Villa Lene Chania è una villa di lusso in affitto con splendida vista panoramica sul mare, in una posizione molto tranquilla. Villa Lene Chania si trova nel villaggio di Kalathas, a Creta. Una villa privata in affitto fronte mare con splendida vista mare panoramica sulla spiaggia di Kalathas, con 6 camere da letto, 5 bagni, Jacuzzi, riscaldamento a pavimento, veranda, balconi e piscina privata.

Fin dal primo momento in cui entri nella proprietà, noterai il design a pianta aperta del piano terra e l'ampio spazio del soggiorno. Il lusso si completa con le caratteristiche del camino e del riscaldamento a pavimento in ogni ambiente della casa. Il piano terra completa la veranda coperta e la zona pranzo, per 8 persone, di fronte all'ampio balcone con vista sulla spiaggia di Kalathas.

Al primo piano l'ampia camera da letto con cabina armadio, salottino e tutti i comfort di lusso che una casa moderna può offrire, completano il bagno privato dotato di vasca idromassaggio. La seconda camera da letto è anch'essa al primo piano con tutti i comfort. Al piano seminterrato troverete altre 4 camere da letto con 2 bagni en-suite, tutte aggiornate. Inoltre, troverete 2 ripostigli e una zona lavanderia. Poiché l'estate è solitamente molto calda, troverai l'aria condizionata in ogni stanza e sono installati anche televisori e lettori DVD.

​Potrete godervi il sole sui suoi ampi balconi e sulla terrazza laterale e nuotare nella splendida piscina di 110 m². La bellissima spiaggia di Kalathas si trova a 10 minuti a piedi. Lena Villa è completamente attrezzata con tutti i servizi di cui potresti aver bisogno, come sistemi di riscaldamento dell'acqua ad energia solare, generatori di corrente, ripostigli, parcheggio e garage. Great house

The house was great. All little issues we had along the week (e.g. broken A/C) were fixed within the hour. Location is perfect, much closer to thebeach than we anticipated. We would recommend without a doubt.

We had a fabulous time in Crete!

Let me first start with the villa. We were a big group of 12 adults and a baby, and the villa accommodated all of us. The villa is spacious, with a big swimming pool, a big garden where we would play volleyball and it has an outside court for tennis…
Let me first start with the villa. We were a big group of 12 adults and a baby, and the villa accommodated all of us. The villa is spacious, with a big swimming pool, a big garden where we would play volleyball and it has an outside court for tennis and basketball. There is a mini market just around the corner and a beautiful beach is a few minutes away. Chania is a 20 minutes drive away and the airport is 10 minutes away. We had a fabulous view and we enjoyed an amazing sunset every evening. The service we received was great, hospitable and fast communication to accommodate all our needs. I recommend this place greatly for a family vacation. We felt very safe in the area with teenagers among us, however the villa is in a slightly remote area so renting a car is mandatory. We would also advice to provide daily cleaning service as part of the package.

Me and my friends had the best time there. The place is huge, with plenty of comfortable beds, a great kitchen and a massive swimming pool that overlooks the ocean. You will spend many a sunset gazing out from that pool. Our hostess was incredibly helpful…
Me and my friends had the best time there. The place is huge, with plenty of comfortable beds, a great kitchen and a massive swimming pool that overlooks the ocean. You will spend many a sunset gazing out from that pool. Our hostess was incredibly helpful and she helped arrange a series of activities, including a couple dinners from one of the best chefs in Greece and a boating excursion on the island's south side. The villa is ideally located just ten minutes away from the airport and about 20 minutes from Chania proper. This was easily the best vacation I've ever experienced and would love to come back to do it again next year!

Greatest Trip

This was one of my best trips I have ever experienced. Villa was great in every possible way. Location was easy to access, Villa was extremely nice with amazing view to the sea. All other Villa facilities such as pool, bedrooms, dining, and living rooms were in very good shape. Special thanks to our Villa Manager (Aggeliki) for her great welcoming and tremendous assist with anything we have asked for. Best holiday :)

This is a stunning and wonderful villa, with probably the best pool we have experienced in many years of travelling to Greece and Spain. The facilities throughout the villa are excellent (kitchen equipment plentiful, sun beds incredibly comfortable, lots of shaded placed throughout the garden and pool areas to sit, read and eat etc). The design of the villa is its most striking feature with wonderful sculptures and paintings and it's a joy to live in for a time. It's position near to nice beaches and small excellent restaurants is also great, and the view out in the evening watching the sun going down is simply stunning. The house keeper could not have done more for us on arrival, even arranging a takeaway of wonderful Greek food from the local village and then giving us advice on the best local restaurants and settings. She also set up a birthday meal for us overlooking the bay of chania and organised a beautiful birthday cake. This is a great villa and well worth the extra cost.
