Poem Villa Chania si trova a soli 150 metri dalla famosa spiaggia di Kalamaki, una destinazione ideale sia per coppie che per famiglie con bambini piccoli. Situata a soli 5 km dal bellissimo porto veneziano di Chania, questa villa per vacanze offre vacanze private vicino a tutto ciò di cui potresti aver bisogno. Per chi ama le escursioni, la villa Poem è un ottimo punto di partenza per molti meravigliosi percorsi.

Poem Villa Chania è composta da 8 camere da letto con bagno privato e può ospitare fino a venti persone. Troverai la TV satellitare in ogni camera da letto, due cucine completamente attrezzate, due sale multimediali e due sale giochi per i bambini più piccoli. Nuota nelle due piscine private e goditi la vista sul mare dai balconi dell'ultimo piano. Se stai pianificando una vacanza di gruppo, tieni presente che ci sono due ville con 4 camere da letto, una accanto all'altra che hanno accesso diretto l'una dall'altra.

Piano terra: soggiorno con cucina completamente attrezzata e zona pranzo per 8 persone. Una camera con letto king size e un bagno in comune. Piano superiore: una camera matrimoniale con letto king size e bagno privato con vasca idromassaggio. Grandi porte finestre si aprono su un balcone privato con vista sul mare e una grande camera da letto con due letti che possono essere convertiti in un letto king size e bagno privato con balcone privato. Piano inferiore: una camera matrimoniale con due letti singoli e bagno en-suite. Ampia sala multimediale e sala giochi per bambini, nonché un bagno/lavanderia. Al piano inferiore si trova anche una sala fitness.

Area piscina: lettini, ombrelloni e area lounge/salotto. Area garage: Autorimessa carrabile con un posto auto per villa con accesso diretto al piano inferiore della villa. Absolutely stunning property, exactly as described

There was a big group of us but the property worked perfectly with the garden door left open so we could easily move between both villas. Will definitely be rebooking. Such a perfect location, lots of restaurants and bars. The beach club was only 10…
There was a big group of us but the property worked perfectly with the garden door left open so we could easily move between both villas. Will definitely be rebooking. Such a perfect location, lots of restaurants and bars. The beach club was only 10 mins in a taxi and old town was only 30 min drive. Thank you so much for making our weekend memorable!

Amazing Villas!! Amazing Location!!

We visited Chania for our family member's 60th birthday. We shared this villa (two separate villas) with our brother in law and his family. The host was amazing! He stocked the villa's with basic food, wine, water, beer and soft drinks. all Linens, towels…
We visited Chania for our family member's 60th birthday. We shared this villa (two separate villas) with our brother in law and his family. The host was amazing! He stocked the villa's with basic food, wine, water, beer and soft drinks. all Linens, towels and beach/pool towels were provided. He was so responsive (helped us with rental car, restaurant & private chef recommendations & was available anytime I reached out to him). The villa was beautiful, tastefully decorated and so comfortable. It had everything you needed. He opened up the divider between the outside of the two villas so that we could comfortable go between the two villas. There were so many things close by. Grocery store, shops, restaurants and a beautiful little beach. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back to this little slice of heaven. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

A great host. Communication from booking through to departure was excellent. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a drink and a friendly, happy face (Stavros) who made sure we settled in and had all relevant knowledge of the villa and area. The villas are extremely well equipped (meeting expectations from photos) and are within a 2 min walk of the beachfront and a number of places to eat. Buses into Chania can be caught from the corner of the street if you don’t hire a car. Great host, great villa, great break.

The place was beautiful. The location was perfect. Only a two minute walk to Kalamaki beach, which was great. Excellent restaurants that were very close. The owner was incredibly helpful and kind. He helped us organize trips and was always very responsive…

The villas were extremely clean and well-stocked with breakfast items, beverages, and local treats. The location was excellent, a 5-min walk to the beach club, restaurants, and shops. Stavros provided two cribs (wonderfully made-up with sheets, pillows, and comforter!) and a high chair for us. Stavros was a superb host, very kind, provided a ton of excellent recommendations and always answered our questions in a timely manner.

Stavros helped us organize transportation for 11 of us and the villas were stocked with everything you could need, including snacks which was such a nice touch after a long day of travel. Would absolutely recommend staying here and we hope to be back!

The whole place is very modern and comfortable, has nice furniture, and is very clean and well-kept.

The pool and patio area were also great. The location was excellent, super close to the beach and to some local shops and restaurants. The host was also very helpful, and easy to communicate with, and he left us a lot of great snacks as a welcome gift…

Beautiful villas that were spotless, modern and with all the amenities you could ever need!

The pools are such an amazing sun trap so we had managed to sunbathe even when it was only 20 degrees. The rooms were huge and really comfortable - even better than the photos! I would highly recommend for any large groups. The host was so proactive…
