In bilico nel pittoresco villaggio di Kalamitsi, Villa Aori è un eccezionale rifugio di lusso privato con 5 spaziose camere da letto, un design moderno e ampi spazi esterni compongono una destinazione ideale per vacanze rilassanti. Dove il lusso si combina perfettamente con la vista delle White Mountains creando un luogo memorabile in cui stare. Raccogli uva e olive, produci vino e olio d'oliva e coltiva ortaggi o frutta. Stile elegante, decorazioni contemporanee e servizi lussuosi ti faranno sentire a casa con comfort di alto livello sia all'interno che all'esterno.

Il piano terra dell'edificio principale dispone di quattro spaziose camere da letto, tre delle quali hanno letti matrimoniali e la quarta ha due letti singoli che possono essere convertiti in un letto matrimoniale. I quattro bagni sono ben organizzati, tre dei quali sono ensuite dove nell'ultimo c'è l'accesso per tutti gli ospiti. La cucina è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari per rendere confortevole il vostro soggiorno senza alcuna carenza.

Al piano inferiore, puoi partecipare alla produzione del vino o degustare le diverse varietà di vino in una tradizionale cantina decorata con elementi in legno e pietra. Cucina nella cucina ben organizzata e cena al tavolo da pranzo. Il piano è completato da un bagno. Se siete più di 8 persone, vicino all'edificio principale si trova uno studio separato che può ospitare altre tre persone. Il lusso continua nel monolocale che è dotato di una cucina completamente attrezzata, una zona soggiorno, un tavolo da pranzo, una camera da letto, un bagno e una doccia separata. Connessione internet gratuita, aria condizionata e TV sono alcuni dei servizi che la villa offre.

All'aperto, la villa ti toglierà il fiato. Gli ulivi, l'uva e gli aranci ti danno un senso di relax vicino alla natura. Rilassati nella piscina a sfioro di 80 m2 mentre i tuoi bambini giocano in sicurezza nella piscina per bambini di 37 m2. Cucina il tuo pasto preparandolo con prodotti biologici che hai raccolto dall'orto gustandolo a tavola. Le zone giorno all'aperto regalano momenti romantici giorno e notte. La villa dispone di parcheggio custodito adatto per due veicoli. Rilassati e goditi l'eredità della natura, vicino alla spiaggia e a tutti i servizi.

Spent 10 days in August, 3 family’s, total of 14. The villa has four bedrooms in the main building, an anex, and a ‘basement’ which can sleep two. The outside grounds are spacious, the swimming pool is fantastic (we did get it heated), there is a swing area for young kids. The owners also farm the adjacent land, can’t do enough, really nice people, any problems, they are very quick to sort out, they also gave us some of their farm vegetables which were great for salads. The villa is in a secluded area so a car is a must, we had one car for shopping runs and used taxis for beach days. There are two local villages, small mini markets and restaurants, there is a lidl in chania for a ‘big’ shop.

We stayed as a large group of three generations at this beautiful villa. The setting is sublime, set amongst a working farm of vineyards and olive trees run by the owner and his family. The 5 rooms are well appointed, most with en suites. The beds are very comfortable and there are smart TVs throughout the property. Each room has direct access to either the pool side or the well manicured gardens. One bedroom is located in the a self contained annex, with it's own kitchenette The main internal area includes and open plan kitchen plan and dining room and living space. There are large bifold doors that open to the best part of the house, the large swimming pool complete with a shallow annex pool. There are several sun loungers, giant bean bags, outdoor showers, and BBQ are with long covered area for seating. The views from the property of the 'white mountain' range and surrounding area are stunning. The property also benefits from a basement floor for teenagers and kids that has a PS4 console, small kitchen and wine cellar, and within the extensive grounds you will find a children's outdoor play area with swings and slide as well as a table tennis table In terms of location, the property is about 40 minutes drive to Chania airport and town, 30 minutes to Rethymnos and 5 minutes to local villages for basic groceries. The closest beaches are about 10 minutes drive. All in all, this is a great villa with plenty of mod cons. The owner Emmanuel (who is usually working the land most days) and his wife Tonia are attentive and were quick to respond to any issues that crop up.

The most amazing villa we have stayed in.

It's' going to be difficult to top this holiday at Villa Aori for my family because the villa is so luxurious and special. Thank you for a wonderful holiday in Crete We hope to come again
