Villa Blue Paradise es un refugio privado para no fumadores de nueva construcción con una villa principal contemporánea de 3 dormitorios y una casa de huéspedes de piedra separada con 2 dormitorios que brindan un poco más de privacidad. Esta exclusiva propiedad de lujo frente al mar disfruta de suaves brisas marinas y espectaculares puestas de sol sobre la Bahía de Souda. Por las noches querrá pasar su estadía en el gran patio cubierto frente a la piscina climatizada y el mar con instalaciones para cocinar al aire libre y cómodas áreas de descanso y comedor.

Disfrute de una de las "salas de jardín" o áreas de descanso con hamacas en el jardín, un parque privado completamente cerrado diseñado por un arquitecto de 12000 m2. El amplio frente de mar permite el acceso directo al mar y la posibilidad de abordar una lancha RIB o similar. Los elegantes pisos de piedra natural que fluyen desde las áreas interiores a las exteriores con puertas corredizas de vidrio muy grandes permiten una experiencia de vida interior/exterior perfecta. Disfruta de reuniones familiares en cómodos sofás de diseño rodeados de arte contemporáneo.

En la planta baja de la villa principal se encuentra la suite principal con una cama tamaño king, una ducha al aire libre, vista al mar y una terraza cubierta frente a la piscina infinita climatizada de agua salada. En el segundo piso con acceso por ascensor y escaleras hay una segunda suite principal con una cama king-size, vista al mar y acceso al jardín. El tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales convertibles en una cama tamaño king, una terraza cubierta con vista al mar con un diván y equipo de ejercicios.

La casa de huéspedes cuenta con dos dormitorios con camas gemelas convertibles en camas king-size, dos baños con ducha, terrazas privadas y una hermosa vista a la bahía. Desde Blue Paradise, se puede caminar hasta el pintoresco pueblo de Plaka con varios restaurantes excelentes y un supermercado.

Unique perspective

The villa has all the conveniences one might want, and its remote location provides serenity, relaxation, and the opportunity to enjoy one-of-a-kind moments. Friendly personnel that is always ready to help.

The house and property are very nice - the pictures don't lie. The pool was cleaned regularly every 1-2 days, and was of course very popular. We also used the barbecue several times. It was very practical to have a washing machine for clothes. Due to the very warm weather it was very nice to have air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. The house had everything we needed for a nice holiday and was cleaned regularly. The owner's wife prepared a dinner for us one night - a nice surprise. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The village of Margarites is just a few minutes' walk from the villa.

Blue Paradise is a really peaceful property, beautifully finished only a couple of years ago so at a really high standard. The pool is a good size and the outside areas great for dining out in the evenings or spending the day in cooling by the pool! The owners father was born here so it is very well finished and cared for unlike a usual holiday rental house. Only thing to bear in mind with young children is there is lots of steps! The villa is in the hamlet of Tzannakiana but Margarites is only a few hundred yards away and is a pretty mountain village with a few places to eat and drink and lots of pottery shops!

Blue Paradise est un vrai petit coin de paradis! La villa est je crois sans exagérer parfaite. Elle est située dans un petit village qui nous offre un calme absolue!!! L'espace extérieur nous permet de faire des BBQ, profiter de la piscine, se reposer sous un parasol, manger en famille! La villa est charmante comprenant de grande chambres et une salle de bain sublime! La cuisine est équipée pour preparer quelques plats! Nous sommes à 5min en voiture d'un plus grand village où il ya des supermarché et autre ! Sans oublier Elias qui reste disponible tout au long du séjour! Blue Paradise a rendu nos vacances plus que agréable, à refaire sans hésiter!!! Merci Elias de nous avoir permis de découvrir ce petit endroit si jolie de la crète!

The house was brand new when we entered it, fully equipped with more than you may need. The owner, Elias, is a very very nice person who take care of every detail. He even left for us a pot of exquisite meat balls as a surprise! The pool is quite big and with a splendid green garden around it. Room are big and there is also a chimney, even if we didn't use it of course. The frigo is big and this is very useful when you want to buy a big watermelon and have it fresh after the day at the beach. The house is in the small village of Tzannakiana and it is silent and quiet. In the evening we had a nice fresh temperature and we never needed air conditioning. The house is not close to the famous beach of Elafonissi but Crete is quite big and anyway you will have to travel quite a long distance. But as the house is in the centre of Crete you can go everywhere. Road to get there is good. We suggest you to try the house!
