We had a fantastic stay.

The host gave us a great introduction to the property so we knew where everything was and how everything worked. it is a beautiful and well-maintained property which we would for sure stay again at.

Overall a good villa!

Overall a good villa and in a good area with shops and the beach nearby. Nikos was friendly and accessible when needed. The neighborhood is friendly.

Great villa, superb girl holidays!!!!

We spent a week as a group of girls in Villa Lunea. The villa was as indicated in the pictures both inside and out. It was clean and had everything you could need. In the kitchen there were enough utensils for the 5 of us (plenty of dishes, coffee maker…
We spent a week as a group of girls in Villa Lunea. The villa was as indicated in the pictures both inside and out. It was clean and had everything you could need. In the kitchen there were enough utensils for the 5 of us (plenty of dishes, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, panini grill), the bathrooms were equipped with hair dryers, toilet paper and some shower stuff and the bedrooms also had towels and extra bedding for the frostbite. The pool was clean and we even got beach towels provided. As soon as we arrived, Nikos welcomed us in a friendly manner and showed us around the house. He got us some food in advance (toast, toppings, fruit) and welcomed us with a traditional raki. He also gave us his contact details and checked regularly whether everything was okay or something was missing. Overall it was a great stay and we will gladly come back if we go to Crete again.

The perfect villa!

Excellent communication throughout the entire trip, the Vila was clean and everything was working and we had no issues at all. The Vila itself is in a perfect location, just a few minute walk to the beachfront! It’s far enough away from anywhere too…

The Vila itself is in a perfect location, just a few minute walk to the beachfront! It’s far enough away from anywhere too loud or crowded but close enough to walk to the shops and beach or drive/get a taxi around other parts of the island. The beds were very comfortable and every room has air conditioning which is really important when you’re not used to the heat, highly recommend!!

Many thanks to Nikos and his family for the great availability and hospitality: they made us feel at home in a wonderful scenario. We had extremely pleasant time in Villa Lunea, thanks to all the conforts available, e.g. brand new whitegoods for every need (even an expresso machine!). The villa is located close to minimarkets, shops, taverns , near to the beach and 10 minutes away from beautiful Chania, in a silent area. Highly recommended !!

Nikos was an excellent host, and his mother baked us some delicious traditional Greek food. I would highly recommend. Local area was good with supermarkets, bus route into Chania, a must see. Excellent restaurants in walking distance and beach on doorstep. What more could you ask for.

Fantastic!

We were his first international guests and Nikos and his family couldn’t do enough for us. They were really great. We even enjoyed some of his mother’s Greek home cooking, which was superb! The villa was lovely with lots of separate outdoor space…
We were his first international guests and Nikos and his family couldn’t do enough for us. They were really great. We even enjoyed some of his mother’s Greek home cooking, which was superb! The villa was lovely with lots of separate outdoor space (with sea views). We spent most of our time outdoors by the private pool or under the covered terraces. The location of the villa was great although we had chosen to hire a car which meant that we could travel further afield to some of the island’s beautiful beaches. It was very close to Chania airport but it wasn’t on the flight path, so the only planes we heard at the villa were occasional military planes. I would like to keep this little gem to myself but feel I should share it, so it comes highly recommended! Thank you Nikos for a really lovely holiday ?☀️
