Villa Blue Paradise è un rifugio privato non fumatori di nuova costruzione con una villa principale contemporanea con 3 camere da letto e una guest house in pietra separata con 2 camere da letto che offrono una maggiore privacy. Questa esclusiva proprietà di lusso sul lungomare gode di una leggera brezza marina e di spettacolari tramonti sulla baia di Souda. La sera vorrai trascorrere il tuo soggiorno nell'ampio patio coperto di fronte alla piscina riscaldata e al mare con angolo cottura all'aperto e comode zone relax e pranzo.

Goditi una delle "camere giardino" o aree relax con amache nel parco privato completamente recintato progettato dall'architetto di 12000 m2. L'ampio fronte mare permette l'accesso diretto al mare e la possibilità di salire a bordo di un gommone o motoscafo similare. Eleganti pavimenti in pietra naturale che scorrono dalle aree interne a quelle esterne con porte scorrevoli in vetro molto grandi consentono un'esperienza di vita interna ed esterna senza soluzione di continuità. Goditi le riunioni di famiglia su comodi divani di design circondati dall'arte contemporanea.

Al piano terra della villa principale si trovano la master suite con letto king-size, doccia all'aperto, vista mare e terrazza coperta di fronte alla piscina riscaldata a sfioro di acqua salata. Al secondo piano con ascensore e scale si trova una seconda master suite con letto king-size, vista mare e accesso al giardino. La terza camera ha due letti singoli convertibili in un letto king-size, una terrazza coperta con vista mare con divano letto e attrezzi ginnici.

La pensione dispone di due camere da letto con due letti singoli convertibili in letti king-size, due bagni con doccia, terrazze private e una splendida vista sulla baia. Da Blue Paradise, si può raggiungere a piedi il pittoresco villaggio di Plaka con diversi ottimi ristoranti e un supermercato.

Unique perspective

The house and property are very nice - the pictures don't lie. The pool was cleaned regularly every 1-2 days, and was of course very popular. We also used the barbecue several times. It was very practical to have a washing machine for clothes. Due to the very warm weather it was very nice to have air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. The house had everything we needed for a nice holiday and was cleaned regularly. The owner's wife prepared a dinner for us one night - a nice surprise. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The village of Margarites is just a few minutes' walk from the villa.

Blue Paradise is a really peaceful property, beautifully finished only a couple of years ago so at a really high standard. The pool is a good size and the outside areas great for dining out in the evenings or spending the day in cooling by the pool! The owners father was born here so it is very well finished and cared for unlike a usual holiday rental house. Only thing to bear in mind with young children is there is lots of steps! The villa is in the hamlet of Tzannakiana but Margarites is only a few hundred yards away and is a pretty mountain village with a few places to eat and drink and lots of pottery shops!

Blue Paradise est un vrai petit coin de paradis! La villa est je crois sans exagérer parfaite. Elle est située dans un petit village qui nous offre un calme absolue!!! L'espace extérieur nous permet de faire des BBQ, profiter de la piscine, se reposer sous un parasol, manger en famille! La villa est charmante comprenant de grande chambres et une salle de bain sublime! La cuisine est équipée pour preparer quelques plats! Nous sommes à 5min en voiture d'un plus grand village où il ya des supermarché et autre ! Sans oublier Elias qui reste disponible tout au long du séjour! Blue Paradise a rendu nos vacances plus que agréable, à refaire sans hésiter!!! Merci Elias de nous avoir permis de découvrir ce petit endroit si jolie de la crète!

Great Hospitality!

The house was brand new when we entered it, fully equipped with more than you may need. The owner, Elias, is a very very nice person who take care of every detail. He even left for us a pot of exquisite meat balls as a surprise! The pool is quite big…
The house was brand new when we entered it, fully equipped with more than you may need. The owner, Elias, is a very very nice person who take care of every detail. He even left for us a pot of exquisite meat balls as a surprise! The pool is quite big and with a splendid green garden around it. Room are big and there is also a chimney, even if we didn't use it of course. The frigo is big and this is very useful when you want to buy a big watermelon and have it fresh after the day at the beach. The house is in the small village of Tzannakiana and it is silent and quiet. In the evening we had a nice fresh temperature and we never needed air conditioning. The house is not close to the famous beach of Elafonissi but Crete is quite big and anyway you will have to travel quite a long distance. But as the house is in the centre of Crete you can go everywhere. Road to get there is good. We suggest you to try the house!
