Poem Villa Chania est situé à seulement 150 mètres de la plage populaire de Kalamaki, une destination idéale pour les couples et les familles avec de jeunes enfants. Située à seulement 5 km du magnifique vieux port vénitien de La Canée, cette villa de vacances propose des vacances privées à proximité de tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Pour ceux qui aiment la randonnée, la villa Poem est un excellent point de départ pour de nombreux itinéraires magnifiques.

Poem Villa Chania se compose de 8 chambres avec salles de bains privatives et peut accueillir jusqu'à vingt personnes. Vous trouverez la télévision par satellite dans chaque chambre, deux cuisines entièrement équipées, deux salles multimédia et deux salles de jeux pour les plus jeunes. Nagez dans les deux piscines privées et profitez de la vue sur la mer depuis les balcons du dernier étage. Si vous prévoyez des vacances en groupe, gardez à l'esprit qu'il y a deux villas de 4 chambres, l'une à côté de l'autre qui ont un accès direct l'une à l'autre.

Rez-de-chaussée : Séjour avec cuisine équipée et coin repas pour 8 personnes. Une chambre avec lit king size et une salle de bain commune. À l'étage supérieur : Une chambre principale avec lit king-size et salle de bain attenante avec baignoire à hydromassage. De grandes portes-fenêtres s'ouvrent sur un balcon privé avec vue sur la mer et une grande chambre avec deux lits pouvant être convertis en un lit king-size et une salle de bains privative avec balcon privé. Etage inférieur : Une chambre parentale avec lits jumeaux et salle de bain en suite. Grande salle multimédia et salle de jeux pour enfants ainsi qu'une salle de bain/salle d'eau. A l'étage inférieur, il y a aussi une salle de fitness.

Espace piscine : chaises longues, parasols et coin salon/séjour. Zone de garage : Garage fermé d'accès routier avec une place de voiture par villa avec accès direct à l'étage inférieur de la villa. Poem Villa Chania vous propose des vacances élégantes à proximité de la ville de Chania. Idéal à la fois pour les couples et les groupes d'amis car vous pouvez louer plus d'une propriété.

Absolutely stunning property, exactly as described

There was a big group of us but the property worked perfectly with the garden door left open so we could easily move between both villas. Will definitely be rebooking. Such a perfect location, lots of restaurants and bars. The beach club was only 10…
There was a big group of us but the property worked perfectly with the garden door left open so we could easily move between both villas. Will definitely be rebooking. Such a perfect location, lots of restaurants and bars. The beach club was only 10 mins in a taxi and old town was only 30 min drive. Thank you so much for making our weekend memorable!

Amazing Villas!! Amazing Location!!

We visited Chania for our family member's 60th birthday. We shared this villa (two separate villas) with our brother in law and his family. The host was amazing! He stocked the villa's with basic food, wine, water, beer and soft drinks. all Linens, towels…
We visited Chania for our family member's 60th birthday. We shared this villa (two separate villas) with our brother in law and his family. The host was amazing! He stocked the villa's with basic food, wine, water, beer and soft drinks. all Linens, towels and beach/pool towels were provided. He was so responsive (helped us with rental car, restaurant & private chef recommendations & was available anytime I reached out to him). The villa was beautiful, tastefully decorated and so comfortable. It had everything you needed. He opened up the divider between the outside of the two villas so that we could comfortable go between the two villas. There were so many things close by. Grocery store, shops, restaurants and a beautiful little beach. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back to this little slice of heaven. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

A great host. Communication from booking through to departure was excellent. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a drink and a friendly, happy face (Stavros) who made sure we settled in and had all relevant knowledge of the villa and area. The villas are extremely well equipped (meeting expectations from photos) and are within a 2 min walk of the beachfront and a number of places to eat. Buses into Chania can be caught from the corner of the street if you don’t hire a car. Great host, great villa, great break.

The place was beautiful. The location was perfect. Only a two minute walk to Kalamaki beach, which was great. Excellent restaurants that were very close. The owner was incredibly helpful and kind. He helped us organize trips and was always very responsive…

The villas were extremely clean and well-stocked with breakfast items, beverages, and local treats. The location was excellent, a 5-min walk to the beach club, restaurants, and shops. Stavros provided two cribs (wonderfully made-up with sheets, pillows, and comforter!) and a high chair for us. Stavros was a superb host, very kind, provided a ton of excellent recommendations and always answered our questions in a timely manner.

Stavros helped us organize transportation for 11 of us and the villas were stocked with everything you could need, including snacks which was such a nice touch after a long day of travel. Would absolutely recommend staying here and we hope to be back!

The whole place is very modern and comfortable, has nice furniture, and is very clean and well-kept.

The pool and patio area were also great. The location was excellent, super close to the beach and to some local shops and restaurants. The host was also very helpful, and easy to communicate with, and he left us a lot of great snacks as a welcome gift…

Beautiful villas that were spotless, modern and with all the amenities you could ever need!

The pools are such an amazing sun trap so we had managed to sunbathe even when it was only 20 degrees. The rooms were huge and really comfortable - even better than the photos! I would highly recommend for any large groups. The host was so proactive…
