Située dans le village pittoresque de Kalamitsi, la Villa Aori est une retraite de luxe privée exceptionnelle avec 5 chambres spacieuses, un design moderne et de grands espaces extérieurs constituent une destination idéale pour des vacances reposantes. Où le luxe est parfaitement combiné avec la vue sur les Montagnes Blanches créant un lieu mémorable. Récoltez les raisins et les olives, produisez du vin et de l'huile d'olive et cultivez des légumes ou des fruits. Un style élégant, une décoration contemporaine et des équipements somptueux vous feront vous sentir comme chez vous avec un confort haut de gamme à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur.

Le rez-de-chaussée du bâtiment principal dispose de quatre chambres spacieuses, trois d'entre elles ont des lits doubles et la quatrième a deux lits simples qui peuvent être convertis en un lit double. Les quatre salles de bains sont bien organisées, trois d'entre elles sont attenantes et la dernière est accessible à tous les invités. La cuisine est équipée de tous les appareils électriques nécessaires pour un séjour confortable sans aucune pénurie.

À l'étage inférieur, vous pourrez participer à la production du vin ou déguster les différentes variétés de vin dans une cave traditionnelle décorée d'éléments en bois et en pierre. Cuisinez dans la cuisine bien organisée et dînez à la table à manger. L'étage est complété par une salle de bain. Si vous êtes plus de 8 personnes, un studio indépendant est situé à proximité du bâtiment principal pouvant accueillir trois personnes supplémentaires. Le luxe continue dans le studio qui est équipé d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, d'un salon, d'une table à manger, d'une chambre, d'une salle de bain et d'une douche séparée. La connexion Internet gratuite, la climatisation et la télévision sont quelques-unes des commodités offertes par la villa.

À l'extérieur, la villa vous coupera le souffle. Oliviers, vignes et orangers vous procurent un sentiment de détente proche de la nature. Détendez-vous dans la piscine à débordement de 80m2 pendant que vos enfants jouent en toute sécurité dans la pataugeoire de 37m². Cuisinez votre repas en le préparant avec des produits biologiques que vous avez récupérés dans le jardin en le dégustant sur la table à manger. Les espaces de vie extérieurs vous offrent des moments romantiques de jour comme de nuit. La villa dispose d'un parking sécurisé pouvant accueillir deux véhicules. Détendez-vous et profitez de l'héritage de la nature, à proximité de la plage et de toutes les commodités.

Spent 10 days in August, 3 family’s, total of 14. The villa has four bedrooms in the main building, an anex, and a ‘basement’ which can sleep two. The outside grounds are spacious, the swimming pool is fantastic (we did get it heated), there is a swing area for young kids. The owners also farm the adjacent land, can’t do enough, really nice people, any problems, they are very quick to sort out, they also gave us some of their farm vegetables which were great for salads. The villa is in a secluded area so a car is a must, we had one car for shopping runs and used taxis for beach days. There are two local villages, small mini markets and restaurants, there is a lidl in chania for a ‘big’ shop.

We stayed as a large group of three generations at this beautiful villa. The setting is sublime, set amongst a working farm of vineyards and olive trees run by the owner and his family. The 5 rooms are well appointed, most with en suites. The beds are very comfortable and there are smart TVs throughout the property. Each room has direct access to either the pool side or the well manicured gardens. One bedroom is located in the a self contained annex, with it's own kitchenette The main internal area includes and open plan kitchen plan and dining room and living space. There are large bifold doors that open to the best part of the house, the large swimming pool complete with a shallow annex pool. There are several sun loungers, giant bean bags, outdoor showers, and BBQ are with long covered area for seating. The views from the property of the 'white mountain' range and surrounding area are stunning. The property also benefits from a basement floor for teenagers and kids that has a PS4 console, small kitchen and wine cellar, and within the extensive grounds you will find a children's outdoor play area with swings and slide as well as a table tennis table In terms of location, the property is about 40 minutes drive to Chania airport and town, 30 minutes to Rethymnos and 5 minutes to local villages for basic groceries. The closest beaches are about 10 minutes drive. All in all, this is a great villa with plenty of mod cons. The owner Emmanuel (who is usually working the land most days) and his wife Tonia are attentive and were quick to respond to any issues that crop up.

The most amazing villa we have stayed in.

It's' going to be difficult to top this holiday at Villa Aori for my family because the villa is so luxurious and special. Thank you for a wonderful holiday in Crete We hope to come again
