολυθρόνες) για χαλάρωση στη βεράντα και τους κήπους γύρω από τη βίλα, θέση στάθμευσης για 4 αυτοκίνητα. Όλος ο εξωτερικός χώρος είναι εντελώς ιδιωτικός και περιφραγμένος, προσφέροντας 100% ιδιωτικότητα στους επισκέπτες μας.

Overall, the villa was extremely pleasant and had contemporary furnishings.

All nine of us who were present had private bathrooms and rooms. The rooms have air conditioning and a contemporary design. You spent the majority of your time in the kitchen, living room, and terrace. Overall, hardly any of the things have been overlooked…

A beautiful large villa in a fantastic hill-top setting just outside Platanias (car essential in our opinion, though taxis are available). The Villa has 5 ensuite bedrooms, with the sixth having the bathroom just opposite. Views from 3 bedrooms are wonderful but 3 have no view and one quite dark. The pool is very large with 10 sunbeds and beautifully clean and the deck has great views to the sea and with an amazing sunrise. There is a spacious lounge and patio, but be aware one bedroom is beside the patio if some of you intend to stay up late. The host, Anastasia, is a lovely lady who is very welcoming and looked after us extremely well. She lives in a discreet part of the house and does not intrude in any way, but is on-hand if you need assistance. Platanias has about 2km of shops and beach, with a LIDL and other supermarkets very handy. The beach is grey sand and pebbles, but is very clean. Great restaurants nearby, with Kyano being our favourite. A great holiday at Villa Anastasia and definitely recommended

This property has a everything, top spec, great location and enough space easily as we are a family of 11.

There is no better place to be than this! You can easily explore the mountains and the seaside from here. The property truly has every amenity a large family could ask for! It checks all the boxes and prioritizes privacy. The vistas are breathtaking!

Fantastic Villa Anastasia

I hardly find any words to describe our time in the villa. Everything was working perfectly. We have got superb welcome and service from the owner (lovely person). At first, the villa overcome our expectations: just everything, the location, the interior and exterior, the pool, the grill, the rooms and even the lift!!! Can you imagine - we had planned to make several trips over the island, brought along heavy guides, we rented 4 cars for ten persons to travel in comfort. But because of the villa charm we stayed there and went only for two trips, just only two trips! If I could rate our holidays I would give 10+/10. I would also like to appreciate the service by you and Unique - again 10+/10. Just perfect! Surely to prise your service to any of our friends and if only, always back to use your customer friendly service and website.

The villa is very secluded and well equipped if you enjoy your privacy. We paid extra for the pool heating but this was worth it in April. A very nice stay at the villa and would certainly recommend it for large families or groups of friends.

What a beautiful warm Welcome we received from Anastasia when we arrived at Anastasia Villa! We arrived quite late to the Villa as my husband and I were staying in Marathi and still waiting on friends and family to arrive from London/South Africa. When we did finally arrive, we were gobsmacked by the Villa, the space, the view, the pool....everything! Anastasia showed us around and we were still speechless, she had kindly given us a Welcome basket filled with nuts, wine, honey and Raki. She had also even left us 3 jars of marmalade in the fridge as she said she made it herself... I wish i could have taken some back to London with me, I still miss her Marmalade. My partner and I had booked the Villa along with friends from the 15th August - 24th August, we needed a perfect location for myself and the wedding party to get ready on the 21st and this Villa really was perfect. If you are planning on getting married, this Villa is breathtakingly beautiful to get ready in and have your photos taken. My friends and I had an amazing Holiday in Chania and coming home to this Villa was even better. Thank you for an amazing experience, we have already said we will return for our 5th year anniversary.

Great place for relaxing!

We really enjoyed our stay.

The villa is perfectly equipped and the view on the mountains and the sea is beautiful. Blessed by a wonderful weather we spent most of the days at the swimming pool and Platanias is a short ride to find restaurants and good places for a drink.

We stayed here for a week and literally had the best time ever. Anastasia was the perfect host and met us on arrival with wine and homemade jams! It's clean, huge and completely secluded giving you all the privacy you could ever want. The views are mind blowing. We had planned to eat out a lot but due to the bbq area and the setting of the Villa we ate in most nights. It's very close to Platanias and Chania with nice restaurants and bars. Chania is particularly beautiful with a real traditional Greek vibe where as Platanias is more of a touristy beach town which is fine for bars etc. It's also about an hour from Elafonisi which is a beautiful beach with white sand and turquoise water. We would recommend this villa in a heartbeat we absolutely fell in love with it. We will certainly be coming back.

Well placed comfortble villa

Excellent location very close to the beach, spacious villa and modern facilities. Free parking was great and the nearest beach is lovely. This is the nicest holiday villa we have stayed in. I would go back...
